I think my disk defragmentor is broke.  I tried doing it to see if it would help my computer run smoother.  But it started analyzing and jumped to 73% and froze there.  It does that every time I try.

Try booting your PC up in Safe Mode and then run it again, most of the time this fixes the problem, if not, let me know.
