Gwenvale Herald, also known as Vale, sat at a table in a lower class tavern called 'The Bloody Brawl' sipping a tankard of ale as her companions chatted amongst themselves. Keeping an eye on Glorerl as he downed his umpteenth glass to her one. She had made it her job that night to make sure that the dwarf didn't do anything too stupid if he got drunk. She also kept an eye on the other men and women in the tavern, just in case they decided they wanted a fight. Vale settled into her seat, took another sip of her ale, fingered the intricate pommel on her sword, then turned her attention to the rest of her companions, finally taking aninterest in what they were saying.

Kevben Battleheart

Glorerl Nurhak downed what felt like his fifteenth tankard of ale and didn't look the least bit drunk. Looking over at Vale, he laughed when it appeared to him that she was still on her first. "Don't tell me your having a hard time downing the drink. True, human ale really is watered down, but its better than having to eat rock soup. That much I can assure you lass." he said with a small laugh as a barmaid came along and took away his empty tankard and replaced it with a fresh one. He felt a little drunk, it was true, but if he had been drinking Bugman's finest than he would have been a roaring drunk, but alas, humans would never know the secrets to making it. His battle ax leaned against where he sat and, after drinking half of his new tankard with one gulp, Glorerl looked over to see what his other companions were up to.

Tell one your thoughts, but beware of two. All know what is known to three.
Thought for the week: Harden your soul against decadence, but do not despise it for the soft appearance of the decadent may be deceiving.

Hunter Phoenix

Hunter wasn't touching the ale or any other form of drink at all, as a mage, he was forbidden from touching any form of alcohol incase of drunkenly summoning a demon or a spirit which could possess anyone and wreak havoc upon the tavern and the rest of the city.

He sat in silence and listened to the banter of his companions, Gwenvale was still sipping her way through her first drink while Glorerl was already half way down his fifteenth, leaning in a little closer so that only the dwarf could hear him, Hunter muttered

"Don't you think you should take it a little easy with the drink, we don't want you getting drunk and causing a panic like last time, if you remember rightly, I still think we cannot return to that inn which is a shame, they did such wonderful food there"

Hunter sat back up straight and decided to light up his pipe, taking it out from under his robe and putting in some pipe tobacco, he took a long pull on it as he lit it with a click of his fingers. Exhaling slowly, he took off into deep thought, drowning out the sounds of the rest of the tavern.
