Finding your lover at the asylum for the criminally insane mxf or fxf EX

Two locked up patients in the insane asylum find they both get the same thrills.  All along they thought they were just unique and alone in the world victims of a world that just didn't get it.  They hatch a plan and escape together and from there go on a rampage, each devising the attack and humiliation of the victim which the other will cray out.  The other watches and perhaps learns a new technique here and there but gets off on the whole scene.  Whether the victims survive may depend on the situation or your taste.  As will the nature of the sexual assaults and degradation that take place.  One plays attaker and one the victim and partners trade roles.
