A new forced country wife

For this one, I would be travelling through the US midwest, stop somewhere for directions, or be part of a group tour and lured away. I would be given a laced drink, and wake up to find myself on a remote property, to become the wife of the property owner, with no way to escape or get help. I'm picturing the place and location from the Texas chainsaw massacre remake, but not the gory parts, just the location, maybe the sort of family, if that works.
