Which one is better?

Planning to get a Kindle Paperwhite.

Wifi one or 3G one is more recommended?

If you plan to take the Kindle anywhere with you, go for the 3G.  I have it on my Kindle, and the ability at that point to get books fast, free, and anywhere?  So very good.  Admittedly it costs a bit more, but you don't have to pay for the 3G as well.  Makes it really good for car trips and for getting books where there may not be a strong Wifi signal.
