GM/DM needed for system supers game.

Hey guys! I am looking for someone who could possible help me with running a group game idea I have. I need a system where a group of heroes can level up, have adventures, so on. I have some ideas for things I would like to include, and I can explain those if someone is interested. I have very little to almost no experience in running games with a system, so I would need someone to help me run and operate the system, and to play as some of the "bosses" or villains with me.
