I was just looking at my stats and noticed I have started 72 topics.  I do not even remember them all.  I mean, I know my O/Os and A/As...but 72!  I must have a lot to say.

73 now.

How about you?

If you go to your profile, click on Show Posts, then there's a ribbon that says Messages - Topics - Attachments. If you click on the Topics, you will be able to see those that you started. ;)

I have a lot, because Mentoring weighs heavily into these stats. ;)

I did not know that.  Awesome.  Let's just see what the Llama thought was so important he had to start his own thread for.

jouzinka

I'm sure you have something meaningful to say all the time. :-)

Sincere compliments always are.
Did I say they weren't? It wasn't meant sarcastic.

That's a mighty big topic count you got there.   ;D

All the better to write with. ;)

Star Safyre

My number right now is 523.  Like jouzi, I blame contribute the majority of that to mentoring.  ;D

... O.o
That's quite a lot, in my opinion. I mean, for a non-staffer.

The Golden Touch

I'm also at 119. At one point I was a mentor, and as a GM I get to make lots of topics as well. >>;;;

Good point, I did GM a group game, too.

I keep thinking about Mentoring, but I am on so sporadically.  >.>

32 at the moment. I hardly ever start roleplay topics, usually my cowriter does :P

At one point, I was the only European mentor, and thus the only one to deal with new applications in the wee hours. Those were the times that kicked my topic-starting into the four digits. >_>

You never know, until you try, MM. :-) And if you try, realize that it's not for you for whatever reason and step down, nobody will curse you. :-) Mentoring is not for everyone. If you want to, feel free to PM any of the mentors and ask the questions that concern you. ;)

And you can be active in the Intros even without being a Mentor - the Intro boards are the largest chunk of the time dedicated to Mentoring for most, I dare say.

True.

Yeah, that was what I was thinking.  I could just hang out there without any responsibilities.   ;D

The Intros and the Doormat are a great fun. :-) And by the activity there you can gauge how much time you can spend on Mentoring per day or every other day. And if you get the wings, you can easily see if it's viable for you to continue flying among the monkeys or no. ;)

I don't envy your resposibilities Mentors.. you have to keep us monkeys from flinging too much pooo. :D

jouzinka

I think there has been a failure on the internets... aren't the Mentors the monkeys flinging the poo? >:)

Mentors don't fling poo.  They simply drop it from above because they fly, remember?

I never did such a thing. I was a good girl mentor, dammit.  O:)

If I fling something, you can be sure it's not poo.  That's all I'm saying.   O:)

162. How'd that happen? I've started a few - like three - debate topics, and I'd say about a dozen spread across off topic, and those good and bad sections. The rest are from RP and searching for RP. If I were to guess, I'd say about half my topics are RP searches - but that seems excessive. Still, with the luck I keep having, it doesn't sound entirely wrong!
