A promblem with Blue Moon ( for Vekseid or the blue moon staff)

When I tried to Register for Blue Moon, "Your IP address is not permitted to register."  All I ask is why?
I have not be on the site until today..

Seems a range of AOL IPs is on the blocklist.

https://bluemoonroleplaying.com might work better for you. If that doesn't work e-mail me at vekseid@gmail.com with your desired username and I'll make it manually.

Blocklist strange, Do you know if the blocklist is just tech issue with the site,  or just an general AOL
problem..?

Did https work?

We use the stopforumspam blacklist, on here and on Blue Moon, though the one for Elliquiy is superior. AoL's idiotic proxy system means a lot of people get painted with the same brush.
