SB not working right

My SB has become blank and has been blank for a couple of days. I thought if i logged off and log back on it would return to normal. Im not a computer whiz so i dont know whats going on. Plaese help

Applicants who have been put on hold do not have SB access. It's standard procedure.

i have not been put on hold but mine is blank

That's because your account is a duplicate of one that has been placed on hold.
