WTF is Frozen Synapse?

It sounds like something I'd enjoy, but I'd like to hear if anyone has first hand experience with it.

I have and everything he said was dead on. Its a great game if you like  tactical turn based planning/strategy game. Absolutely fantastic game and I recomend trying it out,e especially if you like a cyberpunk theme. Also buy the soundtrack, its eargasm worthy
