It Takes Two --

** PLEASE NOTE: I’m searching for male characters, but female writers are more than welcome to apply, as well! :) **

First, let me tell you what I expect out of my roleplay partner and what I intend to give to them.

What I’m Looking For:

• Creativity. Just because I lay out the blueprints for a plot doesn’t mean that you have to follow along to the dot. Let me know what you think. Got a suggestion? Speak up! It’s way more fun if we’re both working on this story together.
  
• Consistency. Try to post on a regular basis, please. Stories can very easily die out if they aren’t given proper attention by one player or another.
  
• Depth. I like to see descriptions from my partner. I want to find someone who can write with grace and set the stage with ease. Give me something to reply to. Make me inspired!
  
• Honesty. This is what I’m looking for most. If you’re not enjoying how the story is going—if you’re bored—it’s important that you let me know. I’m a big girl. I won’t get hurt by the truth. :3

What You Can Expect From Me:

• Punctuality. I will stay pretty regular with my replies. If there’s a day when I can’t reply to you, I will let you know beforehand.
  
• Description. I take pride in my ability to describe scenes. There will be substance in each and every one of my posts.
  
• Honesty. I will let you know if something bothers me. I’m a really open person and very easy to negotiate with.

Most importantly, keep in mind that I don’t bite. I’m a very friendly person that’s here for the same reason you are: to write. Don’t be afraid to shoot me a message. If you’re not interested in any plots posted here, suggest one! I might not be interested, but I’m not afraid to try new things. :)

Eien No Ai

Set in feudal Japan, a samurai is journeying through a town. Something catches his eye: the geisha house. They sit on display as live, blinking dolls waiting for their next patron. Of all the women, one especially catches his eye. Her beauty radiates from her, expanding around him and filling his lonely heart with need. He doesn’t hesitate to go to her okaa-san (mother of the house) and purchase a night with her. Meanwhile, she stares out at him. Her mouth sets tightly: ruby petals in a milken sea. They catch each other’s eye and, in a moment, understand the suffering of the other. He’s determined to set her free from her bonds. No other man will touch her again…

Pray to the Gods!

A gladiator has been given the task of leading a great war. Before a vital part of his fortune is finished, the oracle in charge is struck down by the gods. She is survived, however, by her young apprentice. The girl is astonishingly beautiful, but she is new to reading the gods’ will. Furthermore, one god does not want this gladiator to succeed. He’s after them. In order to get his fate foretold, the soldier must force this young woman to open the gate between the heavens and earth. Can he make her do such a thing? Can he give up this lovely creature to a god’s greedy hands?

Dream Within a Dream—

A young priestess is on the run. Her city is burning, her king slain, her temple crumbling to its knees. A beautiful virgin such as she will go for a good price. The rival kingdom gives chase. Try though she might, she cannot outrun the swift-footed feet and hooves of the enemy. They seize her and make way to return through the forest. Their journey is impeded by the sudden appearance of a creature. Seeing them as trespassers, he kills the men, but what is he to do with the woman? His eyes look upon the fearful face. Something stays his hand. What could this young girl possibly offer to him?
