Okay, hello! Anyway, I wanted to apologize for the long intro, they won't always be quit that long. And, wow, early shoppers these children are!

All the intros were long. there's a lot to cover before anyone runs into each other.

well, originally i had Giren getting his letter October 2007 on his birthday but that left too many gaps.

Well, now that we have a bumped into eachother (quite literally) we could do shorter posts, so people have time to join in on conversations and stuff like that.  :-)

Sorry guys, I hope to get better about it soon. I JUST got into my new place. Wont have internet for a while. I'll be able to post short things from my phone but not any "REAL" posts that will do much to progress the RP.

Until my net is set up at the new place I can only get to Starbucks maybe once a week to steal their Wi-Fi for full-length RP posts.

my rule for that is. no more than 3 posts before everyone else has posted.

so, say, Zelric and Cat are in a situation without Giren and Adelaide. You each could post up to 3 times before you have to wait for the two of us to catch up. 

this is preferable when characters are apart. given our current situation i'm only saying, wait until the other three people have posted before you post again. i'll have a hotel that hopefully has wi-fi tonight so i'll try to post.

Since my computer is internetless for quite some time, i can only post via phone.

I'll try and chop away at the posting by posting short paragraphs and adding to my full-length post gradually. Since it's tough for my phone to write long posts on a tiny screen.

Have you tried using your cellphone as a modem?

It works with contracted phones like T-mobile. But i have a pay as you go phone so it doesn't work.

I tried plugging my phone into my computer, AND tried to create a Wi-fi point for my computer to connect to. Sadly both failed.

Wow, that sucks. Sorry to hear that. When do you think you will be getting internet again?

Um... at least 2 weeks. Gotta wait till my paycheck comes in, used my last one on rent. Then they have to hook it up, which I'm unsure how long they take to send an agent out to set it up.

I'll still be able to make short posts, I'll try to make up for it later as we get into the important part of the plot.

if you guys want to post, go ahead, I think I got everything covered (all questions from characters answered). Just let me know if I missed anything.

Yeah, I get paid twice a month, first paycheck is rent, second is my internet and phone.

fortunately lack of internet doesn't mean lack of computer, I've been able to work out plot holes and edit some of the overall details coming up later in the story via my notepad.

The plot thickens....though I'm wondering if I made Seraph too heroic during his section. You'll see later he's got a pretty dark past.

Maxim's name is a nod to "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" (Maxim Horvath)  As I was rather fond of the idea of including mentions of Merlin's apprentices and descendants, as well as the Order of Morgana.
