Where should I put up a game systems idea?

I've got an idea for a sexual roleplaying system, but it's definitely not PG-13. I see most people putting theirs in GM's Corner, but I think it's too explicit. Should it go into World Building or Storytelling or somewhere else?

World Building sounds good to me, if it is too explicit for the public. It's not accessible for unapproved members. ~nods~
