Hey all. i have an idea for a game and was wonder if anyone might be interested. Here is what I have so far. If I getb enough interest we can work together to add any finishing touched before submittign it for approval.

Game concept:

Thread Title : Truth or Dare
Max Characters : however many we can get

Concept: One night, a group of college friends decide to play a game of erotic Truth or Dare. Anything that is legal on the site goes. Though I think most of the things should fall within the medium catagory. Would need a good blance of males and females to keep it interesting.

Well there you have I know there isn't much t o it but i think it would be interesting.

Would this be something where they all sit around doing it all at one time?

Or, would they perhaps make dares that affect say the next day or week around the campus?

Why not both? There is still alot of planning involved, so feel free to add other suggestions, to make the game more appelaing and also feasable.

This sounds fun..although my RL has been majorly affecting my online time lately. If you could be patient with me.. I'd look into this.

Is it going to be one big thread.. or would it break into little threads for the 'week around campus' etc?

we can be patient of course. *grins* or he will be once I let him know what is going on.

As far as the threads, we were discussing that last night. I suggested that we have one main thread for the actual truth or dare and then have it occur throughout the week.

He then stated that it would be seperate threads for the actual dares so that we didn't have to wait for each individual to finish the dare to go ahead and move along and keep the game moving at a decent pace.

hmmm I'm feeling like a new game too, and I'm interested. Lol got room for yet another female? I like the idea of the separate threads but think, as you probably have already worked out, that a main room for the game itself is needed. Truths or simple dares could probably be left in the main room, although if you want to keep true to the flavor of an actual TorD game, some of the dares shouldn't get tooooooo long, or they might as well be a one on one game.

** note to self** not sure you need to go into common sense in a post... ::)

okay...The thread should be set up by the time I wake up. I have a few ideas/questions to throw out here.

1) Characters - I was thinking it might be kind of different to paly as ourselves. Of course that would make not so much an rp, but more of a friendly know your co--players type deal. Me personally I'm an open book, but I can see where this could cuase a few problems if some of the Truth's get too personal. The dare's however I think would prove quite fun.

2) I like the idea of a central thread for all of the Truths and genral IC banter, plus the usuall OOC thread. The dares could either be held in the main thread if they are only a few posts long, or have a new thread if they might take more than one or two posts. I think it would be bettter to make the dares short.

the idea I like the idea of playing ourselves. Never done it before. If anything how many times is there actually going to be truth? (ok mabye some people aren't as constant as others but still), and also then mabye a clause that says if you don't want to say it don't say it.

I'm only wondering...ummm sometimes I know like myself get carried away...like what exactly would be the limit on the dare length because that would also effect our dares. We chan't have dares that might go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on.... you get my ide right?

Yes all my characters have 'me' in there somewhere, but they are seperate entities.

Me playing Mary, having sex with you, playing John, is far different from Elvi having sex with Darkest Dream.
It just crosses my personal boundries.

Very valid point Elvi, and one I hadn't considered. While I can't say I havn't cybered before it always left me feeling wierd afterwards. I think many poeple will feel the same way, so for now let us go with characters instead. Nothing fancy just your normal freeform stuff.
As for the length of the Dares, I think we should keep them on the shorter side because normally the person who is dared gets to truth or dare the next person. So if they were on a week long dare then everyone would be waiting for a week(game time) tomove on. This means there won't be any drawn out sex scenes but then again, we al lget enough of those already...don't we? Though for those that aren't shy, you could feasably, have something like "I dare you to screw Melissa while we we you finish the game."
Anyway the board is up so why don't we move this to the OOC there and work on getting this underway.
