As a disabled American, I loathe and detest anyone who would abuse the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) in such a fashion.

Unfortunately, it's become commonplace. The places/people being sued often don't fight it, as they know they'll get far too much negative publicity in doing so.

Yes it was all settled very quietly, so no one fought it.


My university never made it through the recession so it angered me even more that people were fleecing it for money when it was already crippled!
