I built my intro but I still don't have my full access even after 70+ hours

No introduction is ever forgotten. As the Mentors informed you, approval takes a minimum of 72 hours and often takes up to a week or more. A decision will be posted in your thread when it is made. :-)

Your own activity in your intro thread is also a factor.
