There would be a town, in Europe or the US, that people only drive to if they're looking for it, or lost. I would be on a road trip and become lost, finding my way there accidentally. Unknown to me, the towns wealthy residents keep and enslave those that accidentally find their way there. I would be arrested on a false charge, and taken by a wealthy resident or couple even as their fetish maid, ponygirl, puppygirl, or fetish slavegirl.

There would be no way for me to escape, or get help. I would be taken through the town with my owners, helping them shop, or just so they could show off their new aquisition. My appearance could be altered, breast implants, hair dye, surgeries, anything.
