Needs to be resized to 150 by 200.  I know it's possible to resize animated images, but I don't know the first thing about doing it.

This site will let you easily resize GIFs: http://ezgif.com/resize

In addition, to use a GIF as an avatar, you'll want to upload it to the Elluiki preferably.
