       He was raised in a family of cops so it stands to reason Julius kinkaid would become a career law man himself. With today's society on weapons bans, he would no doubt be considered as a rogue cop. All other cops are outfitted with nightsticks, tasers, and pepper spray. He don't see the point of bringing a knife to a gunfight so he carries his own modified .45 caliber pistol.
