[Aifa Yasha Jaganshi]

lucius sat on the stepps that when up to the porch. He inhaled deeply  from the red he held in his left hand. Lucius had more or less giving up  on  trying to stay well. he was far more focused on living the way he wanted to. It was long past  noon  and he  still was not  dressed  sitting there in a  set of sweat pants he  had only thrown on so  he  could  leave the  house.
Lucius was different recently abit shut off from everyone cold. He did not talk much ether or eat. It seemed like the news was finally getting to him. He had known for about a year but it was really starting to sink in now.

It had been a few months since her and her brother got along. Lately there had been fighting and things being broken. Her brother stopped eating like he should and that worried her but she thought it was because of the fighting. Little did she know that something a lot worse was happening and maybe her brother might not make it till his next birthday. Or even Christmas. Now she was upstairs in her room laying on her bed. Her hair hanging down and just watching television. The fights kept playing in her mind over and over again and it hurt to see her brother like this.

Lucius walked back into the house slamming the door behind him. It killed him to act like this to his sister but he thought it best if he hated her she would not be so h Lusius urt when he died. He had yet to tell her that something was wrong and he wondered how she had yet to see it. he was never around and loosing weight fast. Maybe he would just tell her he had been doing alot of drugs if she asked. He really hoped she would not say a word and would just let the hate grow inside of her.
Lucius stopped at her door as she headed back to  her room. He wanted to talk to  her. Even if the only time they had he used to start a fight he still got to see her and hear her speak. He pushed open the door without knocking.
"what the hell is going with dinner" he complained

When she heard the door downstairs she winced because she was afraid of the fights. They were making them further and further apart. She had noticed that her brother was losing weight but thought nothing of it right now. For her it was just a little bit and she didn't think anything serious was going to happen at least not now. When he didn't knock and opened the door she sat up and looked at him. "I just got home from work. I'll go right now." She started to walk to the door to start it hoping not to get into another fight.

"good" He shut the door hard and went to his room.  He dropped on to his bed he had wanted to start a fight but still he did not. He honestly sat down and spent time planing them out.
Lucius pulled out a note book and started to look at the ideas he had written down just notes on fights they had, had or one he was working on starting.
He sighed deeply and fell back on his bed. A small beep came from his watch.5:30. Time in take more pills. Not like they would do much. He was not even sure why he kept taking them if he was going to die anyway. Lucius popped the pills  and swallowed with no water. It was no longer needed

A yawn escaped the girls soft pale pink lips as she headed toward the kitchen. It took her a while but she managed to make his favorite food for dinner even though she was exhausted. If she made his favorite then maybe he would be in a good mood and no fights would happen. A few minutes later the food was on the table and she knew he would not eat down here but maybe tonight would be different. "Food's done." She yelled up.

"stop your yelling woman!" he yelled back to  her  as she stumbled down the steps the pills always made him feel sick but he tryed to fight it.
"smells good" he would give her that. He could not change the food he liked. He sat at the table expecting her to  plate his food and give it to him.
"you should  be home earlier" he complained. Lucius used to have a job he left when he got sick and never told her. He ad money saved up for bills so there was no worrie about money for him.

It wasn't a yell more like a call to come down for dinner. "How am I supposed to be home when I work all the time? You know you can make the food yourself your not 2 anymore." She did not put the food on his plate he would have to do that on his own. Lately she had been mad because he left work and didn't find another job for some reason.

"no i am not. But i don't see you growing up too much. Hoe about a boyfriend here and there hell even a girl friend!" he complained  finally getting up to get his own plate. He did not take much he did not feel to much like eating.
stupid pills burning a hole in me His face got a bit white as a sharp pain darted around him abdomen. He  clenched his teeth hard holding back a grunt.
He picked at his plate. "Smells better then it tastes " he complained it was a lie he really loved it but he could not tell her that

"Well when you get off your lazy but and find work then maybe I will. I have no time for things like a boyfriend right now." She looked down at her food and started eating not really wanting to be in the same room with her brother. When she saw his teeth clench she wondered if she should ask what was wrong but what would he say? Something like leave me alone or none of your business. When she heard those words she got up and moved to the couch. "You didn't have to say anything."

" you  just can't get one" he spoke as he got up from the table leaving his food there.
"maybe if you  did not act like such a stuck up brat a man would like you" He started to walk to the door. Time for another smoke. " and stop acting like your life is so hard. you  know there are people dieing and starving all over the world  maybe you  should reevaluate your life before you  complain."  he leaned on the door to see what she would say to him after that comment.

All she did was stare at the television screen not wanting to hear about this or fighting again. She was at her wits end with all of this and did not want to go on like this. "Just leave me alone." She cried out and then began eating so she would not have to speak another word to her brother right now.

“ That I can do. “  He slammed the door hard after him. Every time he did this it sounded as if the house would fall in on the two of them. He sat on the front steps  thinking about the fight. There really had to be something he could do to make this easier on him. He hoped that soon the two of them would stop  talking he would “move in with someone” and she would not have to worry about him her hate would grow… no that would not work. He knew she still loved him no mater how much they fought and giving her time to let everything settle would only make her remember how much she cared.
He lit up a smoke once more and took a deep drag.  The smoke pored out of his lungs and danced in the air in front of him as  he exhaled.

(Maybe he passes out from the cigarette and needs to go to the hospital? Has trouble breathing or something)?

When he slammed the door she winced and looked at it. Whatever happened to her twin brother? The one that used to be caring something he was not being right now. A few tears slid down her cheeks as she turned on the television set to try to keep her mind off things. The food laid untouched now on the table, she did not feel like eating right now because of the fight.

It took some time before lucius even thought about coming back in. As he got up he could feel a pounding in his head. slowlly the feeling moved from just his  head to  his face and neck it trickled down to his arms. Thinking he had just gotten up to fast  he opened the door and started to walk in. As he did this his heart rate shot up. His body gave off a cold sweat as the feeling  danced down the rest of his body reaching his fingers and finally his toes.
His breath grew short as his already fair ski when deathly white. 
It all happened so fast. the air he went to draw in felt as if it never touched his lips. Then the world went black. His body hit the ground with a thud. Shock from the force made the floor shake. His body  twitched lightly as he lay on the floor helpless.

When the door opened she looked up from where she was staring at the television screen. Something was definitely wrong with her brother and she could tell by the look on his face. When she saw the color leave from his face she instantly was at his side completely forgetting about the fight they had moments ago. "Lucius?" She asked before he slumped to the floor in a heap. Gently she turned him on his back and looked at his face. "Lucius please answer me." She wondered if she should call the hospital.

His body shivered  as if he had been laying in  the snow. He twitched a bit more all very light. Finally they slowed he did not say a word. He started to come back to the real world his vision started to  clear and his mind still foggy he trying the grasp what had just happened.
His hands still trembled he placed it on the floor trying to push himself back up.  even just going to a sit took alot lot out of him. it drained the color from him again as pain  shot into  him like a bullet. He clenched his teeth hard decided to stay at a sit for abit.

A few tears slid down her cheeks as she watched helplessly. When he started getting up she tried to help him as best as she could. "Are you alright please answer me." Her voice quivered remembering the phone was not to far from where they were but she could not get herself to get up now.

"woman i'm fine" he pushed her abit as he forced himself up. He hissed as he tryed to get up. His action failed and he fell abit on to his butt. He let out a breath of air. the pain danced up his abs
"i'm fine"  he spoke once more . He wanted to keep lyeing to her.  Besure she had know idea of what was going on with him. he broke out into a cold sweat and it tricked  down his shirt covered bac  goosebumps  popped up  on his arms. He did not dare attempt to get up  again

"Look I don't care if you hate me or don't want to go I am calling the hospital." She got up and went away from him to call the ambulance. He was in the state where he couldn't get up and fight with her to not let him go to the hospital. Even though she was starting to hate him and his wish was coming true she still cared for him.

" God damnit woman!" he broke out in a a horse yell.
"I  am fine hang up the bloody phone!" He yelled more.  Yelling hurt alot to but he could pretend it didn't.
Once more he tried to get up  and failed the same blackness washing over his eyes as his heart raced trying to pump blood to his brian. It started to sputter and fail skipping beats.

She rolled her eyes as far as he knew he could be having a heart attack. "Yes I need an ambulance right away." A few moments later after she gave them her address and telling them vaguely what was going on she was back beside her brother.

/He was still on the  floor. noe not only was his heart hurting him but his lungs felt as if they were on fire. the pain burned inside of his and he fell silent. once more competly blacked out not knowing anything of the world around him maybe it was better this way. He could not feel the pain that filled his chest. the death that slowly grew inside of him everyday.

By the time she got back to her brother he was unconscious again. She bent down to see if he was still breathing. The ambulance better hurry up and get over here it seems like he was deterioting fast. "Lucius? Wake up." She touched his cheek trying to get him to open his eyes.

Lucius did not move his eyes shut his skin a bit cold. he was still alive it was easy to  see that but maybe not by  to much. she had done the right thing in calling 911. His breathing was slow and shallow.  He had stopped twitching now and it seemed more like he was sleeping then passed out on the floor but something was still very wrong.
His eyes opened slowly once more. he saw his sister face and the tears that ran down her cheeks, He wanted to speak tell her not to cry but  no words came out when he went to.

When she saw her brother's eyes open there was a sigh of relief but her brother's breathing worried her. "Just hang in their coming." Without thinking she grabbed his hand trying to comfort him and be there but it was hard. With all the fights he had put her through and the heart ache it was very hard for her to do this. Fights or not he was her twin brother.

He had stopped fighting her he could not muster the energy to right now. He squeezed her hand  letting her know he herd her. This was not what he needed nor want he wanted. Has this happen messed up everything she was not even supposed to know he was sick until he started to  get to  the point were he could not care for himself. Kinda silly to think like that, that he could hide anything from her they were twins they practically shared a brain.
He pulled her hand to  his lips  as he started to  wonder if this would be the end of him. He kissed it softly  and looked up  at her. Was this really the end? would he leave her now seeing her cry like this having no idea that his heart had been destroying it's self for years.   
He looked up  at the white ceiling to  see the red and blue lights flashing. Help had come but he was not shure he even wanted it now.

Ever since a month or so ago she had felt something was wrong but he never said anything. What could she do? Ask him about it then he would just deny everything. Call in twin intuition she thought to herself. The sirens had come and she had left the door open, she did not remember the ambulance ride to the hospital or telling her brother to fight. Now she was in the waiting room the tears just streaming down her face wanting to hear something about her brother. The kiss on her hand she could still feel like something was printed on there forever.

He rested in bed when a doctor came out to  speak with her.
"mrs. Axelsson?" the man asked. " your brother is resting he needs it. He needs to stop smoking if he wants to  stay out of here. His heart can not take the consition of the his cells with his condition." He spoke to her as if she knew lucius had a problem with his heart.
"I know he thinks it does not matter since we can not fix his heart. but if he is to have any chance of fighting this he has to stop smoking.  This also means no caffeine or alcohol. Do you  understand Mrs. Axelsson?"

When the doctor came out she had stopped crying but the look of pain was across her face. The look on her face after hearing this was complete shock. She just stood there for a few moments trying to get this into her brain. "Heart...."? She stammered out after a few moments of trying to say something. The kiss on the hand still present and she thought it would always be there. "What do you mean? I didn't think anything was wrong with him."

"your brother has a condition in that his heart is.." The doctor paused. " you brother may not make it to see 2011" He finally spoke. "i am sorry. come with me " the Doctor waved her to follow him and see her brother.  as they walked the doctor went on " you  brothers heart is deteriorating. with evey beat he is going to get weaker"

Hearing those words made her cringe he was dieing? Why wouldn't he tell her this himself instead of hearing it from a doctor. Not being able to see the next year? His heart getting weaker. The tears streamed down her face as she did not remember the walk to his room. "What about a transplant?" She stammered out.

"If we can find a match we can try but it does not look good"
Her brother lay in bed he was still sleeping his breath normal his heart rate slowed. Just sleeping. The doctor walked ou t of the room leaving the two of them alone. He rolled over in his sleep abit and finally stired after about an hour.
"go home/" she spoke firmly.

All she could do was sit on the chair staring at her brother. The hour seemed to pass by so slowly and a sigh of relief escaped her lips as he said those words. "Look you have pushed me away for the last time. I know your sick and I'm not leaving." Her voice quivered as the tears started to come again.

"Go home" he spoke once more sitting up  abit to  look at her. "now"  he wanted to push her away make her hate him. It  would be better that way, better for her better for him. Still it killed him to act this way to her. He wished that he had not not woken up that this fight was over.

"I told you I am not leaving. I can be just as stubborn as you." She crossed her arms over her chest and leaned back in the chair. He was stubborn and because they were twins she was just as stubborn.

"fine."  he crossed his arms and turned away from her. He intended on completely ignoring her. He looked out the window of the far side of the room and sighed deeply. He was deeply annoyed that she was not easy to shack. If she would just get so upset with him that she would leave everything would be ok.

A few moments of silence was followed as she let him cool down a bit before speaking a bit. "Please tell me why you didn't tell me." She hoped that he would answer her and give her some kind of explanation. What if this was their last moments together?

he turned his head to her. He looked as if he was very mad at her.
"You want to know? you really want to know?' she was yelling abit at her  He shifted his whole body. so he could see her.
"I am gong to die. I am not going to make it to our birthday and, unless we magically find a triplet and they get hit by a car there is no jack we can do abit it so you  need to  shut your face and deal with it. now leave me the hell alone!"

The tone in his voice told her she wasn't going to like this. The words stung but she held back her tears. "Maybe one day you will regret saying those words. One day I might not be here." She said glumly and got up slowly walking out the door. What was she going to do now?

(You think he could die and that leaves her in a depressed state? Not reacting to anyone? Maybe he comes back as a vampire a few years later? You can double as a friend she used to be close with)

It only took a few days before he could go home. He went back to being the pompous jerk he had been. Ignoring her yelling at her, still smoking. drinking now too. he would lock himself in his room and drink till the pain stopped. He would stay away from her as much as he could but  it was not as easy as one would think.

When he came home and was the same person she packed a few things and was going to leave. She could not stand to be in the same house as before. What would he do when she told him not to do those things? She had a suitcase open with some clothes in it already.

"so your leaveing?" he leaned in her door frame.
"just like mom. He crossed his arms a jack and coke in hand. It made it easier to be mean to her if he drank " you  want to be just like her and run away from your problems be may guest. If you  see her tell her not to worry herself about my 5th birthday card or college graduation. I  am over the fact that she never came home." He really did not want her to leave but he knew he was driving her away and it was working that was all that mattered.

When he said those words about their mom she stopped dead in her tracks. "Yeah well to me my brother is already dead. You have turned into something I don't even know anymore. I have my cell and you know my number." If she would even answer it to him. She took her things and hesitated at the door.

please don't go was the only thing he thought. He looked at her as she stopped by the door everything inside of him wished she would stop. it was far to late now for that he had done it or so he thought pissed her off to the point were she hated him.

She had almost thought he would try to stop her and without looking back at him she walked out the door. A tear slid down her cheek as she closed the door behind her and walked to her car.

" fine be like  that" he wanted her to stay he really did but he cold not tell her that. He leaned on the door after it shut. waiting to hear the car pull out before he let his emotions get the best of him. If se came back and saw him like that, she would know everything. He placed a hand on his face fighting the tears that so deseratly wanted to come out.

She had just got to the car door and forgot something in the house. A few moments later she was opening  the door not really wanting to leave but what other choice did she have?  She looked at his weeping state.

He took it some fast breaths  trying to stop his crying. he kept his back to her as he bit his lip not wanting o let her know how he really felt. that this was killing him.

A hand went to his shoulder hesitantly then lifted it away. She wanted to ask what was wrong but he wouldn't tell her.

He turned his head to look at her his face begged the question. " now what do you  plan on doing" he crossed his arms and truned to face her fully. his face was still abit red  along with his eyes

She backed away from him. "All I ask if for you to be honest with me. I already lost mom and dad. I don't want to lose you to."

[Aifa Yasha Jaganshi]

" well your going to lose me you  herd the doctor." he stood there his arms still crossed.
"would you like me to lie to you? i can do that. "he narrowed his eyes then chadged his expression to look allmost swet but in a mocking way.
" don't worry Becca, everything will be fine. we have no problems life is just sunshine"

"But you lied to me and told me everything was ok. Your drinking and still doing drugs which is going to kill you quicker." Tears filled her eyes as she wanted to stay but didn't know if should.

[Aifa Yasha Jaganshi]

"and?" he looked at her there was no hint or jokeing in his voice he sighed and whent on to explane now in abit more tender of a voice.
"If i am going to die in less then a year i want to go out on my own terms. I don't ant to sit down take my meds and let life slip by. I am going to live it. and if that means drinking and doing drugs i don't know why you  want to stop me. why you  have any right to tell me not to spend what little time i have being happy. in place of pondering my death" He tryed to make to sound like her fault he was not liveing his life out

"And I can't lose someone close to me again." Hearing those words made the tears come down her eyes. "I can't stand by and watch you kill yourself. Mom and dad are dead. Do you really want to do this to me?" She turned toward the door half hoping he would stop her but knowing it might not work. As she had her back turned that's when the tears streamed down faster.

" no matter what you  are going to lose me. if you  want to walk out and ignore it then do that" He walked up to were there rooms were and sat on his bed he did not want her to leave but he was not going to stop her.

She heard him go upstairs and she followed him. "There must be something we can do. I'm a match I can give you something from me." She was shaking and she was so scared to lose him now.

" you  can't donate your heart if  you  are still using it" He placed a hand on her check to brush away the tears. " any was you have alot more going for you  then i do. " He did care about her alot if she stayed here he was going to  leave when she was sleeping. if he just up and left she would have time to be over him and his possiable death before she really knew

"What about a donor?" She asked putting a hand to her cheek touching his hand when it came to her cheek. He couldn't leave the house she wanted him to stay she would help him anyway she could.

" like i said if we magically have a triplet and they get buy a car then i would be fine" He pulled her close to him hugging her. "i know it is hard Becca " he kept her close " but understand there is nothing that can be done"

That clicked something on in her mind. She could poison herself and it would look like an accident. She gripped her brother's clothes as she thought about this.

" you  know i love you" he kept her close crying  abit now. leaveing her would be the hardest thing he would ever do. he had faith that after her death they would be togeather again but leaveing her, seeing her face as he got weaker was something he could not deal with. maybe he was so cold to her because of his own selfish reasons

The words he spoke stung. If he loved her why did he do this to her? Why did he lie? "Then why did you do this to me?" She was deathly allergic to peanut butter and would make herself a sandwich tonight. Maybe then she would save her brother but also could die in the process which is something she could live with or not live.

" i wanted you  to  hate me." he stopped for a moment. " i wanted to  push you  away so  you  would not have to watch me die. So i would not have to  see you  watch me get weaker. " he stil kept her close. " rember when we were five and Jordan Nimeroff  gave you  a peanut candy and told you  it was almond? remeber how much i  cryed afraid to lose you. I did not want to make you  do the same thing  this time knowing you  would lose me"

She remembered that day and remembered having to go to the hospital almost dieing on the way there. Slowly she pulled away from her brother's body and looked at him. "I could never hate you why would you think something like that?" The tears were in her eyes again knowing what had to be done but could she bring herself to do it?

" becasue i am stupid. " he moved her so he could look at he face. he wiped her face trying to dry the tears.  "come sit" she walked her to a chair.
"i am going to get you  a glass of water" he walked and quicky came back with a tall glas for her. he knelt donw close by hadning it to her "drink" she spoke softly

She didn't really want water she wanted the peanut butter to kill herself. "Thanks." She said taking the water and sipping it slowly to say thank you. "It would have hurt either way. I mean your death." She whispered.

" i wanted it to hurt less"
He stayed close to her late into the night trying to get her to understand why he acted that way.
" it is late, I need to take some pills and rest. He hugged her and kissed her forehead.
"sleep well"

The night seemed to drag on and she was in her room. She seemed to understand but it still hurt how he treated her. "Goodnight see you tomorrow." Her time was coming close that she could take the peanut butter.

He went off to bed sleeping fairly well he had no idea about the things that were going to happen that night. he never thought his sister would have it in her to take her own life. not right now not after knowing what it was like to lose him.  He closed his eyes and drifted off.
In the darkness both parties hopes had been herd. night had over taken the world and Duncan  leaned on a wall outside the house unseen un herd. the night was his friend and unlike most of his kind he wandered the night looking for those in need of his immortality. But for now he would wait. Only after she committed the deed would he help her.

When she knew that her brother was asleep she came out of her room quietly. She did not want him to wake up and find out what she was going to do and try to stop her. She made her way down into the kitchen and got out the stuff that would kill her. Putting it on the sandwich she made it a jelly and peanut butter sandwich so it would be good. Sitting at the table she stopped and thought about what she was doing.

Ducan could hear her heart beat. He just had to wait there for her to do it. once she did he would drain her let her brother fine her leaving her in a coma like state till her heart was taken he would bring her back.
His dark eyes watched her from the window still hidden by the shadows.
lucius still slept he still had no idea what his sister was going to do or the gift she would give him.

Looking toward the kitchen door she sighed and then took a bite of her sandwich. Instantly she felt sick to her stomach but was happy that her brother was going to be sick. Should she call him down to talk to him? Say why she was doing this? Soon she was hunched over the table and breathing heavily maybe her brother would hear her.

As she fell over Duncan slipped in. He grabbed on to her waist pulling her up from the table.
sleep.   the words was whispered into her mind and she was out like a light. she would not feel her death or the pain that would happen when she stopped breathing or when her heart stopped she would just sleep and not feel a thing.
duncan looked down at her  body as it went limp in his arms. "So pretty " he hissed and kissed her neck using one hand to tilt her head so he could get to it. He suck his fangs into her sweet flesh.

lucius Still was asleep. the whole time he had no idea no  hope of saying goodbye.  Morning came and Duncan was gone leaving her body on the floor. Her heart was fine and on the table Duncan left a letter begging him to keep her heart now that she was dead. lucius pulled her cold body close to him and cried it was all he knew to do. He held her and cried for what could have been hours.
Finally the cops were called they took her body and put it on ice. they cuffed her brother thinking it could have all been his fault. His only saving grace was that he shared the allergy with her. If he had so much as touched the food he would have broken out in rashes.
Her body was brought to be cremated on the same day lucius had his surgery. Duncan showed up at the right time he walked in like he owned the place pushing workers out of his way.
"A waken my dear" he bit his wrist letting his own blood pour over her lips  bringing her back from the land of the dead. his wrist healed fast and he stood over her blood waiting for her to attempt to draw in a breath. Comeing back to life would hurt.
lucius did not remember much after he was asked to count down from ten he woke up in pain his chest burnt.  it felt like it was on fire. the morphine felt like they had been giveing him water his new haert sputtered a bit as he got used to it. he placed his hand over his chest missing his sister but he was happy to have her inside of him.

Before she knew it someone's hands were around her waste and she thought it was her brother. Before she knew what was happening she had fallen asleep almost like a spell where was her brother? Her heart was now beating weakly when he said those words and she did not feel anything there was nothing no movement. There was a slight flinch when he sunk his fangs into her neck but that was it the peanut butter already taking it's affect to. When he bit his wrist and put it towards her lips instinctively she put her hand on his and started drinking. The warm liquid went down into her throat and she could not seem to stop feeding off him. At least he would be ok and she knew that but her brother would probably be very depressed. Her eyes fluttered open and then he could see redness in them. A true vampire now.

(I was thinking that Lucius is very depressed and when they meet she does not remember him. Maybe even feeding from him. But I would like him to be depressed where he does not respond to humans.)

"Morning sun shine" duncan spoke to her he crossed his arms and leaned on the wall. " sleep well?"he chuckled abit knowing that her body more then likly hurt all over.
" you  know your heart is gone now" he had on a smug look. "i mean it look at your chest" there was a be scar running down her chest much like the one her brother sported.

Alone he sat the tv flickered but he had no idea what was even on the sound had been drown out to white noise. a nurse took his blood  and did some work just to be sure he was doing ok that day.
"Did you eat?" she asked. he said nothing. " now don't make me do this the hard way again. did you eat?" still nothing " you  know boy, this is not good for you." she took a small amount of blood testing his blod sugar levels nope. he had eaten nothing again.

She did not remember her brother and looked down into her shirt. The scar was showing but she knew that she was different and healed quickly now. "I feel like I've been hit with a truck. Why can't I remember anything?" She asked looking toward Duncan.

" it will all come back don't you  worrie my dear" He smiled abit. " hurts to die don't it?" she said smugly it did not hurt like it would of if her hand let her come back when she died or if he had just left her.
"so  you  don't remember a thing then?" he thought he would stimulater her abit mentally she had been out of it some time
"lets try to start this with your name?"

When he asked if she remembered anything she shook her head. "All I know is that my name is Rebecca." She said rubbing her neck and standing. The hunger made her stomach turn and she knew she would need to feed instinctively. "Where's lunch?" She smirked feeling her fangs grow out of her gums a little more.

" you  have to go find it my dear" Duncan smiled abit
"follow" he started to walk out the door to the room they had been in.
Outside it was night abit cold the stars lighting up the night like she had never seen before

When she went outside she noticed it was not cold like it should be and the stars were beautiful. "Is there rules to who I should not drink from?" She wanted to know if she couldn't feed from a woman or a kid you know things like that.

" any one you like my dear" He crossed his arms letting her look around "close your eyes. hear your meals heart beat. follow it stalk them" his voice was cold detached

She made a mental note not to take elderly unless they were dieing or kids. Closing her eyes she took a sniff of the air and immediately was off running like a bullet. So quiet you could not even hear her.

"good girl" he stayed were he was waiting to here the stop of a heart beat then he followed. he smiled abit "does she taste good my dear?"

She grabbed the girl from behind the back and then sunk her teeth into her flesh. The blood tasted good and soon the girl was dead. "Delicious."

"good" he wondered how long it would take Becca to remeber her past life.
"we should go for a walk" he waved for he to follow and started to walk back to town. Her old town.

She licked her fangs to get the blood off her fangs. "Where are we going?" She asks starting to follow him her footsteps silent.

" you  will see" he walked to her old place a light on in one room a tv flickering in another. there was allmost no sound from inside the tv on mute and the soft sound of breathing.
'still hungry?"

Right now she had no idea that this was her house. "I'm not hungry but why are we here?" She asked hearing the breathing and seeing the t.v. flickering.

"you  don't know?" he smiled abit. " well now...maybe you  should start trying harder"  He did not seem to happy that she could not rember herself. He had decided to help her so she could go back and be with her twin and now her mind had blocked it all out it was allmost annoying.

The beating of the heart should have meant something because she had given her brother her heart so he could live. What if she could not be around her brother because of wanting his blood. They were blood related so that would be hard. "I don't remember."
