Powers:

Feline Lycantrophy: In short gist; Joshua is a neko. Sounds harmless right? Just cat ears, tail and eyes. However he is able produce claws from finger and toe nails, they are short but hard and sharp. His reaction speed is quick enough dodge single bullet fired farther than from twenty meters. So far he has not able dodge a suppressed firing or submachine gun fire. He does not move super fast but he has quick reflexes overall and he moves in human range speeds.

His sense of smell and hearing is good and his eye sight is good at darker conditions, even able see complete darkness. He has perfect sense of balance and he never falls on his back or stomach if not very disoriented during the fall. Altough he is not stronger than humans but his strength is above average for youth of his age who has not visited gyms. His greatest show of strength shows in actual leap distances.

He is also very flexible and able bend to quite crazy yoga positions and squeeze many narrow gaps. He could squeeze in theory anything which his head would fit through if not take account other features of human anatomy. Besides this he can talk and understand what cats speak. Also his sense of smell allows read people's emotions, altough not with absolute accuracy and it would ask long term interaction and study of subject's scent to learn the scent pattern related to each emotion. As people often smell different even when they express same emotion.

Weaknesses: Catmint works like inhaled fast reacting mental drug to him. The behavior pattern what it causes is sleepiness, happy giggle bursts and lusty behavior. Overall aggressive emotions drop 90% in presence of catmint. Loud sudden sounds may startle Joshua and as act of instinct bolt top speed from the area. His hearing and smell is sensitive to sharp smells, even smells what others do not detect at all.

Additional info: Not a weakness but something to take a note; In his youth he entered to 'heats'. During said heats he was more impulsive and emotional, he could sniff women to inhale their scent (mostly by their hair) and hiss at men/boys when annoyded by them. The staff at ExCiv sterilisized him and he had not entered heats eversince.

Besides normal belongings he has pet cat, called Pepper. He has got the cat since his childhood and was willing for containment and follow all school rules if he can keep the cat. So far management allowed him have the pet as he takes care all it's need himself and has always someone to talk to when he is in B dorms.

Bio: Joshua White is son of lawyer and german actress. So he is fluent in german and english. He was living like average youth with wellfaring parents and he was good student in school altough occasional rascal who pulled pranks. However in age of 14 he mutated over course of four months into his present shape where his original brown hair turned white and he grew natural pair of white cat ears and smooth white fur covered tail. He was send ExCiv along with his request keep Pepper, his cat which he had got since age of eleven. Because of naturally good behavior and overall his powers not being dangerous to others he was placed to B-block.

Overall his process in studies, what all what ExCiv had offered, he had excelled like he did before. Altough he had temper tantrums in between fiveteen and sixteen. He has not yet chosen what profession he trains or studies into, so he at moment tries variable things.

Personality: Joshua has learned to live with his condition and his occasional feline instinct behavior and crack jokes about it. He is overall calm and good student in ExCiv and perhaps promising student to get out from it if he keeps it up....if ExCiv releases their students without converting them into enforcers which are equally prisoners as before. Joshua had faced some abuse, but as smart kid he had not acted on provocations whenever he can keep his emotions in check. Joshua is very determined get out from ExCiv but not through rebelling but being exemplar student and representative of the mutated humans. He himself does not consider himself a freak nor he never accepts the fact he is freak. He is Joshua.

Description: Joshua prefers wear white and black clothes but he has some other calm colored clothes like blue and green. Mostly t-shirts, jeans, jackets and cap. He wears a golden medallion which is from his mother, a good luck charm of hers which has been passed down many generations. It's one his most treasured things besides his cat Pepper who is his best friend.

Sexual Preferences: My char's sexual preferences are around same as my ons/offs in signature in below. I am open for a female enforcer making sexual sort abuse on Joshua as form of punishment or sadistic pleasure. So long scene does not involve my hard offs (anal penetration done by woman is okay, from a guy no).

Level C students need to have an enforcer at all times, as they are seen as a threat. The rest of the time they are just around the school.

I would think they would place her in celler level until she calms down, then move her. But that isn't up to me.

Level C students need to have an enforcer at all times, as they are seen as a threat. The rest of the time they are just around the school.

Otherwise, enforcers are everywhere, keeping an eye on all the students, just they don't have to be on the same student all the time. A Level-C student can't travel out of their room without an escort to be able to handle them should they become a threat. Level-A and Level-B students are less likely to cause a problem, or their powers are less threatening overall, so they don't need the babysitter, just the security guards in the area."

With me the cat just sleep where ever. Yoshimi (youngest) keeps trying to climb me once every so often. (Used to like sleeping in my boobs and is slowly understanding she is too big to sleep there now.) But when I sit on the sofa they both curl up and sleep on me, making it awkward for me to move when my legs cramp up. (They give me that look of "How dare you move...") Both like getting in the way and climbing all over me when I have important bits in the game to do! Movie wise they both behave and wait until I am comfortable before they snuggle up to me. XD

Ok, I edited the above sheet with changes you suggested. he is flexible and able bend a lot (yes, he could in theory lick his own balls :P). But he could not squeeze through narrow gaps in same crazy way like cats do and would need crush his bones or organs able to do it but he could squeeze through lot of stuff as he is naturally thin and slim.

I wait your judgement regarding the heat and are others okay having person who goes couple days horny every three months. Kind part of normal feline behavior cycle.

His scent ability edited. He can through scent smell moods in people but he may not accurately know what they are....at least without long term interaction and study person's scent when they openly show emotion. Some may smell cinnamo when they are angry and other smell acidic example.

I take his cat remains strictly inside his room and has litter box and food and if it wanders alone or is carried by him it's killed? Okay, it's quite harsh as I had hoped he can very least carry it around in his person or hold it on leash for walks.

I edited awa C section part, true that not even one enforcer is needed tackle him down but he has never seriously fought anyone in the school (at best he had fled or hided). If he would ever seriously go berserk he would be very difficult bring down. Have you tried kill adult cat? put it on sack and try drown it? The cats have natural fierce battle instinct and survival and for reason they are told to have nine lives as they are tough to kill in general. But as said Joshua had never been violent so not staff nor enforcers would know what he is capable if he ever decides go violent.

Also wait other folks comment on barbs, it is just on air subject and in basic format Joshua does not have them.
