Not Your Granny's Apocalypse (F for M)

Three weeks into the apocalypse and the world hadn't fallen into complete chaos and destruction the United States had but the World hadn't. The Croatan virus had spread like wildfire among the States and when Johnson and Johnson came up with a vaccine people rushed to the pharmacies to get it. After all, it was free! Within a week people started to show signs of a fever they couldn't sweat out. Many people never recovered from their fevers and sadly they perished. Doctors didn't stop to develop a vaccine that worked. Finally, they came up with the Roanoke vaccine. It seemed to work much better than their first vaccine. The Roanoke vaccine bonded with the Croatan virus and changed it. People didn't remain sick they got better, and they got better quickly, and then they became enraged. Some people call them 'undead' because they saw people move through what would be deadly wounds and continue to pursue their victims. Others simple called them the 'infected' whatever they were. They were dangerous and if they had all function of their body they were fast.
