Laughing Man

This is an idea that's been buzzing in my head for a while now. Let me know what you think.

First of all, it's future. It's also going to focus heavily on humans. If that's not your thing, turn around. It's set in a very dystopian universe, with governments crumbling and mercenaries rising to the top of the military food chain.

The story centers around a crack team of mercenaries. They are all specialists/black ops, among whom are the most talented assassins, hackers, thieves and demolitions people in the sector. Their ship is en route to a remote jungle planet, where, according to central command, a revolutionary force is amassing. Being employed by an interplanetary government on the rise, they are sent to quell it.

The mission goes well, but a dropship never arrives to pick the team up. Central command then contacts them with the following message.

"Our intel says that one of you has sold out our base of operations to the government. Your new mission is to find the mole and snuff it. Traitors are executed; you all agreed to this when you enlisted. A dropship will not arrive until such time as you have apprehended the traitor, killed him, and presented proof that he was the one who sold us out. Do not contact us until that time."

Central command then shuts off all communications, and the characters take it from there.

Let me know what you think!

EDIT: I never mentioned size. This would be for 5-7, and I'd participate as outside influences and maybe one of the characters.
