Looking for interest in a game with Tickle Torture.

I'm just going to toss this out here.   Basically i'm looking for somebody who enjoys tickle torture as a fetish or just a general interest.  In particuler, i'm looking for either a female or i'm willing to try a male who plays females, who enjoys both being tickled and doing the tickling themselves.  As far the actual game idea(s) go, I have several bouncing around in my head that range all over the place.  We can bounce ideas around until we both find something that we like.  Please just send me a PM here and we can go from there.
