I've been sitting on this idea for years and I've yet to use it in a massive group setting and just over all large scale. The idea being that I am some sort of evil genius lady that retired at 30 years of age to buy out a small island in the Pacific using my patent royalties and various profits from previous inventions. Using my retirement and this island to set up a small resort town that will cater to a rather specific niche market of rich folks.

Since the primary reason why I moved to the middle of nowhere was to set up my new laboratory away from any meddling governments, and to finish my latest great invention.  Managing to invent a machine that can turn a human girl into any animal girl that I want. So ponygirls, catgirls, doegirls, and doggiegirls mostly. Using that machine and advertisements on the internet and craigslist to entice women from across the world to come to my island and be transformed, in exchanged for forever being forbidden from leaving and working at the resort.

Different animal girls would have different jobs on the resort. Catgirls would serve as the maids and general fuckpets for the tourists, doing all of the work pleasuring the customers and making sure that they are happy. Ponygirls would be trained and set in bridle and bit, forced to pull carts around the island for customers and naturally be used and fucked if needed. Ponygirls would also be set against each other in races on the ponygirl track with bets being allowed.

Doegirls would be set out into the jungle as wild animals and "hunted" by the tourists with tranq guns and using doggiegirls as hunting hounds. The doggiegirls could also be forced to raced for prizes and betting purposes. All of these girls agreed voluntarily to this lifestyle, either out of personal love of the idea of being used like this, or to get away from abusive husbands or to escape from the law.

So what I need from the other players is to play these girls and the various tourists. I will serve as narrator and set up events and surprises(storms and parties and what not). I would also play any empty spots that are needed on a point by point basis.

So what I was thinking was one of the girls that run away to this place is from a really wealthy and powerful family; huge enterprising business, tons of philanthropic ventures, think Elon Musk's family. She doesn't want anything to do with her family or what they do, but being as world renowned as they are it is impossible for her to escape it so she finds this place where she can be transformed into something completely different, and be rid of that life forever.
That is until her father/older brother/sister, distraught with the familie's loss, comes to vacation at this very exclusive island to get away from it all. They don't recognize the girl any more since being animalized, but for some reason are very attracted to her...

My own idea/concept is a mafia guy who's wife has been disobedient to him (plus cheated him) to point he has to restore his honor in eye of rest of family to kill her....but he does not want to kill her so he drags/kidnaps his own wife and brings her to the island to be turned into kemonomimi (probably a doggirl or catgirl and videotape her in that form and make her serve some of the mobsters she upset with her position of authority as his wife before being caught from cheating him).

The transformation process... Is it long drawn-out and painful, or something that is over in a moment? What I mean is, is this something worth role-playing out or something that is probably best just skipped over?

Also, I notice that so far most of the character pics submitted are neko-style girls with ears and tails. Is that all you will be accepting or are you going to take proper anthro/furry characters too?

Read the story I posted in the first post in this thread. It will give you all a general sense of the world building and the jobs the animal girls have. For example, catgirls are laborers, but they first start off at pet girls for tourists. Since, if a tourist wants to play with a unsullied virgin catgirl, they have to pay a million dollars to buy a key card that removes her chastity belt. When that happens she becomes his property until he leaves or gets bored of her and buys another fresh catgirl to play with.

After that the catgirl need to earn her keep as a laborer or get picked up as a shop girl from one of the luxury stores. The town on the island is filled with restaurants and clothing stores and bondage boutiques and piercing parlors and tattoo parlors. Along with a hunting lodge where tourists can be equipped  to go doe or bunny girl hunting. There's also large bathhouses near the Inn.

The ranch where pony girls are kept and train is kept a few kilometers from town. Most pony girls act as horsepower to deliver goods around the island via the shipping dock or to be used as taxi's. There are no cars or internal combustion engines on the island. Otherwise the pony girls that are real beauties are sent to the race track to engage in chariot races that are piloted by nude catgirls. That is recorded live and streamed to the Internet so online gambling can be a thing. Also there is a nature show where cameras in the woods track the GPS tracker on the wild animals and record their actions. All to entice tourism to come here.

The transformation process is laid out in the story I was talking about. As for kemonomimi verses full furry, I don't care either way, so if you want to be furry have at it.
