Savage Grace

Hello, I go by Savage Grace, or Sav and I am an author of many an unpublished and unfinished written works, as well as a writing connoisseur since 2004.

For what it is worth I am an ace, genderfluid individual that leans more heavily toward masc.

Preferences, interests, pairings, and eventual plot ideas will be posted in this thread. I apologize for the lack of refined content to peruse to begin with.

At the present moment I am seeking out stories that include slowburn romance or enemies to lovers, as well as partners who play switch or more dominant characters. If you would like to chat and discuss a plot, please feel free to slip into my inbox.

Ons and Offs

Yes Please
• Slow-mance and Slowburn for relationships.
• Enemies to lovers or enemies to tolerating one another dynamics.
• Struggles, character injuries and near death experiences, "angst"
• Dub-con
• "Dark themes"

No Thank you
• Bathroom play at all. No scat. No piss. No bodily human fluids.
• Fetishizing transgender characters (futa, shemales, he-she. Miss me with that entirely. It is an insult and I am not okay with that).
• Pregnancy, including m-preg.
• Inflation, feeding, and other weight-gain related topics.

Writing Sample

QuoteSafehouses were supposed to actually instill some small semblance of security in a person's mind. Theodore "Teddy" Grace had never actually stayed in one for long, and he'd never found himself particularly comfortable either. The right sort of infiltration specialist could work their way in past the hyper-advanced locking mechanism, retinal scans, encryption—even a thug could make it past those things with enough will and brute force. The concept of death had stopped being terrifying when he'd learned that no matter the means by which he died, he'd return again with the same thoughts, feelings, and goals. Teddy wasn't afraid of the actual dead part, or the discomfort of reincarnation. He feared the parts that lead up to, and ultimately caused death. As he lay upon his side in the twin-bed within the smallest bedroom of that little safehouse, he contemplated sleep, and he contemplated climbing back into the clothes he'd been running in for the last two days to see if he could find a pay-by-the-hour motel instead. They weren't secure at all, but they also did not have cameras that could capture images of his face and transmit them to the nearest law enforcement. They also tended to be party to the rougher sorts.

He hadn't felt safe since the first time he'd died, and he certainly did not feel safe even with the promise that this particular facility was secure.

Lifting a hand to rub over his temple beaded lightly with sweat, Teddy let his hand wander down to the scar that started at the base, hollow of his throat and wended angrily down the center of his chest before hooking sharply to the left. It was one of many that smattered and marred alabaster skin flecked and dappled with faint freckles. It hadn't even been the most recent in a laundry list of injuries obtained in his attempt at clawing his way free from Romero, the Mafia head whose bed he used to warm, and whose bank accounts and coffers he'd emptied in a desperate attempt to detach himself from the man's cruelty.

A soft roll of laughter burbled up in Teddy's throat as he flattened a hand over the bared expanse of his chest, the other rose to tousle a mop of loose, dirty blond curls that needed to be cut. He needed to shave... He needed a moment to just rest, sleep, and stop thinking about the hunter on his heels.

Forcing himself to quiet down, Teddy rolled onto his belly and buried his face in an overly-plush pillow before peeking a pair of mint-green eyes up toward a closed and barred window. On the third floor, he shouldn't feel watched—not from the window anyway. It took tossing and turning for a few more hours before he rose to trudge into the smallish living room. Television on, and turned down low enough that it barely registered a sound, he carefully planted himself upon the sofa with a mug of cold coffee and a gas station tuna sandwich.

Here in this small apartment building in the nicer part of town with all of the security a criminal could desire and no small price on his head, Teddy Grace sat hoping to catch a bit of sleep before he hit the ground running again in the wee hours of the morning.

Dynamics

Dynamics

Superior and Inferior- Any sort of Superior and Subordinate dynamic.
Setting: Fantasy - Modern or Futuristic
(I.e. Knight Commander x Knight, Commanding Officer x Soldier, Mob Boss x Associate)

Enemies to Lovers- Contentious companions to romantic, it doesn't even have to become friendly.
Setting: Fantasy - Modern or Futuristic
(I.e. Hunter x Hunted, Assassin x Mark, Rivals)

Important tidbits
I have a fondness for playing characters that are chaotic in nature but am adept at playing many different types of characters.

I also enjoy playing new characters, built specifically for the story, rather than one that has been fleshed out amongst many stories.

It is also impetrative that my partner be willing to provide ideas and inspiration, as well as driving story-lines.

Stagnant writing and scenes annoy me and are the fastest way to make me lose interest in our story, no matter what has been plotted or is to come.

If a scene does not feel like there is anything else to be gained from it, we can end it and begin the next.

Currently Craving

Currently in the mood for a modern or sci-fi setting:

There are a couple of different ways this can go if relationship pairings develop.

Prisoner x Prison Guard, Law Abiding Citizen x Rebel/Exile, Criminal x Hand of the Law
(The bold options are the options I would like to play)

Humanity has made its way into the depths of space in search of new places to take up residence. Little more than three hundred years since the first people have touched down upon the planet of Anhur, civilzations comprised mostly of factions have sprung up into existence. Many exist within the safe zones, cities surrounded by high walls and defeneses meant to keep out the creatures of Anhur--and in many cases, they are meant to keep out unwanted civilians as well.

Cities are far and few between leaving much supposedly undiscovered terrain from place to place. These plains are considered the Badlands. Rumors claim that life does not exist outside of the cities, that it would be impossible to survive in the badlands, and so people exiled from the cities for any number of reasons are always assumed dead. In many cases, they do die.

My character is a man that has been exiled from the largest city on one of Anhur's large continents. The city is referred to as The Citadel, and it is one of the most technologically advanced on the planet--it happens also to have been developed around the skeleton of the arc that brought humanity to this particular planet. At one point in time, he was heir to a particular wealth and power, but that opportunity was quickly stolen from him for a reason that has never been discussed public. Thrust into the badland wastes and expected to die, he was taken in by individuals that had been exiled or forsaken.

This is where the plotting is most necessary and wholly dependent upon what you would like for your character's role to be. A prison guard who has happened to capture my character attempting to sneak into the citadel? A citizen that ends up tangled up with my character by complete accident? A marshal, or officer of the law that has been tasked with ridding my character from the citadel? The options are endless.

If you are interested in playing out this plot, please message me privately and we can discuss further plot

This Concept is similar to The Fox and The Hound.

My character is an elven prince from the Fae Wild and Your Character is the son of a noble and a supernatural hunter from the realm of humans. In this particular universe supernatural creatures are known about, most of them condemned for not being human or human like, and hunters keep them in line. Not all hunters set out to capture and kill supernatural creatures, but most perceive them as a threat in that way. Not all supernatural creatures are harmful and dangerous, but many of the Coalition of Hunters believe that just as humans have naturally violent natures, so must all creatures.

When they were young, our characters once played together. Time moves weirdly in the Fae Wild, but where my character is the current youngest (Fae Elves have a difficult time baring children and so children are rare and cherished) Fae Elf, he is a young adult when your character appears again.

Hunters from Beyond The Hedge have begun to stream into the Fae Wild, employed by a king of an opposing court. Once already he has sent hunters to ravish the Aegis Court (my character's home), and in the process my character was injured by a werewolf--one of the many supernatural creatures kept and employed by hunters like hounds.

Some years into their adulthood, our characters meet...

The story is obviously just skeletons at the moment and requires plotting. It has a chance of enemies to lovers and slowburn.

My character is an estranged individual from a fae court, stuck in a "mundane" realm after an attack on the court was brought about by human hunters seeking to build an "alliance" with the fae. Your character is a guardian to the Fae Court's prince--and subsequently only a few months younger than MC. During the fight, my character is attacked by the hunters, and thrust into the mundane world with the assumption that MC would not survive the attack. Some years later, YC finds mine in a predicament. They work together to get out aforementioned predicament. MC is suspicious, and a little concerned considering YC had once been personal guard to the royal prince of their court.

It is learned that the prince has gone missing, and that in fact MC is a bastard of the king of the fae court.

Now in the mundane world, the two must figure out how to trust one another to survive... Their relationship may grow from there.

This story may involve darker and adult themes.

Most importantly: I am not looking for a Dom/Sub or Top/Bottom pairing. If sexual interactions happen between the characters, both should be switch or verse. Preferably there should be some power struggle between the two.

(This is a disclaimer saying I refuse to play top-only or bottom-only characters. More specifically, I do not want to play with "Bottom only" characters.)
