Cop kicks handcuffed woman after she kicked him!

Now before anyone gets the cross out to crucify this man, lets get a few facts in.

1) The woman was being clearly beligerent against the officers, yelling at them and being unruly, before kicking at the officer's shin that did make contact and throw him off balance. It was because of this that made him kick at her, though it is possible he didn't mean to strike her as hard.

2) He was put on Administrative leave after this incident without pay while his case is reviewed.

3) This isn't the first time he had assaulted another. Though the first case was a simple assault as apposed to a felony assault that this was. He was recommended to be fired at that case, but managed to plead his case.

4) PLEASE! Do not use this to say that all cops are bad like him. I am so tired of hearing that. (More of a request than a fact, still.)

I'm not sure what there is even to debate here - someone let another person's antics get the best of them. Human beings are human. News at 11.

On top of that, maybe you should focus on stuff you are ignoring in discussions you've already created, first, before filling this forum with new ones.
