The last part really summed it up about being comfortable in your own skin, confident, and relaxed.

It's totally true and I never thought about it but I can tell just by looking at my friends and knowing what I know about them that it's totally true.

Although there are a few surprises where someone that doesn't look like a wild in the sack type is actually really comfortable in her sexuality and in turn really allows herself to experience a big "O."

I think being comfortable in your own skin, confident, and relaxed plays a major role in a woman's ability to achieve the big "O." It's not the absolute but it's a damn good indicator of it.
