of course I'm a bit on the clumsy side so I tend to stay away from martial arts lest I wind up kicking myself in the face......again.

LOL! I don't know how many time's I kneed myself in the face. It takes a lot of practice. The easiest part of Capoeira is called the Ginga. It's the most simplest move.

That looks a lot more like an MMA club than a traditional jiu-jitsu school, at least to my eye.

Possibly. There were a few throws on there I didn't recognise as being on the syllabus I had been learning .. though its possible they were simply higher up the grades than I had reached.

I always thought Steven Segal's movements were so fluid and graceful.  However, his sparring partner looks a little young.  It looks like he is beating up a 15 year old boy.   :-[
