Evil games can be a fun diversion. I'll provisionally throw a hat in for the Arcane Caster slot as well -  Orc Witch is my plan. I love the Scarred Witch Doctor archetype.

Background for Karsh

Tonight, your training will be a story, a tale of my past, and a lesson. The story will be of my first vision quest, the time I ventured into the distant human lands of the north, into what was once the soft and pitiful land of men called the Celestial Kingdom. The lesson shall be of power, and the knowledge that power can come in many forms and behind many faces.

There came a day in my apprenticeship, as there will be in yours, when my master decided he had nothing left to share. He told me so, and gave me a day to prepare, for in the baleful gaze of the next noon sun, we would fight to the death. I struck him down after long struggle, and tore his heart from his carved the brand of a spirit shaman into my forehead, and burned the sacred herbs to learn what the spirits required of me.

But it was no mere spirit who answered my call, but the voice of the Despoiler itself. Smooth as the skin of a fresh-slaughtered infant, and sharp as the broken bones beneath. It had a grand mission for me, its newest shaman, one that would bring greatness and wealth and slaves to my tribe. But I could not complete this quest alone, rather I would be given allies, others sworn to the service of the Despoiler and bound to carry out its will. Together, we would bring the arrogant humans to their knees where they belonged, starting with a frail and indolent whore who thought to call herself a Baroness...

I'm holding off on mechanics until I know if Karsh is acceptable, because no Point Buy or Dice Roll was given and I don't want to build an illegal character with too much stats. The only item he'd have outside the Core Book would be, as mentioned, the Scarred Witch Doctor archetype from the Ultimate Race Guide - described in the PRD here: http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/advancedRaceGuide/featuredRaces/orcs.html#_scarred-witch-doctor-%28witch%29

My apologies to everyone else :(  I really did like all the characters, so was hard to make a decision.  If anyone should need to drop, I'll let one of you know if you'd like. 

Just wondering, these rumors under the NPCs, these are things it's assumed the characters have already heard (regardless of whether or not they're true), or things we'd find out after asking around in town at some point?

Other than that, seems like a fair position to start things off. Sounds like there are at least a few options for what could possibly be exploited to change the power structure of Willowfield to support future efforts farther south...

The rumours listed would all be fairly well known in the area, but a Diplomacy/Gather Information check as well as further investigation would be required to determine which, if any, are true as well as to turn up any less popular rumours.  Knowledge checks might also turn up additional information that could be useful.

Huzzah! I knew picking the cleric role would get me in. Most people cannot stand playing the healer, but I actually enjoy it and how it gives me the power of life or death over my fellow teammates. Muywhhaahahahahaaa! *lightning strike in background*

Since I am evil I cannot channel positive energy or spontaneously cast cure spells, I prepared a single cure serious wounds for my own personal pleasure. The rest of you will have to beg for healing at nightfall when I recharge my spells and could be bothered to add them in. I can also cast A LOT of fire spells so stock up on those resistances, since I won't mind too much if you are in the way of a really awesome fireball hit.

I did bother to take selective channeling, so when I spam my channel negative energy and hit everyone within 30 feet of me, I can be so inclined to spare 2 of you from the 3d6 negative energy hit. Depends on how much you grovel.

Well, I think I know who is going to be the first mutually-agreed-upon PvP target for this crew :D.  There's "self-serving"/selfish, and then there's "an active threat and guaranteed resource drain to so-called allies", and you're sounding to be well over the danger line in the second category. Remember that there are three of them, one of you, and you have to sleep sometime; planning to antagonize your 'teammates' right off the bat isn't a conducive strategy for survival or success.



I'll just patiently wait for a slot to open up...Witches can be fairly effective healers as well despite their Arcane power source, so there's two spaces I could build a character to qualify for.

@Nicci Uhhh, wait, we're in the service of Graz'zt and you're opting for a Cleric of Asmodeus? With the Devil domain? That seems a touch suicidal, what with the whole enmity. Or did they do away with that in Pathfinder? I know the Blood War technically doesn't exist, but I'm not so sure about not being mortal foes anymore.

Edit: Also, I feel it is only fair to mention, since I'm not a fan of PvP ... if you're not just kidding, Shirvan might forget his hangups about killing women.

I'll be a touch busy today and have a couple of games I need to post in, but I'll try and have a sheet ready by tomorrow.

Sorry about the double-post, but ... I included it in the initial write-up, but after looking at the Paizo-SRD again, I realized that the alternate racial heritages for Aasimar aren't on there, unless I fail at searching and just didn't find them. I'd like to ask permission for the Peri-blooded variant heritage, as follows: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/featured-races/arg-aasimar#TOC-Peri-Blooded-Emberkin-

They thematically fit very well since the Peri are a type of celestial that have fallen angel blood in them and their Aasimar are drawn towards both good and evil.

Speaking of tussles, are any of you interested in any kind of off-on romance with my kobold? I should probably take that to the actually OOC thread at any rate.
