The World has changed, with the war between the AVENGERS and the X-men becoming public knowledge. Cyclops, Emma Frost, Namor, Colossus and Magic were possessed by the Phoenix force. They changed the world and then nearly destroyed it. Scott Summers went mad with power and killed the man who raised him, Charles Xavier.

With Summers and the others now in jail the world hates and fears Mutants now more then Ever.
Wolverine is left to continue the dream of the man who did more for mutant kind then anyone else. Together with Storm, Beast, Ice-Man and Shadow-cat the school is left open for a new semester at the Jean Grey Institute.

An old enemy is on the horizon, plotting a new dark age for America and the rest of the world.
As well as the X-men trying to find all the new Mutants and recruit them before Magneto does, who is ever wanting to bring members into his Brotherhood. Not to mention the Avengers as a looming threat on the Horizion.

Both Storm and Wolverine are already taken but the following characters are free.
Not to mention the created characters which you can submit who are more then welcome.

Arch-Angel.
Sunfire.
Shadowcat.

Karma.
Moonstar.

And many more.....Please feel free to dig into the X-men toybox and pull something out.
However the Original Night cralwer, Banshee, Jean Grey all will stay dead for now.
And we will not be using the X-men from the past, but im not against members of the Age of Apocalypse joining like Night cralwer.

I have a clear villain in mind for the first story arc. But im willing to have  the X-men`s Rouge gallery to spring up.

I hope that we will be able to get a good group of people for this. I will be co-mod with loislanekent. If you have questions you can ask either of us. I believe we are in two very different time zones, so it shouldn't be too hard to get in contact with at least one of us at most times of the day.

I'll be playing as Wolverine in this rp. Depending on who joins and what characters we have involved I will likely pick up other characters for certain plot points or as villains, but Wolverine will be the one I am focused on.

TamaRose

Cool, because I really want to bring Autumn over to this group. I had never played her until the Uncanny X-Men and Really want to do more with her since I didn't get the chance. Where do I sign up?

JosuT

I don't think we have a thread up yet to put character bios or anything like that. At least not that I know of. I'm sure we'll get one up once we have a few more people showing some interest.

GhettoMagick

Can I play? I would like to be psylocke or rachel grey if thats okay
I wanna be loved by you. Just you. And everyone else too. I wanna be loved by everyone. ;o)

Sasquatch421

I would be interested in trying to bring my Myth character over to this game... Or possibly Darkbird at some point as well. It's been awhile so I'll have to relook to remember her name.

Pumpkin Seeds

Might be nice to try and bring Nuo back to life.

VoluptuousVixen

For now I think each of us focusses on one character each. At least for the first Storyline which is going to be entitled.
"The Forgotten Wife Of Scott Summers." I think that may be a big hint who our first villain is going to be.

CHARACTER NAME: Storm
REAL NAME: Ororo Munroe
AGE: 32
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: HetroSexual
HEIGHT: 5`11
WEIGHT: 127lbs.
AFFILIATION: The X-men, The Jean Grey Institute for Higher Learning.

APPERENACE/COSTUME:

APPERANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:

POWERS/ABILITIES:

A) Weather Control;

Storm has demonstrated a plethora of abilities, most of which are facets of her power to manipulate the weather. Storm possesses the psionic ability to control all forms of Weather Manipulation over limited areas. She has been able to control both Earthly and extra terrestrial ecosystems on several occasions. She can modify the temperature of the environment, control all forms of precipitation, humidity and moisture (at a molecular level), generate lightning and other electromagnetic atmospheric phenomena, and has demonstrated excellent control over atmospheric pressure. She can incite all forms of meteorological tempests, such as tornadoes, thunderstorms, blizzards, and hurricanes, as well as mist. She can dissipate such weather to form clear skies as well.

B) Electromagnetic;

Also known as Electromagnetic Radiation, EM Energy is the mixture of electric fields and magnetic fields combining together causing the flow of electricity to generate multiple effects. The electromagnetic force is second in effective strength only to the strong force and is infinite in range. Storm has a direct relationship with this source of energy. By using him as a lightning rod, Storm was able to focus a massive amount of EM energy through Colossus, and then into herself, and has also shown the ability to create EMPs of varying degrees. Electromagnetic radiation is classified according to the frequency of its wave. One classification would be gamma rays. Using a combination of gamma radiation and kinetic energy Storm was able to deflect solar flares from the sun around the entire planet. Since Electromagnetism is one of the four fundamental forces of the universe, Storm is also able to use this source of energy to amplify her other abilities to incredible levels.

C)Radiant/Solar Energy;

Radiant Energy is the energy of EM waves and can be transmitted in the form of electromagnetic radiation. The Sun as well as other stars produce radiant energy and given the right circumstances Storm can manipulate this energy on a large scale. Outer Space contains elements of much larger quantities and potency than that on Earth, which is why Storm's powers are seen as amped during her time in space. Storm was able to manipulate the radiant energy from the solar corona of the sun and convert it to Solar winds to fly in space, as well as create a Force 12 Gale to destroy a sentinel backed by the full power of the sun. Both are impressive feats but the most ambiguous display occurred when Storm summoned the full power of an entire galactic core, millions of stars and suns within a close proximity, within herself to stop a brood transformation

WEAKNESSES:

A)Claustrophobia: (Practically formerly) Having been trapped under rubble for three days while her mother lay dying, Storm's claustrophobia was once so severe, it rendered her completely helpless. However, she has more or less conquered her fear, though tight spaces still make her uncomfortable.

B)Emotional Influence:(Practically Formerly) Storm's ability to manipulate the weather in her immediate vicinity is affected by her emotions; hence, if she does not maintain control, a fit of rage might induce a destructive storm. As a result, Storm has in the past kept a tight rein on all extreme emotions.

C) Physical Condition:(Practically Formerly) Storm is limited by the force of her will and the strength of her body. It once took her several hours to put an end to a savage blizzard sweeping over much of Canada, and she nearly killed herself from exhaustion in the process.

HISTORY:

Ororo Munroe, also known as Storm, is the descendant of an ancient line of African priestesses, all of whom have white hair, blue eyes, and the potential to wield magic. Born Ororo Munroe, her mother, N'Daré, was the princess of a tribe in Kenya, who married the American photojournalist, David Munroe, and moved with him to Manhattan, where Ororo was born.

When Ororo was six months old, she and her parents moved to Cairo, Egypt and, at the age of five, a plane crash destroyed their home. Ororo's parents were killed, but she survived, buried under rubble near her mother's body. This traumatizing effect left Ororo with the severe claustrophobia that still afflicts her today.

She became a thief and was the first of Xaviers students to encounter him. But despite offers she didn't return to America with him.
Months later, however, Professor Xavier was left with no choice but to recruit Storm, as he called her, and other mutants from around the world into the X-Men in order to rescue his original students from the threat of the sentient island being, known as Krakoa. Prof. Xavier explained to Ororo that she was not a "goddess", but a mutant and had a responsibility to use her abilities to help the world, just as she had helped the local tribes. Curious, Ororo accepted Professor Xavier's offer and was given the codename "Storm". After most of the original team left, Ororo, along with fellow new recruits Nightcrawler, Colossus, Wolverine, Thunderbird, and Banshee stayed as members of the new X-Men.
After serving with the team for two years, Storm was appointed leader of the team following the departure of former leader, Cyclops, after the apparent death of Jean Grey.

Soon after, the X-Men encountered the underground community of mutants, known as the Morlocks, who had kidnapped one of their former members, Angel. To save her friend, Storm challenged the Morlock leader, Callisto, to a duel and bested her in hand-to-hand combat. As a result, Storm became leader of the Morlocks and she ordered them to cease their hostilities against the surface-dwelling humans.
When the X-Men later traveled to Japan to attend the wedding of their team member Wolverine, Storm first met the ninja named Yukio and the X-Men battled Viper and Silver Samurai over control of Clan Yashida. A friend of Wolverine's, Yukio was the most carefree spirit that Ororo had ever met and the two became fast friends. Yukio influenced a major rebellious change in Storm's attitude towards life and she took to wearing leather and shaved her hair into a Mohawk.

Storm later had her powers accidentally neutralized by Henry Gyrich with a gun invented by the mutant machinist, named Forge, who took it upon himself to nurse Storm back to health. During her convalescence at Forge’s headquarters in Eagle Plaza in Dallas, Texas, Storm and Forge fell in love, but their relationship was cut short after Storm learned Forge had created the device that stripped her of her powers.
She However continued to serve as leader of the team without her mutant gifts.

But her powers were eventually restored by the time the X-men temporarily moved to Australia.
Throughout the ever changing roaster of the X-men over the next few years Storm remind a loyal member.
When the X-Men journeyed to Niganda to investigate reports of mutant animals, they ran into Black Panther. At the end of the mission, Storm stayed in Niganda to help the mutants affected there. During this time she came into conflict with an African Colonel named Shetani, who was hunting down and killing de-powered mutants in search of Storm. When she finally confronted him, he revealed to her that he was her uncle. Afterward, Shetani told Storm of a hidden village in Northwest Kenya where she met her grandmother for the first time. This finally prompted her to accept the Black Panther's marriage proposal. A week after her 30th Birthday.

Since her marriage to the Black Panther Storm has found the last two and a half years difficult. Trying to desperately balance her marriage and responsibilities as Queen with her X-man duties. She even has served as both a member of the Fantastic Four and Avengers in that time.

Storm was summoned by Captain America to an Avengers meeting detailing their plans for the coming of the Phoenix Force and to prepare in case of a fight against the mutants of Utopia. Storm left in disgust, siding with her fellow mutants against the Avengers. After Namor attacked and almost destroyed Wakanda searching for the Avengers, T'Challa named the X-Men enemies of his country. Feeling Ororo betrayed their people by siding with the X-Men, and after Storm threw down her ring after a confrontation with her husband, the High Priest of the Panther Cult had their marriage annulled. Despite this, Storm still aided the Avengers to free their teammates from the Phoenix imbued X-Men, and in the final confrontation to defeat the Phoenix.

In the wake of the Avengers vs X-Men conflict, Storm returned to the school and was immediately hired as headmistress at the Jean Grey School for higher learning.

PERSONALITY:

A passionate and careining nature. A born leader and mother figure. She has a passionate side.
Storm was formerly in a serious relationship with Forge.
Ororo lost her virginity to T'Challa, at age 12.
Storm is claustrophobic due to her traumatic childhood experiences in Cairo.
Ororo was best friends with Jean Grey.

EQUIPMENT:

Storm often carries lock picks. Also formerly a knife for protection when she lost her powers. and M'Rinn gave her a Cameo Crystal that could detect and allow Storm to get to M'Rinn's dimension.

CHARACTER NAME: Toad
REAL NAME: Todd Mortimer Tolansky
AGE: 17
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual
HEIGHT: 5'8''
WEIGHT: 169lbs
AFFILIATION: Whoever isn't going to kill him. Toad does hope to be part of a team someday.

APPEARANCE:

(Toad doesn't like costumes)

POWERS/ABILITIES:
Superhuman Leaping: The Toad's primary mutant power is the ability to leap to heights and distances far greater than that of an ordinary human. He possesses some degree of superhuman strength, particularly in his legs, which grants him his superior leaping abilities. He has a vertical leap of over 24 feet and a horizontal jump of approximately 36 feet in a single leap. No definite limit to his leaping ability is yet known. Although the Toad usually stands in a crouching position, he can stand erect if he wishes. His unusually flexible spine enables him to crouch continually without strain.

Superhuman Stamina: The Toad's muscles produce much less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the muscles of an ordinary human.

Superhuman Agility: The Toad's bodily coordination and balance are enhanced to levels that are beyond the human body's natural limits.

Superhuman Durability: The Toad's body is somewhat tougher and more resistant to physical injury than an ordinary human. He can withstand impacts and physical trauma that would severely injure or kill an ordinary human with moderate discomfort. However, he is far from invulnerable and can be injured in ways similar to an ordinary human. For instance, he is not bulletproof and can be injured by weapons composed of conventional materials.

Super-Prehensile Tongue: The Toad has the ability to extend his tongue up to 25 feet in distance and ensnare objects and people.

Toxic Saliva: He is also able to spit a caustic phlegmatic substance.

Superhuman Strength: The Toad is superhumanly strong, primarily in his lower body, and is capable of leg pressing 3 tons. He possesses superhuman strength in his upper body as well, although to a much lower degree, and can lift about 1 ton.

Amphibian Control: In the past, the Toad has demonstrated the ability to psionically communicate with amphibian life, such as frogs, toads, newts, and salamanders.

WEAKNESSES:
Soap. It's an allergy.
Toad has no knowledge of hand-to-hand combat.
Toad's drastic physical mutations make it easy to spot and find him in public.
Easily distracted and manipulated.
Neurological Imbalance.

HISTORY:

Todd was born in York, England, and was quickly abandoned by his parents and spent many years in an orphanage, where he was constantly tormented by other children due to his ugliness and strangely shaped body (as his mutant appearance was present from birth). He was considered to be mentally inferior due to his extreme shyness and mild learning disabilities during his primary school years, though he was actually quite intelligent. He dropped out at an extremely early age and decided to fend for himself. Based on years of abuse and knowing full well he was a freak, Todd developed a severe inferiority complex, becoming servile to anyone that showed him the slightest bit of affection.

Toad fell in with the Brotherhood for a short time where he developed a loving feel for Magneto. He believed the man a god and believed the man loved him (not romantically). It was only after he was captured by police and Magneto refused to rescue him that he realized he meant nothing to anyone.

From then on, Toad decided that his loyalties would lie with whoever had the most to offer him. It didn't matter if he believed in their cause. All that mattered was that he felt they would end up being the winner. His personality took a drastic turn and he became more obnoxious and outgoing. The change was sudden and came with bouts of anger and rage. Without warning, Toad has a tenancy to be violent. Other times, he becomes so docile that he doesn't speak for days on end.

Unknown to Todd, most of his unpleasant issues area  result from his infancy in the Black Womb Project. He was one of a large number of mutant children that were experimented on while still in the womb. Unable to handle what sort of child this resulted in was the reason he was abandoned by his parents.

PERSONALITY:

As a child, he was rather shy and as a teen, he became servant like due to his inferiority complex. But after being abandoned by his so called 'Master', Toad changed.

Currently, his personality seems to change drastically from day to day. Most times, he uses his own sick sense of humor to keep himself smiling. He is also easily attracted to most woman. At least he is till they do something he deems 'not perfect' and he loses interest in them. He was once in love with Magneto's daughter, Scarlet Witch, but soon abandoned those desires when he realized she had 'feelings'. He once stalked a woman till she became pregnant by her husband. The sight of her pregnant belly sickened him.

Toad longs to be around people. He wants to be part of a group, but his own self-hating tendencies tend to get in the way.

EQUIPMENT:
Goggles.

KNOWN ENEMIES:
He probably has some, but most consider him to be too insignificant to think about.

CHARACTER NAME: Nightcrawler (AOA)
REAL NAME: Kurt Darkholme
AGE: 29
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual
HEIGHT: 5'9''
WEIGHT: 190lbs
AFFILIATION: X-Men, mostly
APPEARANCE/COSTUME:

APPEARANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:

POWERS/ABILITIES:
Teleportation: Nightcrawler can teleport by opening a portal into another dimension. He can teleport close to 2 miles at a time and carry 2 to 3 additional people although this leave a passenger feeling weak and nauseous. Nightcrawler also has developed a nasty trick in which he teleport a portions of a person's or robot's mass away, basically performing an amputation of that part.

Flexible Bone Structure: Nightcrawler's bone structure allows him great flexibility. He can remain in a crouched position for a long time and perform contortionist type feats without causing any damage to his spine.

Prehensile Tail: allowing him to grab onto objects with relative ease. His tail is strong enough to not only support his body weight but also lift an adult man completely off the ground. It is deft enough to fight with like a sword or blunt object.

Superhuman Agility: Nightcrawler's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the human body's natural limits.

Superhuman Reflexes: Nightcrawler's natural reaction time is enhanced to a level beyond the human body's natural limits.

WEAKNESSES:
Kurt's angry outlook and jaded view of the world can be used to manipulate him.
There is a limit to his teleportation powers, if he tries to move to much mass at once it strains his heart.

HISTORY:

When Legion, the mentally unbalanced mutant son of Professor Charles Xavier and Gabrielle Haller, traveled back in time in an attempt to kill Magneto, he accidentally killed Xavier instead, creating a splinter universe known as the Age of Apocalypse. In that reality, mutants became the dominant species of the planet. Apocalypse rose to power enslaved humanity.

Early Years
Nightcrawler had a strained relationship with his mother Mystique. He also had a scarring experience that made him despise organized religion. Ultimately, Kurt was one of the many mutants who joined Magneto's rebel band known as the X-Men who sought to stop Apocalypse's dominion of the world. He often acted as the go-between in the X-Men's dealings with Mystique, whose friend Destiny could foresee the future.

Nightcrawler was along side the X-Men in rescuing political prisoner Robert Kelly from one of Apocalypse's prison camps located in Mexico.

He purchased data from his mother informing the X-Men that Apocalypse had relocated the Blue Area of the Moon to recover from one of his most recent battles. With the help of mass teleporter Blink, Nightcrawler and the X-Men were transported there. They were attacked by the Inhuman Royal Family, minions of Apocalypse and were captured. Blink helped free the X-Men, and they escaped back to Earth, killing the Inhuman leader Maximus in the process.

Twilight of the Age of Apocalypse
Nightcrawler remained mainstay with the X-Men as Apocalypse continued to overrun North America. Eventually, world tensions led to a cold war between Apocalypse and the Human High Council, which could have potentially ended in a complete nuclear holocaust. The Kelly Pact was signed, wherein Apocalypse promised to cease his grisly experiments against humans, however he had no intention of doing so. Nightcrawler accompanied his fellow X-Men in traveling to Seattle to stop Apocalypse's culling there. After defeating an army of Infinites and their leader Unus, the X-Men found the time displaced Bishop. They soon learned that Bishop came from another reality that was fractured by Legion killing Xavier in the past. Convinced that there was some truth behind Bishop's claims, Magneto dispatched X-Men to search for the items and people needed to restore his reality as well as squads to foil Apocalypse's various schemes.

Nightcrawler as an X-Man
Added by PeteparkerWhen Magneto explained his plan to his fellow X-Men, Nightcrawler visited Magneto in private and asked him if he truly believed in the "ravings of a madman". Magneto told Kurt how he remembered seeing a man resembling Bishop present on the day that Charles Xavier died, and was willing to bank on the possibility of a better world. He asked Nightcrawler to seek out his mother to help him find Destiny, to see if her precognitive abilities could confirm Bishop's claims.

Nightcrawler knew that Destiny had sought refuge to a place called Avalon, secretly located in Antartica. He first violently confronted Angel, the wealthy mutant who would tell the right information for the right price. Worthington revealed that Kurt could find passage through the Ghost Dance, a church that operated out of an abandoned Stark Industries warehouse on the docks of Manhattan. Nightcrawler would lost his temper with both Worthington and later with Ghost Dance's leader John Proudstar when it was suggested that his mother, who now helped ferry people to Avalon, would loot and murder her charges. Nightcrawler forced Proudstar to allow him passage to Avalon aboard the submarine "Excalibur". Unknown to Kurt, his activities were monitored by minions of Apocalypse who sent his Pale Riders to follow him and destroy Avalon.

The ship eventually suffered mechanical problems, forcing it to surface and accept aid from the first ship that would come to their rescue. That ship was captained Callisto who welcomed the crew and passengers of the sub aboard. Nightcrawler teleported away to watch the crew in secret and was horrified when Callisto callously dumped the voyagers into the ocean to die. Nightcrawler killed Callisto's crew and fought Calliso herself until the arrival of his mother Mystique, who killed Callisto for attacking her son.

Nightcrawler and Mystique
Reunited with his mother, Kurt was taken to her castle Cold Grey in Antarctica where he prepared for his trip to Avalon. When Mystique proved reluctant to accompany him, he pressed her if the rumors of her robbing and killing those she was supposed to bring to Avalon were true. She admitted to charging a fee to allow passage, angering Nightcrawler. However, seeing that she was shamed by this, he calmed down and convinced her to accompany him. They traveled to Avalon and were escorted by Cain Marko to Destiny's home. They asked Destiny to accompany them back to America, but she refused. Before Nightcrawler and Mystique could plan what to do next, Avalon was attacked by Dead Man Wade and Damask. Although Damask refused to destroy Avalon, Dead Man Wade had no such compunction and Nightcrawler was forced to kill him by teleporting Wade's head, decapitating him. However this was just a preliminary force and Nightcrawler, Mystique, Damask and the mutant known as Switchback prepared for the next wave of attackers.

The counter-attack came in the form of the Shadow King who used his telepathic powers to wipe out almost everyone in Avalon. Nightcrawler helped Damask kill the Shadow King by utilizing his teleportation powers to bring them into the same dimensional plane as the Shadow King, allowing Damask to slay him. In the aftermath of the battle, with everyone she loved slaughtered by Apocalypse, Destiny agreed to accompany Nightcrawler back to America.

They returned to the ruins of the Xavier estate to find that Magneto and a shard of the M'Kraan Crystal (Another key to saving the fractured reality) were stolen by Apocalypse. Both Nightcrawler and Destiny agreed to be part of the strike force to attack Apocalypse's citadel.

Nightcrawler was part of the final battle which saw Bishop restoring his own reality, and Apocalypse being slain by Magneto. With nuclear holocaust threatening to rain down on all of them, Nightcrawler and the rest of the world were secretly be saved by Jean Grey utilizing the Phoenix Force to save the world, victory that Magneto would be credited for and the evil geneticist Sinister would blackmail Magneto into maintaining.

The New Age of Apocalypse
With Apocalypse dead, the X-Men worked to restore the United States. The X-Men become government sanctioned bounty hunters charged with hunting and capturing mutants that were loyal to Apocalypse so that they could be tried for war crimes, chief among them being Sinister. In his first mission with the X-Men in this capacity, Nightcrawler aided his teammates in capturing the Hellions. Nightcrawler and the X-Men were unaware that Magneto was being blackmailed by Sinister to stay away.

When Weapon X (Logan) was welcomed back into the ranks of the X-Men, Nightcrawler almost killed him, unaware that Magneto had called for Logan to return. The team then quickly answered a call from Washington D.C. to stop a rampage caused by Amazon, Cannonball and Icarus[12]. However, this turned out to be a cover to allow the Guthrie's sister Paige to capture Rogue and her son Charles as part of a revenge scheme against the X-Men. Nightcrawler and his comrades battled the Guthries until Magneto arrived and killed them, but not before Paige could reveal that Magneto had been secretly hiding Sinister.

Magneto revealed the truth, and Nightcrawler followed his fellow X-Men to Liberty Island to face off against Sinister and his Sinister Six. During the fight, Nightcrawler, Dazzler and Gambit were swallowed up in Cloak's Darkforce Dimension. Only Nightcrawler and Dazzler escaped after Storm killed Cloak with a lightning strike. In the aftermath of the battle, Sinister was killed and Jean Grey was freed from his control. Magneto turned himself over to the authorities for his deception.

X-Force
Nightcrawler continued to serve with the X-Men, who continued to operate and maintain peaceful coexistence between humans and mutants. After Weapon X became the new Apocalypse and plunged the world into darkness once again, Nightcrawler fought with the X-Men to stop his former comrade. When X-Force from Earth-616 came to the Age of Apocalypse he and the rest of his X-Men helped them gain the Celestial Lifeseed. He later returned to Earth-616 with Jean and Sabretooth to help X-Force fight their new Apocalypse. He stayed behind on Earth-616 vowing to make the refugees from Earth-295 living on Earth-616 like Iceman and Dark Beast pay for their crimes.

Kurt joined X-Force for their mission to Avalon to rescue Fantomex. They were drawn into a conflict between the forces of Avalon and a future Jamie Braddock. They managed to rescue Fantomex and destroyed the future Jamie by killing his present version. With the help of X-Force, Kurt hunted down and killed his former friend Iceman and killed him. Kurt then asked Wolverine for help to hunt down and kill The Blob.

He was interrupted by the prompt departure of Fantomex and Psylocke from the team. Wolverine and Kurt then went to look for Deadpool, finding him being accosted by a group of artificial soldiers called "The Omega Clan". These soldiers had false memories of X-Force killing their families in order to have a personal vendetta against them. After escaping the factory and returning to their hideout, X-Force were greeted by a new version of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, led by Daken and featuring Kurt's mother, Mystique. They revealed that they had killed Fantomex and exploded their base. In the last minute however, Psylocke managed to enter the mind of Gateway and sent them into the future. The Brotherhood's plan was to brainwash Evan Sabahnur and turn him into their own Apocalypse.

After returning from the future, X-Force infiltrated the Brotherhood's hideout, and Kurt captured Mystique. Mystique promised him she could give him the Blob who was also a member of the Brotherhood, if he released her and betrayed. Kurt complied and Mystique honoured their arrangement, tricking Blob into a room where Kurt managed to kill him by teleporting a shark into his stomach. For his betrayal however, he was attacked by E.V.A., Fantomex's sentient ship/second brain and she managed to injure him, despite his pleading with her that he was going to help X-Force again, now that the Blob was dead. He escaped, hoping that they would one day forgive him. Before leaving, he rescued Mystique from Evan Sabahnur teleported them both away.

PERSONALITY:

"I'm going to kill the bastards who ruined our lives. Sugar Man, Drake, McCoy, the Blob-- they're all here in this world. They think they're safe from retribution. They will learn otherwise."

Nightcrawler has seen his share of betrayal, decepit and sorrow.  He has a noble soul, but the only thing left on his mind now is revenge.

#17
CHARACTER NAME: Flame
REAL NAME: Autumn Rose
AGE: 30
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Bisexual
HEIGHT: 5' 7"
WEIGHT: 136
AFFILIATION: New X-Men

APPEARANCE/COSTUME: None

APPEARANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:

POWERS/ABILITIES:

Regenerative Healing Factor: The ability to rapidly regenerate lost or damaged tissues, organs, and limbs, sometimes slowing or even stopping aging.

Healing Touch: Autumn is capable of healing any living thing with a touch. She can also heal memory erasure by healing the scars formed on the brain. The touch won't have to be directly on the injury, or even skin contact, as contact through clothing will work.

Fire Breath: The ability to use her mouth by breathing and exhaling at will, like a dragon.

Thermal Resistance: Autumn is able to survive at any temperature without discomfort, thriving in the center of a sun or below sub zero.

WEAKNESSES:

Regenerative Healing Factor: Instantly lethal attacks are likely un-recoverable. Complete Disintegration or Incineration may kill Autumn permanently. Decapitation and distancing of the head away from the body may kill her, as it prevents the brain from sending signals to the body to regenerate, with the exception of those with Cephalophore or those who can regenerate a whole body via the head. Destroy the head and brain for the same reason. Wounds of extreme depth or those carrying deep emotions may not completely heal, resulting in scars. Brain cells can be repaired, but if the cerebral cortex (where information, memories, awareness and consciousness are processed) is damaged, unless the user is at least master-level, complex issues may arise: Since the information transmittance ceases, it stops telling the body to regenerate, killing Autumn. Even if it does repair, damaged memories may not regenerate, causing her to have nothing more than primal instincts at best. As long as the cerebral cortex remains unharmed, the user is practically immortal, being able to regenerate pretty much from that one portion alone. If the weapon used stays on the wound, regeneration may be slowed or stopped. Pain Suppression may not be included. Some forms of regeneration simply forces cell division to occur faster, rather than repairing/reviving damaged cells, and thus this actually speeds up aging shortening lifespan. She still may be vulnerable to disease. Depending on injuries, regenerating abilities may change. She may not be able to regenerate internal organs. Removal of ability may cause Autumn to age rapidly by the amount that the regeneration had held off all the time. Autumn is still vulnerable to suffocation or asphyxiation if they are dependent on oxygen or a source of respiration. Healing Factor Nullification device can prevent the user from healing.

Healing Touch: Autumn needs physical contact. Being pushed/pulled away can stop the healing process. She may not be able to heal herself when limited to others.

Fire Breath: Flames could harm Autumn if she didn't have her Thermal Resistance. It requires energy to produce and time to control this ability. Unless aiming at a target, Autumn must be mindful of distance; this includes location to avoid burning items within the area.

Thermal Resistance: There may be a limit as to how much hot/cold Autumn can tolerate. Autumn is immune only to the temperature, not other effects...so smoke, falling debris, slippery ground, etc. can be a problem. Autumn may be immune to only one extreme of temperature. Likely still limited by physics, meaning she cannot move at extreme cold, or liquefy in extreme heat.

HISTORY: For most of Autumn's childhood everything was pretty much normal. She lived in a middle class town in Pennsylvania where her mother was an X-Ray technician at the local hospital while her father was one of the local family physicians.

School came easy to her when it came to music, art, history, literature, and biology but when it came to Math and English she had to work a lot harder to keep her grades up. Something she did a hell of a good job at since her main goal in life was to work in New York City as a Crime Scene Investigator.

Throughout her high school years she got nothing lower then a B-. Even when her mutant abilities began to show themselves her parents did the best they could to help her control and learn more about her powers while keeping her grades up, even though they all did their best to hide it from everyone else in the small town.

They were never embarrassed of her or hated her for being a mutant. Instead they told her that she was something special and that she was made the way she was so she could help others. Although, as to what her parents meant at that time she never knew nor did she ask yet, still they loved and cared for her until she was old enough to go out on her own while keeping her secret for fear of someone wanting to hurt or kill her.

~~~~~~~~~
After high school, Autumn spent 9 years in college to get her Bachelors Degree for Crime Scene Investigation in New York City. It was an odd choice when it came to career choices, seeing as government hated anything that had to do with mutants but again she hid her abilities and never let them show while anyone else was around while she did her best to do the job that she enjoyed and loved more then anything else in the world.
PERSONALITY: Autumn is shy when you first meet her but once you get to know her she is feisty and can be hot tempered if you piss her off. She can have a real potty mouth from working around men all of the time....but in the end she can be quite loving, caring, and a hopeless romantic even though she tries to act tough.
EQUIPMENT:Hand to hand combat and Tae Kwon Do.
TheVillain
CHARACTER NAME: "Traitor" AKA "Unit 13" AKA "The Judas Machine" AKA "KilljoyBot3k"
REAL NAME: Jack Cordero
AGE: 24
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual
HEIGHT: 5'10"
WEIGHT: 347 lbs
AFFILIATION: Formerly the "Friends of Humanity" and then the Sentinel program, recently a prisoner/defector to the X-Men.
APPERENACE/COSTUME:
APPERANCE WITHOUT COSTUME: Jack currently doesn't wear a costume and goes into battle just with the clothes he was wearing already.
POWERS/ABILITIES: The Traitor is a Mark X Prime Sentinel, a Cyborg designed and built to combine the best parts of machine and normal human for the purpose of hunting down and killing mutants. At least, in theory. Past Clashes with the X-Men have found the past 9 models of Prime Sentinels, and of Sentinels in General, to fall short of this mark. Still, with every model they improve their capabilities somehow.
The latest Prime Sentinels might stand a good chance, actually - though with the Traitor's defection the X-Men are at least forewarned.
  • Lifeform Detection - Advanced Sensors built into the head of Mark X Prime Sentinels can sense the presence of lifeforms or variations thereof and with sufficient data they can distinguish basic types automatically. Most notably is the ability to distinguish between baseline humans and mutants with nothing more then a passing glance - even if the mutant in question themselves didn't know or was trying to hide it.
  • Weaponry - Like all Mark X Prime Sentinels, weapons are hidden throughout the cybernetics. Most notably plasma pistols hidden in the thighs, a grenade launcher in his abdomen, and heat vents in his feet.
  • Marksmanship - Traitor is considered an excellent marksman even when compared to other Mark X Prime Sentinels thanks mostly to upbringing and practice. An Excellent Shot, especially with the Plasma Pistols.
  • Flight - Mark X Prime Sentinels are all capable of short range flight thanks to jet propulsion units in their calves and feet.
  • Durability - While not as durable as their larger cousin, a Prime Sentinel is much more durable then a baseline human while still appearing as such.
  • Mental Overclocking - The Mark X Prime Sentinel has a level of control over how fast their minds work. Essentially, they are capable of a "bullet time" like effect. With enough practice, this "bullet time" can extend as far as into brief bursts of superhuman speed.
  • Self-Repair - With the right materials, the Mark X Prime Sentinel can simulate the effects of a Healing Factor to a lesser degree with many repairs occurring automatically. In theory, all damage on both sides of the equation - machine and flesh - will be repaired indefinitely. In practice if that holds true is yet to be seen.
  • Limited Cyberpathy - Mark X Prime Sentinels all have in-built wifi reception and transmission, and are essentially walking Wifi Hotspots.
WEAKNESSES: Traitor's cybernetically enhanced biology means he's one of the few living beings who has to worry about computer viruses on top of normal human disease. He's not as susceptible to either as he would be if he was purely biological or purely technological - but he can be effected by both. He's also more susceptible to attacks meant for machines then a normal human, like magnetic fields for example.
The Traitor is also known in intelligence circles for what he did, and anti-mutant forces may hold a grudge.
Quote from: BioMy name is Jack Cordero, and I am a Traitor. I've betrayed my friends, my country, and my species - and I'm not sure I can even tell you why.
I was born in a small town named Putnam, Kentucky. Not much there but retirees and coal miners, and I wanted out. There was a time when I thought my way out was to go to college but I convinced myself that the money wasn't there and the scholarship I needed went to some affirmative action pick. It soured me, it made me a hateful monster long before the Friends of Humanity found me - they just gave me a way to bring the hate out.
The Friends of Humanity came to town, told as all that other people were to blame for our rundown and empty lives, especially mutants. Most of us ignored them, I didn't. I signed on with the Friends thinking that was the answer - I see I was wrong but at the time I went in head first. I don't think I ever was that smart. The Friends knew some people, and eventually I met a man from O*N*E. A man who asked me what I'd be willing to do to contain the mutant menace. I signed on the dotted line, and had my first surgery. You'd be amazed how little time it takes for them to get all this cybernetics in you.
Soon, they'd set me out in small towns all over these mountains. Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia - that was my patrol and I was protecting the human race from mutie freaks.
Then I met the Caldwells. A family, they looked so damn normal, they were normal. My sensors picked up that they all had mutant genes but they were all dormant and recessive. I reported it to my higher ups at the Sentinel program and awaited instructions. I got my instructions next time I saw them, and little Abigail Caldwell - wasn't even 6 years old yet when my orders came in. Orders from the higher ups to kill them all anyway. And when I refused to shoot a 6 year old in the face with a plasma pistol - they took control of my arm and made me shoot them anyway.
So yeah, maybe I can tell you why I'm a Traitor. Because if we're so damn good and the muties are so goddamn bad - how come we're the ones sneaking up on little kids and shooting them in the face? No, if that's what normal humans do to protect themselves - we don't deserve to live. I've whipped up a block from being accessed and controlled again, I don't know how long its going to last.
So if you're a normal human and you're hearing this, that's what the people do when they tell you they're protecting you. They pick up racist assholes like me, they fill them with machines, and the send them out to shoot little kids in the face. Think long and hard about where your allegiances are.
If you're a mutant and you're hearing this, the next Sentinels are coming. Hide. Run. Look to the X-Men to save you because your Government won't. O*N*E IS the government.
And if you're an X-Man and you're hearing this, I'm a Traitor - and I'm coming to defect to you. Please, Save Me.
EQUIPMENT: Extensive Built-in Cybernetics means most of his equipment is literally part of his body.
KNOWN ENEMIES: Formerly the X-Men, the Brotherhood, and other assorted mutants. Now he's particularly marked by anti-mutant groups including the Sentinel Project and O*N*E.
AFFILIATION: X-Men
APPERENACE/COSTUME:
APPERANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:
POWERS/ABILITIES:
Kinetic Energy Absorption/Redirection: Nuo has the ability to absorb kinetic energy around her.  The basic form of this ability is not within her control as she takes a small part of any movement occurring around her.  This includes her own movement.  Such energy is stored inside her body, often times resulting in an elevated blood pressure and heart rate as her body contends with the additional kinetic energy.  The energy can be redirected into physical acts such as strikes, leaping, running and throwing objects increasing their energy output.  There is belief that she could harness the absorption to reduce the amount of energy being used against her such as from a strike or fall.
Heightened Reflexes: As a requirement to survive her mind is forced to process actions faster than normal.  She is able to register and respond activities around her also keeping in mind her presence in the mixture of activity.  Scientists in Hong Kong believed this was also part of her absorption of energy, allowing her to become aware of increases in movement and their direction.
Increased Physical Prowess: By necessity her body has been forced to adapt to the pressure and activity of her abilities.  She is able to withstand more punishment than most humans her size and age, along with displaying strength at the upper ranges of human capability.
WEAKNESSES:
Nuo is not herself a superhuman physically.  She can still hurt herself easily by adding too much to a strike or leaping beyond the limits of her body.  She could smash a brick wall with enough force, but she would destroy her hand, arm and shoulder in the process.  Typically she tries to reduce the risk by using weapons, but even they can suffer under the energy expenditure.
She is not able to control her absorption of kinetic energy and must always draw some from the world around her.  As such she is often in a constant state of motion as she attempts to bleed off the excess.  Being in a crowded room can become painful for her.  Nuo tries to combat this through regular exercise, depleting her reserves so that she can go to class and interact with others.
Nuo’s metabolism is a constant concern for herself and physicians that care for her.  She is consistently eating as she is consistently working off the energy.  The strain on her body is considerable.  Some researchers believe she may not live past the age of 30 without some form of radical intervention.  That Nuo has a phobia of hospitals and doctors does not help her situation.
HISTORY:
There are children born with golden halos about them.  Children that are meant to bring pride and joy to their families from the instant their first breathe was drawn.  Qiang Nuo was such a child for her parents.  Their only one allowed, she was raised as if the world was open to her and she held vast potential in her hands.  That she was deemed worthy to join the prestigious Wu Shu team of her home city of Hong Kong was not so much a surprise for her parents as an expectation.  Their daughter would be their pride.  So at an early age, amidst smiles and joyful eyes she left her home to attend the Wu Shu Academy of her home province.  There were few honors greater for a young girl.
While the new surroundings and the demanding coaches were frightening at first, she persisted.  Calls home grew less frequent as she immersed herself in the activities of her friends and teammates.  A natural sense of dedication was fostered and hardened as she sought not to disappoint, not to gain disproval and to bring home the pride that her family so desperately wanted from her.  Hours of training sculpted her even at such a young age.  Nuo was known throughout the school as an up and coming star.  Time after time she could be found practicing even as others had stopped.  Even when with her friends she was learning and looking to expand her skills.  The efforts paid off as she gathered more and more awards to herself, gaining recognition beyond her school and province.
As she grew older the dream of becoming part of the national team was drawing closer.  To compete on such a level and be among the best kept her awake at nights.  She was twelve at the time and her powers were just starting to manifest.  At first she enjoyed the rush of energy and power that she suddenly found.  Coaches believed she was starting to touch on her true potential and that the years to come would be things of beauty.  Then the injuries started.  At first there was a sprained ankle from over rotation, then a concussion from an overzealous leap.  The injuries soon developed into torn tendons and broken bones as her jumps became more erratic and powerful.  Training with other children became impossible as she would sudden lash out with unexpected force and hurt them.  Just after her thirteenth birthday she was asked to leave due to the risk for injury to herself and others.
Nuo was devastated.  So much so that her parents brought her to the hospital to help her.  Depression had set in and it was rare that they could get their proud daughter from her room.  The doctors had little to offer but kept her in observation.  The parents would never see their daughter again.  Unknown to them the government had taken an interest in the surprisingly displays that she would put on in practice.  A coach having sent a video of her performance to the government meant they were certainly curious of her potential.  The parents were told that their daughter’s condition was far more serious than any had feared.  Nuo was kept in observation for her own safety they were each told.  In truth she was kept under sedation and in restraints as her blood chemistry was analyzed and her body inspected.
Months went by in agony as the energy built up in her body.  Blood pressure and heart rate accelerated.  The situation grew dire as blood vessels ruptured from the pressure.  Pain became a way of life while she fought against the people around her and the restraints holding her down.  Anesthesia was used to keep her still, to keep her from discharging the power.  Interest was shown in how much she could withstand and how her body would adapt to the changes.  Muscle fibers were torn from the pressure, vessels ruptured and her fight continued.  Her body rebuilt itself stronger than before, but only so much could be done.  A doctor saw this and that her demise would soon come at their hands.  During the night he undid the straps.  In her rage she lashed out and knocked him back against the wall.  He would never rise again.
Nuo did not see this.  In truth she did not see anything but blind fury as she rushed for the door.  Animal instinct pushed her through and past the ones that tried to stop her.  So much energy had built inside her body that there was nothing to do but release.  Few are aware of what happened that night as the young girl tore through the city of Hong Kong.  Scared and alone, she could only run until there was nothing left.  Placed far outside the city she collapsed among the wild life and landscape of China.  There was no thought for tomorrow or yesterday, only a need to rest and enjoy the moment of freedom.  In the morning she knew they would come for her and they would tie her back to the bed.
The morning came and indeed someone was standing over her.  An odd little man with his face painted a myriad of colors.  On his body were frilly materials and bright colors.  Around her were more like him.  A city of sorts had sprouted around her as the circus had taken root to perform and plant for the night.  Small enough, this band struggled to keep the traditions of the circus alive.  To keep the notion of the nomads and the performer awake for the poor country folk to see.  Such performances lifted the farmers from their dreary lives for a night of entertainment.  A dying breed they openly welcomed a new member, especially one so young and talented.  Nuo quickly found a new place among the traveling band.  Here she could hide in plain sight while she learned to control her powers.
Being amongst so many acrobats and artists stirred in her the competitive desire again.  She was known how to use knives, how to focus her energy to balance properly and contain herself for explosive performances.  None questioned her strange abilities or amazing talents, but instead accepted her as another outcaste like them.  Amongst the crew were former practitioners of Wu Shu like herself, ones who had learned to use their art for its original purpose of combat.  From them she learned to fight.  Not the beautiful displays of her academy at home, but the brutal methods of a true fight to win or die.  Years were spent amongst the troupe before her discovery was made.  The competitive nature to her would not let her be just another performer and so she stood out too much amongst them.
The soldiers came expecting a scared girl to greet them.  Instead they found a woman that knew the beauty of freedom and the price she’d have to pay.  Their defeat was sound, but public.  The Chinese military could not be seen so weak as to fall to a circus performer.  Nuo ran while the orders went up for reinforcements to come for her.  Suddenly the country of her birth was too small to protect her while she made a rush for the Mongolian border.  For a time she lived hand-to-mouth while on the run.  Her power giving her the speed to cover vast distances, but often leaving her drained afterward.  Since she would always need to expend the energy she acquired, she had little choice though.  Being among people was a necessity if she wished to hide, but being among them simply feed her power.
The border between her homeland and Mongolia proved too much for her.  Pictures had gone up of her as a wanted criminal.  Traitor and deviant were words thrown about with her name on national television.  Somewhere she knew her mother was crying while her father scowled at how far his daughter had fallen.  The journey came to a close at the border as she stared down at the only pass for miles, guarded by men and machines meant to take her down.  The government was done playing with her and their aims were clear.  She would come with them or they would make do with studying just her body.  Resignation had touched her mind then.  There would be no more labs for her and no more doctors poking over her.  Nuo prepared for the last charge before a mist rose that she could not pierece.
Within her mind a voice called to her.  Not so much words, but feelings touched her mind.  Her feet moved of their own will and to a place she could not fathom.  The mist continued to grow thicker but she did not care.  She was prepared to die for her freedom; this would just be one more way to do so.  When the mist cleared she found herself not staring down a line of guns, but rather facing a solitary airport.  Buried within the mountains the airport was a quiet one, devoid of government attention.  The presence in her mind spoke then, offered her a place to be safe if she would agree to study.  A place to belong if only she would learn to use her powers.
Nuo hastily agreed and ran for the plane, ran for what she knew was her salvation.
PERSONALITY:
Nuo is very dedicated to the martial arts and is naturally a competitive person.  Yet she is also quite happy and considered a bubbly person by most.  Her inability to be around people for long is a constant source of irritation for her.  Much of the time she can be around people she is trying to remain calm on a couch, engaging in activities such as video games that require little physical activity by those around her.  While people have tried to hide the concern about her short lifespan, she knows that her time is limited.  Thus she has become somewhat of a dare devil, engaging in free running when possible and looking to take risks for the joy of doing so.
EQUIPMENT:
Nuo is proficient with many weapons from her years of training in Wu Shu.  Later she further developed her skill with long knives and throwing weapons while training for the circus.  As a result she typically carries at least a small cadre of throwing knives and needles on her, more if she is expecting a problem.  Her favorite items to bring with her include a pair of long knives, a jin (Chinese straight sword) and a pair of chain whips.  She has been seen bringing other implements of her early training such as a three section staff.
KNOWN ENEMIES: Chinese government has detached several hunter groups over the years to seek her out.  Not only is she deserved for their research program but also as a point of pride that none can escape them.
BlackestKnight
#25
CHARACTER NAME: BlackestKnight
REAL NAME: Lucas Bishop (Parallel Bishop)
AGE: 28
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Straight
HEIGHT: 6'5"
WEIGHT: 230 lbs
AFFILIATION: X-men, The Twelve, Xavier Security Enforcers, N.Y.P.D.
APPERENACE/COSTUME:
APPERANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:
POWERS/ABILITIES:
Bishop is a mutant with the power to absorb energy, either ambient energy or that directed towards him, and to project that energy from his body in the form of concussive blasts. Bishop can also store absorbed energy within his personal reserves, whereupon the energy increases his strength and recuperative abilities, as well as affording him a measure of invulnerability. Also, he instinctively knows his location at all times.
  • Concusive Blasts
  • Healing
  • Enhanced Strength
  • Near Invulnerability
  • Superb Marskman
  • Superb Hand-to-Hand
WEAKNESSES:
  • Originally unlike Sebastian Shaw and Agent Zero, Bishop was unable to absorb energy from inertial impacts such as hitting walls. This does not mean he was incapable of absorbing kinetic energy. Kinetic effects such as an exploding card from Gambit were absorbable. It would seem that as of late he is learning to absorb inertial impact energy, however he still cannot do so with anywhere near the efficiency of Shaw or Agent Zero. Whether it is possible to increase this ability in time with practice is unknown.
  • Some energy types are more difficult to absorb than others. Bishop can be overloaded by trying to absorb too much energy.
  • Although he can absorb psionic energy from blasts or telekinetic attacks, Bishop is not immune to telepathic attacks.
HISTORY: The mutant known only as Bishop was born in the 21st Century A.D. of alternate timeline Earth-1191 in which the mutant-hunting robots called the Sentinels had taken control of North America. In this timeline, Professor Charles Xavier and most of the members of the mutant team he founded, the X-Men, were killed by the Sentinels. Mutants were killed or were imprisoned within "mutant relocation camps."
Bishop and his sister Shard were both born in one of the "mutant relocation camps." Like other mutants they were branded with "M" tattoos over their right eyes for identification.
Eventually, "normal" human beings and mutants joined forces and overthrew the Sentinels in the "Summers Rebellion." However, "normal" humans still resisted coexistence with mutants, and radical terrorist groups of mutants, such as the Exhumes, made war on "normal" humans.
One of the veterans of the Summers Rebellion, a mutant named Hecat'e, stated that it was unacceptable for humans to hunt down criminal mutants. Therefore, she said mutants should police themselves. Hence, Hecat'e and other mutant veterans of the Summers Rebellion formed the Xavier Security Enforcers. The X.S.E was named after Charles Xavier in honor of his dream of peaceful coexistence between mutants and "normal" humans. Hecat'e became the X.S.E's commanding officer.
Since their parents had apparently died, Bishop and Shard lived with their grandmother, who was herself a mutant, until she died. Their grandmother told them stories about the heroism of the X-Men and instructed them to follow Xavier's dream of peace between mutants and the rest of humanity.
PERSONALITY: A time-traveling cop from the future. There's... actually not much more to say about Bishop than that. He's big, he's stoic, he's black (and at least part native Australian), and he operates on a slightly different ethical code to most of the X-Men.
EQUIPMENT:
Sunglasses that display information and allow communication with the rest of the X-Men.
Weapons
X.S.E guns that fire laser beams and plasma charges. He is able to recharge them with his own stored energy.
Vibranium bowie knife.
CHARACTER NAME: Myth
REAL NAME: Ragnar Lodbrok
AGE: 25
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual
HEIGHT: 6' 7"
WEIGHT: 242 lbs.
AFFILIATION: X-Men, formerly Scarlotti crime family, self employed
APPERENACE/COSTUME: none
APPERANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:
POWERS/ABILITIES:
    Mythological Mimicry: Ragnar can become any being mentioned in any tale of myth or legend with all the abilities, powers and traits included. For example, one can transform into a phoenix and gain its aspects.
    Low Superhuman Strength: A side effect of his powers give him the strength needed to lift only about 1 ton. Not enough to stand toe to toe with other superhumanly strong people, but useful for clearing rubble.
    Dimensional Pocket: Ragnar opens a small dimensional rift when he shifts which any item on his person such as clothing or weapons go to. Is not big enough to hold people...
WEAKNESSES:
    Myth is only able to shift into creatures that he has knowledge of. To this effect he is always trying to learn as he never knows when one might come in handy. He also gains the weaknesses of the creatures he changes into as well as their abilities.
HISTORY:
    Ragnar Lodbrok is a direct descendant of the famous Viking king of the same name, of which he'll be the first to gladly share with anyone. After school he became a mercenary always siding with whoever could afford him while becoming a black belt Maui Thai martial artist. His more famous alias came from the fact that Ragnar would prefer to take on his opponents in hand to hand and become covered in their blood. Although from time to time some of it would become his. While he would never be a big name like say Wade Wilson, Ragnar became accomplished in his own right.
     His last job had Ragnar being hired by a mobster as a bodyguard for his daughter Christina, because he didn't trust any of his family to protect her. As time went on the two eventually became lovers away from the prying eyes of her father. One day when they were out on their weekly shopping trip, the pair were attacked by the a rival family. Try as he might Ragnar was overpowered and taken along with Christina to a hidden lab. There he found out that the rival family worked for Mr. Sinister by bringing people for his experiments. He tried to protect Christina one last time, but only succeeded in have her die in his arms. Ragnar himself hovered on the brink of death for days afterward before his latent mutant abilities manifested and he made his first shift into a hellhound. Death hovered in the air that night as the raging beast tore through the lab killing all he came across.
     Tracking down the crime family that captured him and Christina Ragnar found that the place was deserted but another figure came and his life changed that night....
   The full moon shined down at the figure standing in front of open gates. He had spent weeks going through the Gaccione safe houses until he finally found the information he was looking for. The light reflected off of blue eyes that were as cold as ice as long brown hair whipped around his shoulders in the wind that had come up. Slowly his footsteps took Ragnar past the gates and into the main courtyard... That was about the closest thing it could be called anyways as it was huge along with the mansion that housed his new greatest enemies. Or should have perhaps because it seemed somebody else beat him to it.
    Bodies lay in the grass probably where they had fallen and the green was wet with blood. Squatting next to a corpse Ragnar studied the body carefully only to find no bullets did the deed, so he doubted it was a rival. His guess that this Sinister had decided that the Gaccione family had outlived their usefulness and rubbed them out. In doing so it had also robbed Ragnar the Bloody of part of his own vengeance. A growl came from deep in the man's throat before it had turned into a scream of rage.
    Suddenly Ragnar whipped about feeling a presence, "Show yourself!" Surprisingly the figure wasn't on the ground but landed from the sky... She was a beauty of ebony skin and white hair. A skintight black uniform with gold accents graced the lithe form, but his eyes were drawn to hers for another reason... They were pure white. As Ragnar watched they slowly turned back to their normal color even as his own eyes went from blue ice to amber and took on a more reptilian appearance. Silence fell around them as they looked at each other.
   Finally the woman spoke, "I'm Ororo also known as Storm... I come to offer you a place in the X-Men..."
PERSONALITY:
    A little known fact about the mercenary known as Ragnar the Bloody is that he tattooed a rune after every successful mission though after Christina passed away due to the experiment he took to branding them onto his body. In his mind his one greatest failing was when Cristina died in his arms. To this effect he has become withdrawn and fights with a recklessness as he doesn't care of injuries that he sustains in battle. Always ruthless when fighting this has also increased as well. Ragnar still worships the Norse gods and claims Tyr as his patron.
EQUIPMENT:
    Ragnar is an accomplished mercenary and in his years he has become a near expert in firearms. He also has a black belt in Maui Thai and is at home with a blade or hand to hand. His standard equipment usually consists of a simple K-BAR knife and his custom made fingerless gloves complete with metal spikes protruding from the knuckles.
KNOWN ENEMIES: Mr. Sinister
#27
CHARACTER NAME: Wolverine
REAL NAME: James Howlett/Logan
AGE: over 100 years old
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual
HEIGHT: 5'7"
WEIGHT: 300 lbs (due to Adamantium)
AFFILIATION: X-Men, The Jean Grey School for Higher Learning
APPEARANCE/COSTUME:
APPEARANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:
POWERS/ABILITIES:
Wolverine has a wide variety of powers and abilities, nearly all stemming from his healing factor. This power enables him to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue with far greater efficiency than an ordinary human. He can regenerate greatly damaged or destroyed tissue with few seconds. This power has healed him of wounds that would normally kill almost anyone else. It is even able to heal psychological wounds, but has often resulted in memories of traumatic experiences being supressed. He seems to be immune to any Earthly disease and poisons and drugs that aren't in massive doses. This includes alcohol. His healing factor has also extended his life so that even after a hundred years he appears to be a man in the prime of his life.
He possesses heightened senses that equal some animals. He can see farther than normal people and still see perfectly in near total darkness. He has enhanced hearing and scent abilities. He can recognise people by scent and can even detect lies through scent.
Due to his healing ability he can push his muscles beyond the normal strain that others can exert, meaning he is capable of feats of unnatural strength. The adamantium skeleton pushes this further by allowing him to do things that would normally damage bones and the constant extra weight increases his natural strength. His healing factor also allows his body to have heightened stamina. He has high levels of agility and fast reflexes.
He has bone claws which are now fused with adamantium. They are retractable and normally sit beneath the muscle and other tissue of his forearms. Professor Xavier has also provided him with psionic resistance, allowing him to resist telepathic probing and assault.
He is a tactician in battle, able to focus and think at high levels. He was taught the Art of War and many years of experience has provided him with a lot of knowledge. He is skilled in acrobatics and master of many fighting styles. He is a samurai, a soldier, and covert operative. He has mechanical abilities and enough knowledge to take care of complex vehicles like the ones the X-men use. He is fluent in many languages including English, Arabic, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, Cheyenne, Lakota, and Spanish; he has some knowledge of French, German, Thai, Vietnamese, Farsi and Portuguese. In his long life he has learn a lot about many cultures and places, as well as knowledge of literature and philosophy.
WEAKNESSES:
Wolverine's specific vulnerability is the Muramasa Blade. It was forged with a piece of Logan's soul. The blade is thought to be the only thing that could put him down for good. Though it is also thought that decapitation would also kill him, but due to the adamantium in his skeleton that would be near impossible.
In battle his heightened senses can be used against him, even to the point of seriously harming him. His metal skeleton also makes it more difficult for him to swim.
Ingestion of Carbonadium can reduce his healing factor. Adamantium poisons him and if his healing factor were turned off some how his life could be in danger. Other forms of adamantium have been shown to weaken him.
Massive magnetic fields or the magnetic powers of someone like Magneto can also cause problems for him, causing pain and damage to his body that will need to be healed.
HISTORY:
Logan has a long history due to his delayed aging. He was born in Canada in the late 1800s. His life as a child was rough, consisting of neglect and abuse from his family. After the death of his family he went to a small mining community with Rose, a childhood friend. There he grew up and developed as a man. His mutation started to take effect and he became agile and strong and incredibly healthy. He also developed his animalistic traits. He was a well respected member of the community. He loved Rose, but because they were pretending to be cousins he could do nothing about it. When his half-brother arrived to kill Logan the two fought and Logan eventually won. As he was about to deal the killing blow with his claws Rose leapt in the way and Logan impaled her. She died in his arms and he retreated into the woods to live in solitude with a pack of wolves.
Over the next couple of decades Logan fought battles against Sabretooth and earned a reputation as a killer and the name Wolverine. He fell in love with many women and lost some tragically, usually through the manipulations of Romulus. During World War 1 he fought the angel of death and won. He also fell in love with a woman named Janet who was later killed by Romulus' orders to teach Logan that whenever he managed to overcome his bestial nature to care for someone, they would die. After the war Logan continued to wander the world. Eventually he returned to Canada to join the army for World War 2. After the war he went to Japan and married a woman there who was eventually killed, once again, due to Romulus.
Eventually Logan found himself going by the name of Wolverine and fighting for many different organisations, often brainwashed to turn him into a useful weapon. During this period of his life he was forced into a procedure to bond his skeleton with adamantium and then heavily brainwashed again. He was used as a weapon for a few years before breaking free. He managed to join up with a Canadian program and through that regained some of his memories, though not all of them. He also started to learn how to control his rage. He spent a long time with this program, called Department H. He started to help people and do good, unlike much of his past which had involved murder and death.
During a fight with the Hulk Wolverine was noticed by Professor Xavier who approached Logan while he was leader of a team. He invited Wolverine to help his students escape Krakoa. Wolverine resigned from Department H and joined Prof. X who managed to finally break him free from Romulus' manipulations. After helping save the X-men Wolverine decided to stay on with the team. It was also the first time he met Storm.
At first Wolverine was cynical about Xavier's dreams and beliefs about co-existence of mutants and humans, but over the years with the team he came to respect them. He stayed as a member of the team for many years, developing close friendships with some of the other members. He also became like a father figure to some of the younger members like Kitty Pryde and Jubilee. He fell in love with a Japanese woman named Mariko who was connected with the Japanese criminal underworld. Their relationship lasted until she was poisoned. To avoid her long, painful death she asked Wolverine to give her a quick and painless one and he reluctantly went through with it, though it resulted in him withdrawing emotionally, but also becoming more disciplined.
Wolverine and Cyclops never really got along, but the years found them getting farther and farther apart. Logan saw Cyclops' method of teaching young mutants to be soldiers was going to end up getting them killed and he left the X-Men for a time because of it. He formed the new school known as the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning, funded by the money he had amassed over his life. He felt the need to keep the legacy and dream of Prof X alive while also honouring Jean Grey.
When the Phoenix Force was on the way he refused to get the school involved in the fight, wanting to make sure the students were protected. However, he joined in the fight, assisting the Avengers. When the dust settled he returned to the school to help teach the young mutants in need of guidance. He hired on new staff, including Storm who he had fought beside for many years, though he had been surprised by her sudden marriage. He chose her to help him run the school and the team of X-Men.
PERSONALITY:
Wolverine is known widely as a gruff loner, though over the years he has shown responsibility for others and a caring for people that would contradict that. He has worked in many teams and fought well with others. He is a strong leader when he needs to be, though he is not the type of person to sit back and guide others in a fight. He has a wild and animalistic nature and a berserker mentality that he tries to control. He has acted like a father figure to many and is capable of deep caring. His past relationships have often ended in his partner dying, so he is worried about loving again. There are few people who have gained his complete trust.
EQUIPMENT:
Wolverine can use many different weapons and has in the past had various equipment, though he usually just uses his claws since they are convenient and unbreakable.
Lunaris
CHARACTER NAME: Astraflare
REAL NAME: Idris Raleigh
AGE: 20
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: (Mostly) Lesbian
HEIGHT: 5'6
WEIGHT: 136 lbs
AFFILIATION: N/A
APPEARANCE/COSTUME (Perhaps in the future):
APPEARANCE WITHOUT COSTUME (Dyes her hair black to avoid being pinned for a mutant):
POWERS/ABILITIES:
A: Gravity Control;
She is able to increase, decrease, or otherwise shift the potency of gravity around herself or objects or persons to varying degrees. When it applies to herself, she uses it as a means to decrease her own weight and make it possible for her to run faster, jump higher, and engage in a variety of acrobatic and gymnastic feats. She also uses her local manipulation of gravity fields to provide a cushion against or stop incoming blows.
She can use her gravity-centered abilities to lift, pull, throw, or crush objects to varying degrees from afar. The closer and lighter the object is, the easier it is for her to affect its center of gravity. Larger, heavier objects such as a concrete slab require moments of concentration and focus for her to seize control over.
B: Temperature Manipulation
She has the ability to rapidly increase or decrease the temperatures of the air or things affected by her control of gravity fields. This allows her to ignite or freeze over objects and people. As with her ability to manipulate gravity, she has a far easier time igniting or freezing things within the range of her touch than she does with objects or persons from afar. She has been known to ignite or freeze larger objects, then utilize them as small meteors or comets, though it puts her under tremendous strain and requires several moments of focus.
WEAKNESSES:
Trying to affect the mass and/or temperature of objects from afar can take a heavy toll on her as she's still in the process of learning how to manage her powers. Though her control over gravity allows her to move faster, leap higher, and hit harder, anything that shatters her concentration or otherwise cancel her effects on gravity would render her as strong as a fit human girl.
HISTORY:
Like most humans in today's world, Idris grew up with a contrasting mixture of feelings towards mutantkind and other superbeings. Awe and fear. Enchantment and disgust. She daydreamed of putting on a tech-suit and saving the world in style like Iron Man just or controlling the elements like Storm. She hated them for the destruction wrought by villains and the collateral caused as heroes tried to take them down. And yet, she always wondered what life would be like if she had those powers too. She never once imagined that she already did, that the right things just needed to occur for them to come to her.
Until her sixteenth year, she was a normal human girl. Brown skin, brown eyes, dark hair. A high school student concerned with such trivial things as popularity, hanging out with friends at Burger King, and rushing home to play video games. She toyed around in drama club, geeked out in the anime club, swayed her hips in the Salsa club. The only 'mutants' she knew were the other girls and boys she relentlessly teased in her desire to make people laugh.
Was that guy's nose too big? He was a mutie. That cross-eyed girl in room in physics? Mutie. That reclusive nerd with the World of Warcraft hoodie? Mutie.
But she eventually grew out of that and stopped living to please people. She actually saw a few mutants. Real ones. She began to read about them online and feel for them. As mutants moved to Utopia to get away from the real freaks...people like her, she evolved and realized that mutants were people just like everyone else. And that life was much harder for them than anyone else on the planet.
It was a good thing that her opinion changed because the war between the Avengers and X-men, the emergence of forces and beings she'd have never been able to comprehend triggered something in her. Growing up, she'd had many dreams during her slumber of having powers. She outran the fastest humans. Jumped onto rooftops. Lifted impossible things. But now those dreams were becoming a frightening reality.
Some days, she felt lighter than she should have, as if she was in danger of walking off of the ground and through the air. She sometimes found she had to struggle to avoid bouncing on her feet like astronauts did on the moon. Her irises of her eyes began slowly changing to a brilliant turquoise and her dark hair was succumbing to streaks of white, much to her wonder and horror. If she felt too cold and hugged herself, the air around her grew warmer. When she fanned herself in the heat, the air became suspiciously cold.
She was becoming what she feared and admired and she was running out of lies and hair dyes to keep it under wraps even as she sought out secluded places to test and learn to control her growing powers. In the end, it didn't matter. The chance to be a hero eventually presented itself when a flash mob of bangers tried to beat down and rob a couple at a subway station as she waited on a train to get home from a friend's place. She stared at them as they rained blows on the nearly defenseless innocents and soon, the thugs found themselves confused and frightened as it became difficult to keep their feet planted on the ground. She shoved the air in their direction then, and they were thrown to the ground, up in the air, and against walls as if hit with a giant bowling ball.
And then she heard, "Freeze!" behind her. As the thugs scattered and ran, she stared at the police officer like a deer into headlights as he cautiously closed in with handcuffs in one hand and his gun pointed at her in the other. Panic set in and before she could think about what she was doing, she shoved him away through gravity and ran faster than any human ought to...
Two weeks later, she nervously made her way up the steps of The Jean Grey Institute for Higher Learning.
PERSONALITY:
Though she's struggling with the changes in her appearance and emergence of her powers, Idris is a bit a cautious optimist. She hopes for the best, while bracing herself for the worst. She's an avid fan of an eclectic assortment of music and is rarely seen without her headphones over her ears or resting on her shoulders. Music, especially of the upbeat variety, is how she deals with her stresses. Well. That and singing and dancing when she thinks no one's around.
She has a playful, sarcastic sense of humor and is intensely curious about other mutants. The more obvious the mutation or flashier the powers, the harder it is for her to pretend she's not staring at the subject in question. Feelings of regret about the way she taunted others in her youth drives her to be a bit of a firebrand and outspoken towards those that pick on the weak.
And yet, realizing that she's different has left her feeling alone and afraid. She yearns for the day that she control her powers well enough to protect the innocent, but fears how the world will react.
EQUIPMENT:
Her backpack, smartphone, charger, water bottle, and a Kindle. In other words, nothing special.
CHARACTER NAME:  Jubilee
REAL NAME:  Jubilation Lee
AGE:22
SEXUAL ORIENTATION:Straight
HEIGHT:  5’5
WEIGHT: 115 lbs
AFFILIATION:X-men Previously: The Forgiven, New warriors X-Corps and Generation x
APPERENACE/COSTUME:
APPERANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:
POWERS/ABILITIES: Vampirism: After being attacked by a suicide bomber, Jubilee was infected with a vampiric virus. She was later bitten and sired by Xarus. Jubilee is currently a vampire with full vampiric powers, including:
Superhuman Strength: Like all vampires, Jubilee now possesses superhuman strength.
Superhuman Speed: Like all vampires, Jubilee is capable of running and moving at speeds greater than even the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Stamina: Jubilee's body is more resistant to the fatigue toxins generated by her muscles during physical activity.
Superhuman Agility: Jubilee's ability, balance, and body coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body.
Superhuman Reflexes: Jubilee's natural reaction time is enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body.
Fangs: Like all vampires, Jubilee has fangs and claws.
Mist Mimicry: Jubilee can turn into mist.[10]
Jubilee receives regular supply of Wolverine's blood to ingest which grants her certain immunities including:
Regenerative Healing Factor: Jubilee is capable of regenerating damaged or destroyed tissue to an extent much greater than an ordinary human.
Limited Sunlight Exposure: Due to the healing factor in Wolverine's blood, Jubilee can withstand a small amount of sunlight every day.
Jubilee is also skilled in gymnastics and had qualified for the Olympic Games before her parents were murdered. She is also a good hand to hand combatant, having received some training from Wolverine. She also seems to have the makings of a good leader.
WEAKNESSES: Jubilee suffers from Dyscalculia.
As a vampire, Jubilee has a number of special vulnerabilities, including:
Silver Allergy: Jubilee is highly allergic to silver and can be severely injured, or killed, with silver weaponry.
Direct Sunlight Exposure: Due to the healing factor in Wolverine's blood, Jubilee can withstand a small amount of sunlight every day. However, too much sunlight can be toxic to her much like other vampires.
Death: It is presumed that, like other vampires, Jubilee could be killed by having a wooden stake plunged into her heart, by being decapitated or being exposed to fire.
Religious Symbols: It is also presumed that, like other vampires, Jubilee could also be negatively affected by religious items (such as a Bible, holy water or crucifix, etc).
HISTORY: The daughter of two prosperous Chinese immigrants, Jubilation "Jubilee" Lee, was born and raised in Beverly Hills, California and lived a charmed life. Jubilee attended an exclusive Beverly Hills school and was believed to have the gymnastic potential to participate in the Olympic Games. However, all in one fateful weekend, her parents lost their money in the stock market and were then mistaken for their neighbors (also named the Lees) and killed by two hit-men, while Jubilee was out with a friend of the family.
Jubilee was then sent to an orphanage, but ran away and hid in a Hollywood shopping mall, stealing food to survive. Jubilee first discovered her mutant power, to generate blinding and explosive energy "fireworks", while running away from mall security. The stress of running away from the security guards caused Jubilee to emit a large light energy blast while in a back alley. This completely disoriented the men and allowed the frightened young girl to escape. Upon learning about her mutant ability to create fireworks, Jubilee realized she could earn money by using her powers to entertain customers and visitors in the mall.
Frustrated with the young girl's rebellious nature and powerful light-shows, the mall security hired mutant hunters, known as the M-Squad, to capture her. Jubilee held her own by blasting the M-Squad's energy tractor beams, but she was eventually caught. Lucky for her, Jubilee was rescued by the X-Men Dazzler, Psylocke, Rogue and Storm, who happened to be shopping at the mall. Curious about these strange women, she followed them for a while and later jumped into a portal after them.
Curious about these strange women, she followed them for a while and later jumped into a portal after them.
After hearing of mutants being attacked on the island nation of Genosha, the trio make their way there. They meet Boom Boom and Rictor, who had lost their powers. Leaving Jubilee to guard the depowered mutants, Wolverine and Psylocke attempt to invade the Genoshan Magistrate headquarters, but are captured. The three young mutants escape capture, and help the other X-Men defeat Cameron Hodge. Upon returning to the United States, Jubilee joins Storm, Wolverine, Forge, Psylocke, Banshee and Gambit as a member of the X-Men. Although she accompanies them on many of their missions, they remain wary of placing her in harm's way because of her young age. When Wolverine is kidnapped by The Hand, Jubilee argues that she should be allowed to help (as she had previously fought and defeated The Hand), and finds an unlikely ally in Psylocke. After run-ins with the Skrulls, the Brood, Omega Red and Mojo, Jubilee is finally made to stay at the mansion by the X-Men, and is not permitted on missions anymore due to her age.
When Professor X is almost killed by a villain named Stryfe, who appears to be Cable, the X-Men are quick to suspect Cable of the deed. It is Jubilee who persuades the X-Men that he may not be the culprit, as no one knows what Stryfe really looks like, and he could therefore be disguised as Cable. Once Professor X is cured he regains the use of his legs for a short time, and Jubilee takes him roller-blading to cheer him up. After spending some time bonding with him she realizes that he isn't the stuffy old man she took him for, and they grow closer. After his legs begin to weaken, Jubilee helps him back into his wheelchair, realizing that just being there to help means more to him than anything she could say. Sometime later Jubilee accompanies Wolverine to their old base in Australia. Their arrival sets off a dormant Sentinel, whose attack interacts with Gateways portal and sends Jubilee back in time to her parents' house just before they were killed. Certain she could save them from dying in the car crash, she is convincing them not to go when the doorbell rings. At the door stand two armed hit men, Reno and Molokai, who take her parents away at gunpoint. Learning for the first time that that their car accident had been faked, and that they had in fact been murdered, Jubilee swears revenge. Upon returning to the present she tracks the two hit men down, with Logan backing her up the entire time. But once she has her parents' killers at her mercy, she finds that she just can't bring herself to kill them, a revelation that pleases Logan.
Back at the mansion Jubilee becomes close friends with Colossus's little sister Illyana Rasputin. When Illyana is diagnosed with the Legacy Virus, Jubilee spends all of her time at Illyana’s bedside. When Kitty Pryde arrives Jubilee is jealous of her at first, because she was Wolverines first sidekick, but the two soon form a friendship. Despite all their attempts the X-Men are unable to save Illyana. Jubilee takes her death extremely hard, almost as bad as Colossus. Several weeks later she has another loss to deal with. After Magneto violently removes the Adamantium from Wolverine's skeleton, he decides to leave the X-Men, fearing that he is a liability to them. Knowing how much this will affect Jubilee, he writes her a touching goodbye letter, and leaves his favorite cowboy hat for her. A short time later, Sabertooth is brought to the mansion by Professor X and held in captivity there. Jubilee is terrified of him, and has nightmares of him killing the X-Men and leaving her for last. Attempting to get over her fears she begins to bring food to Sabretooth, who taunts the poor girl mercilessly. One night her nightmares almost come true when the mansion's security system goes down and Sabretooth escapes from his cell. He hunts the X-Men throughout the mansion, but in the end it is Jubilee who takes him down with a neuralizer pistol.
With the other X-Men busy, Banshee is the only person to notice that Jubilee is having trouble coping with Wolverine's absence, as well as all that has happened to her since he left. When the Phalanx assimilates most of the X-Men, Jubilee and Banshee are forced to team up with Sabretooth and the White Queen, Emma Frost (who has recently awakened from a coma in the mansion's medical facility), to escape from them. This unusual group works together to gather all the young mutants listed by Professor X as future allies. The Phalanx is later defeated thanks to the sacrifice of a young mutant girl named Blink.
Feeling that she needed a rest from the stresses at the mansion, Jubilee volunteered to join a new group of teenage mutants known as Generation X. The team was led by both Banshee and Emma Frost, and was comprised mainly of Jubilee, Husk, Synch, M, Chamber, Skin, and Penance.
Both Banshee and Emma Frost educated the teenagers in school subjects as well as combat and field skills. Jubilee and the other mutant teens honed their unique abilities and occasionally battled minions such as the Juggernaut, Omega Red, and their arch-rival Emplate. Time after time, Jubilee used her experience with the X-Men to help her teammates outsmart their enemies. On more than one occasion, Jubilee was solely responsible for the defeat of Emplate. She used her sarcasm when Emplate siphoned her powers so that he would become enraged enough to not have control over them, causing him to blast himself with Jubilee's energy blasts. During the team's last encounter with Emplate, Jubilee blew up Proudstar Hall in order to defeat him. Her teammates survived the massive explosion, because Iceman covered them with an ice shield.
During her stay in the Massachusetts Academy, Jubilee was kidnapped and held hostage by Bastion during Operation: Zero Tolerance. She managed to resist his mental probes for a good amount of time, hiding valuable information on the X-Men. Jubilee staged an escape early on after being kidnapped, literally knocking several armed soldiers unconscious with a large plasma volley. Her innocence and morals led to her capture once more, as she decided to give CPR to one of the guards she injured. She eventually escaped with the help of Bastion's assistant Daria. While wandering the desert after her getaway, she was attacked by a Prime Sentinel and held her own by blasting his vision receptors. She was saved at the last minute by Wolverine, who took her back to the X-Men until she was comfortable enough to return to Generation X.
One of the most important details about her stay in Generation X was when she discovered the true killer of her parents, Hunter Brawn. She staged a solo operation, using all of her powers, skills, and abilities to track down Brawn. With the help of her friends and teammates, she managed to take him down. Enraged at how he had destroyed her family, her powers flared to a massive level. Instead of killing the man, she took out her aggression and blew up his warehouse, leaving him to be arrested by local authorities.
After Generation X disbanded, Jubilee moved to L.A. with former teammate Skin to pursue an acting career. She was unfortunately cast in stereotypical Asian roles, and after her agent tried to seduce her, she blasted him with a powerful plasma blast.
Jubilee returned to L.A. with Skin, but the two of them along with Magma and other mutants were kidnapped and crucified on the front lawn of the X-Mansion by the Church of Humanity. Jubilee and Magma recovered from the attack, because of Angel's healing blood, but Skin and the others weren't so fortunate.[3] Jubilee became slightly depressed due to the loss of her friend and reunited with her friend Husk. The two of them, along with Angel, attended Skin's funeral. Since the grave keeper wouldn't allow a mutant to be buried in his cemetery, he had Skin cremated and unemotionally handed Jubilee Skin's ashes. From then on, Jubilee went on a few missions with Nightcrawler and Havok's Uncanny team, but was taken off of the active roster when Cyclops decided Jubilee needed a mental break.
After the House of M, Jubilee was one of the mutants affected by Scarlet Witch's reality altering wave and has lost her powers.[5] When Sally Floyd was trying to get in touch with the X-Men regarding the sudden depowering of most of the mutants, Jubilee did what she could to help, but since she was no longer a mutant she could not go back to the Xavier Institute.
Jubilee relocated to Queens, New York, apparently operating a safe house for depowered mutants. She allowed Wolverine to visit Agent Zero, but the facility soon came under attack by Omega Red.
Jubilee joined the New Warriors under the guise of Wondra. As Wondra, Jubilee had superhuman strength (derived from a power suit) capable of lifting a freight train over her head. As a member of the New Warriors, Jubilee acted as Night Thrasher's second-in-command and was responsible for training the team. Jubilee had a tougher exterior than years past, likely due to her responsibilities of training the team, as well as losing her powers and almost being killed at the hands of Omega Red.
After leaving the New Warriors, Jubilee made her way to the the West Coast again, and more specifically to San Francisco, where the X-Men moved following the destruction of the Xavier Institute. Jubilee it seems has remained in contact with many of the new generation students, and met with a group of them at Fisherman's Wharf. The younger kids updated Jubilee on the status of the new island of Utopia, which now acts like a new home for the remaining mutants on Earth. When asked to return to Utopia with them however, Jubilee decided against going to an island of mutants, when she was no longer one. Instead, she had a letter delivered to Wolverine saying simply "Wish you were here."
While Pixie and Jubilee hung-out in Union Square, a biological suicide bomber exploded nearby, coating the area, and Jubilee, in blood. Later on Utopia, Dr. Nemesis discovered that Jubilee had been infected with vampire blood that would slowly over-take her.[8] Ultimately, a hypnotic suggestion took over her and she fled to her masters. After being bitten by Xarus, son of Dracula, Jubilee had become a vampire. Wolverine chased after her and Xarus used Jubilee to convert him. Jubilee bit Wolverine and he led the army of vampires that attacked Utopia until it was revealed that Cyclops had planned for the event and had Nemesis implant nanites in Wolverine's blood. After Dracula killed Xarus and the X-Men defeated the vampire army, Jubilee was released into the X-Men's care and placed into a cell until a cure was found.
At Gambit's behest, Wolverine travels to Paris, taking Jubilee with him. There, tensions between her and X-23 (who is travelling with Gambit) flare up. Meanwhile, Gambit talks to Wolverine about the difference between how he treats Jubilee and X-23, who both see him as a father figure.[42] Jubilee soon starts to develop a friendship with X-23 due to their similar circumstances, with the latter helping her deal with her urges to kill while Jubilee in turn helps Laura learn how to be a normal girl.[43] She is later taken in by a group of vampires called The Forgiven, who have learned to move beyond their need for blood and can move about in the day, as a student.
Jubilee has recently returned to the X-Men with an orphaned baby boy who she has given up for adoption.
PERSONALITY: Though she is still somewhat of an upbeat and rash thinker since her turning into a vampire Jubilee has become a little more negative in her thinking. She is still however a compassionate thinker who is willing to fight for what she thinks is right.
So, what exactly are our character relationships in this game, team-wise? I'm fine with Bishop not being particularly well received by the team for his previous face-heel-turn actions. I typically like playing loner characters with their own agendas anyway.
Lunaris
Well. Since it's gonna be a new semester at Jean Grey, I can say that Idris doesn't really know anyone. Yet.  ;D
TamaRose
Jubilee, Wolvie, and Gambit are going to fun to play with....and again there are so many new characters I have never played with before. This is going to be awesome. I can't wait to play with all of you!
Pumpkin Seeds
I think Nuo is going to be annoying some Bishop.
Jag
Toad is going to lick everyone. >.>
*Jag wouldn't actually do that...as tempting as it is*
Yes! Toad needs a friend. Ignore the stalking aspects of his personality!
If you take out the creepy factor of stalking, it's really just a one sided relationship, which happens all the time! :P
Maybe if I make her mad enough she can just try and turn me. lol
*shurgs* She has learned to control her thirst for human (and that mean means mutants) blood but you might be right you  never know what a vampire might do when emotions are running high.
Guess my charrie's gonna have to open her mind even more! "Wait. Vampires are actually a thing? And you're also a mutant? I can't even...nope. Not even gonna try to imagine how insane that must be."
JosuT
As much as this is a good discussion, I think it might be better to hold it in the OOC thread and leave this for any more profiles that are going to be posted. I think we were still waiting for a couple of people who said they wanted to play a character but haven't posted yet. Hopefully they post before Saturday.
Here is the link for the OOC thread. https://elliquiy.com/forums/index.php?topic=184817.0
Angaroo
Was just wondering if your still accepting characters. If so, I'd be interested in joining.
JosuT
We are definitely still accepting characters, so feel free to pick a character and put in a bio. We're getting some game threads up and we will likely be starting to actually write on Saturday.
CHARACTER NAME: Mercury
REAL NAME: Cessily 'Ces' Kincaid AGE:18
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Bi-Curious
HEIGHT: 5'4"
WEIGHT: 114lb (52kg)
AFFILIATION: X-Men, Jean Grey School student body; formerly New X-Men, Hellions Squad, Xavier Institute student body
APPEARANCE/COMBAT COSTUME:
COMBAT W/ COSTUME
COMBAT W/O COSTUME
APPEARANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:
NO COSTUME 1
NO COSTUME 2
POWERS/ABILITIES:
Malleable Bio-Mercury Form: Cessily's body is composed of a nontoxic liquid mercury. Her form allows her to alter her shape by collapsing into a featureless mass, extending blades from her skin, or molding herself into different forms. Her ability to shape shift extends to the most basic of rudimentary weapons. Cessily's Liquid Mercury form is inorganic.
Self-Sustenance: She is no longer a carbon-based life form and does not eat or breathe the same way as normal humans. Still, she consumes food out of habit and has not realized the scope of her change.
Telepathic Resistance: She is very hard to telepathically detect or influence while in her mercury form.
Molecular Adhesion: Gives her the ability to cling to solid surfaces and move her body at will even without overt locomotive features.
Enhanced Durability: Skin, bone and muscle that is transformed into liquid mercury makes it stronger and harder than a normal humans; impervious to injury to a certain extent.
Magical Resistance: Due to her transient body, its harder to magically detect, influence, or harm her them other humans and mutants, but her resistance is far from infinite and can be overwhelmed by more skilled magicians.
WEAKNESSES:
Electricity: Electric stuns Mercury and causes her to lose control over her form, as well as causing pain.
HISTORY: Cessily lived a completely normal life and was a beloved only child, until her mutation developed. Her body changed to a metallic, mercury-like substance. Her parents did not know how to deal with this change. While they did not reject her outright, they shipped her off to Xavier´s, hoping the neighbors would never know about their mutant daughter.
PERSONALITY: Cessily is terribly, terribly kind, and given the unfair treatment she's been given by her parents, she's become a very fair person, and has no qualms about speaking out (or acting out) against anyone when she thinks a situation is unfair or biased. This stubbornness could easily lead to her or others getting put in danger if she views a rule as biased or unfair, and she chooses not to follow it. She doesn't tolerate bullying, and will always speak out against that, as well. Very rarely will Cessily let these things go unnoticed, and she hasn't quite learned to apply the phrase "pick your battles" to herself yet.Though she has her passion, Cess rarely holds a real grudge.She's very forgiving, and expects similar treatment in return.
It took a long time for Cessily to regain her confidence. For quite some time, even among the other mutants, Cessily felt worthless. She couldn't go to school and she couldn't work, and she felt like a burdensome bump on a log. To a degree, she still feels that way- It's hard, and even dangerous, for her to go out in public, and she just wants to help or be productive in some way. This desire to help has lead Cessily to be a really kind friend, causing her to go out of her way to lend a hand or a shoulder to cry on if things are going badly for someone.For the most part, however, her confidence is back, along with her bubbly personality.
#56
CHARACTER NAME: Psylocke
REAL NAME: Elizabeth (Betsy) Braddock
AGE: 27
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: bi-curious
HEIGHT:5'11
WEIGHT: 155 lbs
AFFILIATION: X-men, X-Force, Captain Britain Corpse, STRIKE
APPEARANCE/COSTUME: (Put pic underneath)
POWERS/ABILITIES:
Telekinesis :
Ability to psionically manipulate the physical aspects of reality. She can also move and levitate other people. She can also create telekinetic shields of various sizes and strength and she can fire mental force blasts that can “shatter mountains.” Psylocke seems to find that using her telekinesis in forceful ways is easier than in delicate ways. However, over time she displayed further control over fine matter. (For example, turning invisible by vibrating her own molecules, keeping an atomic bomb contained, and creating a telekinetic bubble inside of a brain, & exploding said bubble)
Psylocke can manifest a telekinetic katana blade composed of raw psi-energy, which at its lowest intensity, functions to disrupt neural pathways and sever the bonds between molecules, and at its highest level, her katanas can slice an armored opponent and cut through the armor, but leave the attacker physically unharmed. She can also use her swords to shatter telepathic power-inhibitors imposed on others. Psylocke's telekinetic manifestations produce visible radiance in the physical world.Thus, she can use her psychic katana as a makeshift light source in areas of darkness. She can also use her telekinesis to enhance her speed, strength and fighting skills into super-human levels.
Telepathy:
She possesses mental powers to affect and manipulate the minds of other sentient beings. Psylocke could read minds and communicate mentally with others over long distances.
Telepathic Tracking:
Enhanced psionic senses enabled her to detect and track other sentient beings by their unique psionic emanations (thought patterns contained in the psionic portion of the spectrum) especially if they posed a threat to her well-being in her immediate vicinity.
Psychic Shadow:
She was able to mask her presence from others. Her abilities could go undetected and were very difficult to track, even by very powerful telepaths such as Shadow King. She could extend these defenses to others around her as well.
Psy Blades:
Described as "the focused totality of her psychic powers," by intensely channeling and focusing her psionic powers to her hands to create “psychic blades”, razor-sharp edges of pure mental energy which were said to be the ultimate physical manifestation of her powers which she plunged into the minds of her targets directly, which she often used to disrupt the neurons of her foes by driving the glowing "blade" of mental energy into their skulls. It is able to kill.
Mind Manipulation:
Psylocke is capable of controlling the minds of others. Also, she had the ability to create illusions to make herself seem to be invisible, look like someone else, or make others experience events that were not truly happening. She can induce temporary mental or physical paralysis as well as erase any awareness of particular memories or cause total amnesia.
Psionic Blasts:
Could project psionic force bolts usually in the form of a butterfly which have no physical effects but which could affect a victim's mind so as to cause the victim pain or unconsciousness or even death.
Astral Projection:
Could project her astral form from her body onto astral planes or the physical planes. In the astral plane, she could mentally create psionic objects and manipulate the aspects of her environment.
Umbrakinesis:
Psylocke has the ability to manipulate darkness into psychic blasts and bolts. Many telepaths have this ability
Master Martial Artist:
Psylocke has been classified as a master martial artist, though the specific fighting arts she has mastered have never been revealed. Presumably, as a ninja, she is skilled in various Ninjutsu techniques such as Taijutsu and Ninjaken. Her skills have been said to rival those of a ninja master.
As a telepath, Psylocke used to take advantage of her powers in a fight by reading her opponents' movements seconds before they made them, giving her the opportunity to counter-attack faster, and she could also use her telepathy to mask her presence from other people, humans and super-humans alike. She also used to create telepathic illusions to distract her enemies while fighting them and as a ninja, she used her psychic knife to incapacitate her opponents without killing them, though she has less inhibitions about doing so and will if necessary.
As a telekinetic, she often used her powers to augment her strength and speed, which made her fighting skills so strong that she was able to match and even outmatch other superhumanly strong opponents like a holographic version of Sabretooth in the Danger Room.
WEAKNESSES: Tends to get into more trouble than one person can handle.
HISTORY:
Elizabeth "Betsy" Braddock was born in England. Raised in the small town of Maldon, Essex, Betsy was Sir James Braddock's second child; she, her twin brother Brian, and elder brother Jamie had a very privileged life. By the time their parents died, Betsy had become a charter pilot. After she and Jamie were taken hostage by the Red Skull's agents and freed by Captain America and Captain Britain, Betsy learned the latter was her brother Brian. She dyed her hair purple and took up modeling.
At the age of sixteen, her psychic powers fully manifested, which grew to include telepathy. Agent Matthew recruited Betsy into S.T.R.I.K.E.'s Psi Division, and she became fellow psi Tom Lennox's lover.As she had inherited membership to the Hellfire Club from her father, Betsy was sent to infiltrate it, but was warned off by Tessa for her own protection.She also met future boyfriend Warren Worthington for the first time during one of the Hellfire Club parties.
When the crime lord Vixen hired Slaymaster to eliminate the Psi-Division, only Betsy, Tom Lennox, and their friend Alison Double were left when Brian defeated him. When reality warped due to James Jaspers' powers, Tom sacrificed himself to give the Braddocks time to escape from a group of superhero hunters. Betsy was in Tom's mind when he died; feeling his death, she was left traumatized. Following the repair of the reality warp, an evil version of Captain Britain from another universe named Kaptain Briton switched places with Brian. The double tried to rape Betsy. In self-defense, she telepathically killed him.The same night, the twins were informed of their father's Otherworld origins, and a new intelligence agency called R.C.X. asked them to billet Warpies, children transformed by Jasper's warp, at the Manor, which led to an argument between Betsy and Brian.
When Brian went overseas, Matthew (now codenamed Gabriel) convinced Betsy to become the new Captain Britain, wearing Kaptain Briton's modified costume. Working with Captain UK, the duo became public sensations. After several months, Vixen lured Betsy into a showdown with Slaymaster, who brutally beat her, then gouged her eyes out. Brian flew to her rescue and killed Slaymaster. Betsy refused R.C.X.'s offer of cybernetic eyes, preferring to rely on her psychic abilities; she and Gabriel went to Switzerland for Betsy to recuperate.
Betsy was kidnapped from the Alps by Mojo, brainwashed, given cybernetic eyes, and, as "Psylocke," became the star of his new show "Wildways." Brian and the New Mutants rescued her, after which Betsy moved to the X-Men's mansion to recover..When the Marauders attacked the Morlocks, the X-Mansion was used as a temporary infirmary for injured survivors of the massacre. Knowing that the X-Men were away in New York, the Marauder Sabretooth invaded the mansion. Psylocke used herself as a bait to lead him away from the injured until the X-Men arrived to help her. While Sabretooth and Wolverine fought, Psylocke used her telepathy to gather information about the Marauders and their leader, Mr. Sinister, from Sabretooth's mind.Wolverine, though initially reluctant to involve outsiders in the X-Men's affairs, was impressed by her bravery and nominated her to join the team.
As an X-Man she met Mephisto, Dr. Doom and the Fantastic Four,and the Horde.
Psylocke resided in China for awhile where she was brainwashed into become Lady Mandarin, a ninja assassin. With help from Wolverine she broke free of the brainwashing, and returned to join her former comrades. Later, she was targeted by the Crimson Dawn.When Sabretooth gutted Psylocke, Angel, Wolverine, Doctor Strange, and Gomurr the Ancient retrieved a magical liquid from the Crimson Dawn dimension that healed her and gave her the new ability to teleport through shadows, but also marked her with a red tattoo over her left eye. Her personality took on a cold edge, which created distance between her and Warren. Kuragari, Proctor of the Crimson Dawn, tried to claim Betsy as his bride, but was thwarted with Gomurr and Angel's aid, freeing Betsy of the Dawn's influence. However, Psylocke still retained the abilities associated with it.
Subsequently she aided Storm against the Shadow King, who tricked Psylocke into initiating a psychic shockwave that disabled all other telepaths, leaving him unchallenged on the astral plane. Her own astral form was destroyed, but her exposure to the Crimson Dawn gave her a new shadow form with temporarily enhanced powers, which she used to trap the Shadow King's core. To keep him trapped she was forced to constantly focus her telepathy on him, effectively rendering herself powerless.Jean Grey's attempt to help Betsy deal with the Shadow King somehow swapped their powers, leaving Betsy telekinetic. After the death of Jean Grey and Scott Summers' insanity which led to the death of Charles Xavier, Betsy returned to the Jean Grey School of Learning where she offered her aid to Wolverine
PERSONALITY:
Betsy is an adventurous soul who isn't easily tied down. She also possesses a strong sense of duty and responsibility. She has a sometimes sardonic wit and can come across as aloof or arrogant at times.
Ok, so i`m going to do a relationship thread so we can get an idea how characters feel about each other in the School.
Just so you know, everyone will be on edge, as Cyclops (possessed by the Phoenix) murdered professor X.
Mutants are more scared now then ever of the big bad world outside.
I haven't heard anything else about anyone wanting to be iceman yet, so feel free to post a bio
CHARACTER NAME:  Iceman
REAL NAME:  Robert 'Bobby' Louis Drake
AGE: 29
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Straight
HEIGHT: 6'0”
WEIGHT: 191 lb
AFFILIATION: X-Men (Founding member)
APPEARNACE IN COSTUME:
APPEARANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:
POWERS/ABILITIES:
Robert 'Bobby' Drake has been stated to be an Omega Level Mutant. Iceman's powers are far beyond the simple ability to generate cold.
Thermokinesis: Iceman is a mutant with the superhuman ability to lower his external and internal body temperature, projecting intense coldness from his body. Like any normal human being's, the nerve centers for regulating Iceman's body temperature are found in the part of the brain called the hypothalamus. However, Iceman can mentally override his hypothalamus to allow his body temperature to be lowered by an unknown internal mechanism. This ability converts the latent thermal energies in and around his body into an unknown form of energy that is efficiently dissipated. A related mutation has rendered his body tissues unaffected by sub-zero temperatures. Iceman can consciously, immediately lower his body temperature from its normal 98.6 Fahrenheit to absolute zero (The point where all molecular motion stops.) and lower within the span of a few tenths of a second. Iceman's power to generate cold is so great, he was able to stop a massive nuclear explosion.
As his body temperature falls, the surrounding moisture in the air that is in contact with him is similarly lowered. Just as condensed moisture forms frost, this moisture forms an icy covering which encompasses his entire body. It also obscures his facial features. When Iceman first began to completely lower his body temperature, this covering took on a more snow-like appearance. But as he learned to increase the severity of his coldness, the covering assumed the consistency of crystalline ice that it has today. This ice constantly cracks with any movement of his body, and immediately reforms. (Hence, there is a cracking sound when Iceman, covered with ice, moves.) Through practice, Iceman has learned to control the intensity of his coldness, and he can selectively lower the temperature of isolated parts of his body.
Thermal Vision: The ability to see beings due to the heat signature that others give off, because of the absence of heat around him.
Cryokinesis: Iceman can use his mutant ability to control moisture such as to freeze any air moisture into super-hard ice. This ice can be formed into any object of his choosing: the only limitations are his own imagination, and the ambient air temperature which determines how long his ice sculpture will stay icy. He does not have to hold the ice physically with his hands in order to shape it. Apparently he can simply direct the waves of coldness he projects in certain ways so as to create ice in the shape he desires. In the past, Iceman has formed ice-ladders, ice-slides, ice-shields, ice-bats and other constructs of ice. Iceman has created constructs of ice so powerful that he was able to easily encase and contain the likes of the Hulk with him being unable to break out of it. On at least one occasion, he has even been shown to make it snow or cause a blizzard.
Iceman is able to form a rising column of ice beneath his feet, capable of lifting him off the ground. The tensile strength of the column is determined by its thickness, and its steadiness by how well it has been braced. A well-braced and regular column, 6 feet in diameter at its base, is able to support his weight without toppling for about 85 feet in a 40-mile per hour wind. By forming long ice-ramps connected either to his ice-column or to an existing structure like a building or a bridge, Iceman is able to travel above the ground by sliding down the ramp he is creating. Unless he creates supports periodically, the ramp will crack beneath him, unable to support their combined weight. Iceman although has shown that he is not limited to creating constructs and can fly on his own with his control over moisture.
Iceman's control of his powers are so vast that it extends to the molecular level, to the point that he can freeze all of the molecules of an object/being with a thought. An example would be freezing blood in the veins, thereby stopping flow to the brain. He has demonstrated the ability to control chemical reactions on the molecular level, at one point preventing Sunfire from accessing his powers.
Organic-Ice Form: Ability to not only cover his body with ice, but to actually become organic ice. Though the appearance is similar, Iceman is now actually translucent in his ice form. Iceman is virtually indestructible in this form, allowing him to reform his body should it become shattered. He has been incinerated while in human form, and was able to rebuild himself. In his ice form, he is able to use the moisture in the air to form spikes, shields and attach other extra appendages to his body. It is currently unknown if Bobby would be considered immortal.
Due to the amount of water on Earth, Iceman has a virtually unlimited supply of moisture since it is always present in the surrounding air or environment. Even desert air has sufficient moisture content for him to make temporary practical use of; however, the mental effort needed to employ his mutant power under these circumstances could eventually fatigue him and render his freezing ability temporarily dysfunctional.
Hydrokinesis: Iceman can use surrounding moisture to augment himself, allowing him to travel within large bodies of water very quickly. He accomplishes this by breaking himself down to his base levels and reforming at the destination. He is able to convert his body to gigantic proportions as well, through absorption of a body of water or water vapor in the air. One side effect of this is he gains superhuman strength to match his superhuman size. Wherever there is any moisture, Iceman is a threat. Iceman has demonstrated the ability to be transformed into nothing more than water vapor, yet remain conscious and retain the use of his powers. His conscious control of his abilities has allowed him to exist simultaneously in two places at once.
Molecular Moisture Inversion: The ability to freeze water molecules turning them into solid ice.
Molecular Moisture Conversion: The ability to transform organic matter, such as a human body, to organic ice and back again. With this, it is possible for him to project his consciousness through moisture molecules and reform his body at the destination. Though he has only done this to himself, he does possess the potential, as demonstrated by his AoA counterpart, to preform the feat with passengers.
Ice Clone Generation:The ability to generate ice clones of himself. It is unknown how many ice clone he can create at once.
WEAKNESSES:
Like that of any trained athlete, Iceman's ability to perform is directly related to his daily physical health and current mental state. Under normal conditions, he can usually form ice continually for a period of about 5 hours before becoming mentally exhausted. He seems to lack the creativity and imagination to use his powers to their full potential, though fear of losing control over them may be a factor in his reluctance.
HISTORY:
Robert Louis Drake was born in Floral Park, Long Island, New York to William and Madeline Drake. Bobby is Jewish on his mother's side and Irish Catholic on his father's. Bobby first discovered his mutant abilities at a young age when he found himself unable to stop feeling cold and shivering.
A school bully named Rocky Beasely had convinced his gang to attack Bobby and his girlfriend at the time, Judy Harmon. Bobby panicked and encased Rocky in ice, saving Judy, but revealing his abilities to the other kids. Believing Bobby to be a dangerous mutant, the people of his town, Ft. Washington, organized a lynch mob. The mob broke into the Drake household and overpowered the family. The local sheriff noticed that things were getting out of hand and took Bobby into custody for his own protection. The story made its way to Charles Xavier.
Xavier sent Scott Summers (Cyclops) to recruit Bobby. After Bobby turned him down the two mutants got into a brief scuffle before the mob caught up with them. The mob was stringing Scott and Bobby up to be hanged when Professor X used his telepathic abilities to erase their memories. Grateful for saving his life and yearning to be like Scott, Bobby enrolled in Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters and become the second member of the X-Men. There, the X-Men were tutored by Professor X and trained in the use of their powers. As 'Iceman', Bobby learned to control his abilities in order to protect a world that feared and hated him for being different alongside Cyclops, Angel, Beast, and Marvel Girl.
PERSONALITY:
Bobby has a very large sense of humor. He enjoys practical jokes, but never maliciously. He enjoys making others laugh and smile, and some of his most memorable moments in the X-Men have been when he worked diligently to make some of the more 'serious' members not be 'so serious'.
Bobby always maintains a positive outlook, and practices a lighthearted approach to dangerous situations. Even the threat of the end of the world can't bring him down. Always optimistic, he never gives up no matter how dire the circumstances, and he does his best to ensure that his comrades don't, either.
Bobby is incredibly loyal to those he calls 'friend', especially since he did not have many while growing up. No villain or other superhero can intimidate him when one of his friends is threatened, and Bobby will always lookout for a fallen comrade, believe that friends should -never- be left behind, even if it means his own life in trying to save them.
Bobby has dated several women in his lifetime, some of them even being fellow mutants. Somehow, those relationships usually seem to go bad for one reason or another, but the most common ending finds his partner hooking up with someone else, and several times being eventually 'friend-zoned' by a potential partner.
Bobby attended college at UCLA, graduating with a degree in Accounting.
EQUIPMENT: None.
KNOWN ENEMIES: All past and present enemies of the X-Men.
CHARACTER NAME: Vektor
REAL NAME: Kevin Forester
AGE: 19
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual
HEIGHT: 5'10"
WEIGHT: 175
AFFILIATION: Jean Grey School
APPEARANCE/COSTUME:
APPEARANCE WITHOUT COSTUME:
POWERS/ABILITIES:
Kinetic Bolts - This is a crude form of Telekinesis whereby Vektor can strike a target with a surge of force. These Kinetic Bolts emit from his forearms in the rough shape of cylinders. Its effect is the same as if the target had been struck by solid concrete.
Empathy - Vektor can detect the surface emotions of others. He can detect the target's emotional state and further refine that knowledge to discover the target's physical state, surroundings, and location, insofar as these have an influence on the emotions. He can transmit his own emotional state but he cannot impose this on others (ie: Emotion Control).
Martial Artist: Tai Kwon Do - Kevin has trained for just over 10 years in traditional Tai Kwon Do, and holds the equivalent of a `Purple' belt.
WEAKNESSES:
Southern accents. ;p
HISTORY:
Kevin led a rather sheltered childhood in the suburbs of Los Angeles. When he was 15, he was the passenger in a car accident. No one was seriously injured, but upon impact his power manifested, sending a blast of energy thru the dash of the car. His arms have glowed blue ever since. He also became extremely empathic, finding that he could sense the surface emotions of others.
He was home-schooled by a private tutor from that point forth, and taken out of most activities. He always wore long sleeves and gloves if he had to go out in public.
PERSONALITY:
Kevin's a pretty laid-back guy for the most part. He's a little self-conscious about his glowing forearms, but not so much by the idea that he's a mutant. He likes to form strong friendships and feels things particularly deeply, possibly on account of his Empathy power.
Hank cannot except that there is a problem he cannot fix. This leads to an obsessive mood that has made him compromise ethics on occasion.
HISTORY:
Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide
Born in Dundee, Illinois, in the United States, to Norton and Edna McCoy. His father, Norton McCoy, is employed at a local nuclear power plant before Henry's birth and was once exposed to intense nuclear radiation, which appears to have caused his son's mutation. Hank is born with a vast intellect, unusually long arms and legs, and unusually large hands and feet for a human; in fact, his body's proportions are comparable to those of a gorilla and later stories reveal his nickname in school was "Magilla Gorilla".
Henry's mutation more fully manifests during adolescence, providing greater strength and agility, and although his powers allow him to briefly excel in athletics during his remaining time at school, he soon attracts the animosity of his fellow students and other non-mutant humans. As he seeks refuge, he is approached by Professor Charles Xavier, who invites him to study at "Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters".
Henry recognizes the opportunities such an institution can offer him and accepts the invitation. He finds the school both a fountain of scientific knowledge and a place of sanctuary and is there introduced to the X-Men, who accept him into their ranks and give him the codename Beast. Alongside workouts in the Danger Room, under Xavier's tutelage, he studies subjects ranging from differential equations to Proust.
Hank leaves the X-Men shortly after his twentieth birthday. He becomes a research scientist at the Brand Corporation, a genetics research facility. Hank isolates a "hormonal extract" allowing anyone to become a mutant for a short period of time, and uses the mutagenic serum on himself to disguise his appearance.However, he waits too long to reverse the process, leaving him permanently transformed. He has grown grey fur (which later turns blue) all over his body and acquired pointed ears, elongated canine teeth, claws, the ability to run on walls and ceilings like a spider, enhanced senses, an accelerated healing factor, and a feral side he struggles to control.
Not long after this transformation, he is recruited to join the Avengers as a provisional member. He is later granted full Avengers membership and remains a member for many years. He leaves the team periodically to rejoin the X-Men during times of need.  He returns to the Avengers each time, but eventually leaves so that the team (which has a six-member limit at the time) can be filled out by new recruits.He later joins the Defenders,stays with the team to organize as the "new" Defenders, and is one of the final surviving members at the time of its first disbandment. He and fellow surviving Defenders Angel and Iceman are contacted shortly after by Cyclops and Jean Grey to form a new group, X-Factor. Eventually X-Factor clashes with the ancient mutant Apocalypse.  During the battle, Beast is touched by the Horseman Pestilence, whose touch usually causes incredible pain and viral infection. The infection interacts with the recent serum treatment of Maddicks, and instead of killing him, Hank is affected in such a way that every time he uses his superhuman strength, his intelligence decreases. Though the battle is won, it comes at the cost of Hank's decreasing intelligence, which would not return for a time. Hank’s condition worsens for weeks. He even openly talks to Trish Tilby, a reporter, not realizing she might use the information on TV. Out of respect for Hank's situation, Trish does not mention his name when she reports about X-Factor’s recent battles, only that one of them lost his intellect while heroically defending New York. The Beast is still hurt by her using the information at all, but she is able to convince him that she meant well.
X-Factor finally ends their charade and are hailed as heroes, and they then don costumes similar to their previous X-Terminator costumes. When Hank’s mind is nothing more than that of a child, he intercepts a mutant called Infectia who is trying to kiss Iceman. Infectia has the ability to manipulate molecular structures through touch, creating mutated "monsters". When she kisses Beast, he becomes feverish and begins switching back and forth between his normal and furred forms. Finally, he stabilizes in his furry appearance, keeps his intelligence, and has more strength than ever.
Hank soon resumes wearing his old costume, but now no longer has need for a mask. During the events of Inferno, Beast, along with the rest of X-Factor team up with the X-Men and various other heroes to fight the evil forces invading the city; eventually, they manage to stop a portal between Limbo and Earth from remaining open and peace returns for the survivors. Towards the end of X-Factor's career, they battle the Shadow King during the Muir Island Saga. The final battle leaves Professor Xavier crippled again, which results in X-Factor rejoining the X-Men.
One of Beast's greatest challenges emerges with Stryfe's fatal Legacy Virus. Hank is already despondent, as he is turning thirty and questions his life accomplishments. His frustrations are further compounded when Professor Xavier and Moira MacTaggert don't ask for his assistance with the Legacy research, but it turns out Xavier is just giving him his privacy. Perusing their data, Hank learns the problem is more difficult than he had initially imagined. Hank has always believed that, given time, he could solve any problem; the Legacy Virus becomes his obsession. He goes as far as making an unethical decision in giving Mister Sinister information on the virus, since he has more resources and fewer morals to inhibit him.
A turning point comes when Dark Beast finishes some of the formula, occasionally prying more information from Hank whom he imprisoned and replaces for a while. However, the cure is incomplete and it takes Beast to design the final cure. Based on Moira's notes, Beast concocts the anti-virus to much elation, but it soon is repaid with a heavy toll—Colossus chooses to sacrifice his life to release the remedy.
As the world experiences a mutant baby boom, much of the mutant community seemingly begins experiencing "secondary mutations", often taking the form of additional or enhanced abilities. In the aftermath of Vargas' attack, Beast's secondary mutation is "jumpstarted" due to the powers of teammate Sage. The further mutation causes Beast to develop a more feline physique, to which he initially has some trouble adapting. A psychic attack by the genocidal Cassandra Nova leaves Beast humiliated, badly beaten and haunted by the possibility that his new form is simply a step in a continuous state of devolution. Additionally, the alteration in form causes his longtime girlfriend, Trish Tilby, to break up with him after being accused of bestiality in the media. Over time, Beast strikes up a strong friendship with Emma Frost, in one incident bringing her flowers to cheer her up. He finds her diamond form shattered into thousands of pieces and spends some time putting her back together. With a final jolt of psionic energy from Jean Grey, Frost returns to life.
When news of a "cure" that would reverse mutations suddenly arises, Beast finds himself seriously considering taking it so he can once again appear human. Hank eventually decides against it after vigorous "urging" by fellow team member Wolverine, as it would send out a negative message to other mutants if an X-Man were to take the cure. After learning that the cure was developed by fellow geneticist Kavita Rao through experimentation on mutant corpses - as well as on the X-Man Colossus - Beast helps take down Rao's operation. When the villainous Hellfire Club attacks the X-Men, Cassandra Nova telepathically strips away Beast's higher human consciousness, leaving him with only his animal instincts. After hunting Wolverine around campus (and even eating his leg), a student named Blindfold faces him down with a device he and Xavier had built in case his consciousness was ever lost. The device is a high-powered sensory stimulant in the form of a ball of string, which Beast had alluded to as being his greatest fear. Once restored, he is quick to put on a suit and tie and help Wolverine with a hyper-magnetic device. He, along with his teammates, are taken from the Mansion by the government agency S.W.O.R.D. and airlifted to the alien Breakworld.
When a Civil War breaks out among Marvel's superheroes, Beast, along with the other X-Men, assumes a neutral stance. However, Beast was not a particular fan of the policy and secretly violates his stance by providing Spider-Man with a holographic disguise to enable him to continue teaching at Midtown High after his secret identity has been exposed. Despite his personal feelings about the Superhuman Registration Act, Beast enlists his services to the Initiative program after the war's end, to assist in the training of the next generation of superheroes.
The X-Men and various other mutants attend the funeral of a young mutant boy named Matt Landru who has been killed in a road traffic accident and muse on what this means for mutant-kind. Beast plans to find a way to reverse M-Day. Despite the 'aid' of his other self (the Dark Beast), along with exploring such diverse avenues of investigation as analysis of alternate timelines or an attempt to track down the Scarlet Witch, he is unsuccessful in his research.
In order to save mutantkind from the effects of M-Day, Beast and Angel had to gather a team of specialists to help them. Beast and the X-Club traveled back to 1906 in order to find Dr. Nemesis' parents and discover the origins of modern mutation. During the mission, they also fought an early version of a Sentinel created by the Hellfire Club, and inadvertently caused the San Francisco earthquake.
Beast later returns to attend the funeral of his friend and teammate, Kurt Wagner (Nightcrawler) where he confronts Scott Summers and blames Kurt's death on Scott's increasingly militant and extremist attitude to protecting the mutant species at all costs (even at the cost of sacrificing his friends to do so). Despite his issues with Cyclops, Beast remains on Utopia to help deal with the attacks being made by Bastion. Following Bastion's defeat at the hands of Hope Summers, Henry again departs Utopia.
After the separations of the X-Men in two teams, Beast is one of them to go with Wolverine to Westchester to open "The Jean Grey School for Higher Learning".
During the Avengers vs. X-Men miniseries, Beast sides with the Avengers to investigate and stop the Phoenix Force's return to Earth. Hank joins the team of Avengers sent to halt the Phoenix Force's return to Earth, but later temporarily 'resigns' from the Avengers in protest against their efforts to stop the 'Phoenix Five'- the five X-Men who have received the power of the Phoenix Force - as their actions appear to initially be benevolent. He returns to aid the Avengers when Cyclops and Emma Frost begin to be corrupted by the Phoenix's power.
In the aftermath of the Phoenix War, with Cyclops now actively striking out at government organizations holding mutants prisoner and the X-Men unwilling to actively fight him as they fear the subsequent mutant civil war that might result, Beast - apparently dying due to side-effects of his secondary artificially-accelerated mutation- hits upon a solution after a chance comment from Iceman; he travels back in time to the early days of the Xavier Institute to bring the original five X-Men from that period into the future, hoping that Scott's past self will be able to convince his present self to stand down. Although Beast lapses into a coma shortly after bringing the team into the present, Jean's telepathy - artificially accelerated by the trauma of her trip to the future and witnessing what Scott has become - manages to connect the minds of the two Hanks, allowing the younger Hank to spot a mistake in his future self's calculations and stabilize his physiology to a blue furred ape-like state.
Sorry for the delay everyone i had a personal emergency that required my undivided attention for the past few days. Beast CS will be up shortly.
Hey Kepesk that a cool 3d render...did you find it or make yourself...looks like Daz3D?
Hey LS. I did make them myself, thank you. Not my best work tho. I was just trying to work out a costume in the first one, and I didn't have much time. And that last one's gotta be over 5yrs old. Thanks tho.
They started off in Daz, but I do the vast majority of my work in 3ds Max.
