Also, each super villain gets the same spellcasting power of a level equivalent sorcerer, but can choose between either arcane or divine magic, taking from the cleric spell list or the wizards. You know spells without needing to pray or write them down in a book. In addition, the spells known table for sorcerer, for our case, is multiplied 3 times over. The spells per day is the same, with int affecting the arcane side and wisdom affecting the divine magicks.

For the villains, in order to regain VP and spells after a long hard day spreading evil, you have to fuck at least one girl one hour a day to regain your lost villain points and spell slots. Which is why having a dungeon will be quite excellent for this endeavor.

Does it have to be int?? can I go Charisma based spell casting?? lets face it.. I'm feeling like more of the Cult Leader Soul Whammy type villian, and not the fiendish intellect of doom type villian.

Crap... I'm gonna have to name one of these magic girls my "mana battery".. this is one fiendish set up... it actually gives some practical credibility to the reasons for fiendish villians always being fiendish.

Yeah. I still need to figure out why you are so motivated to do combat against the magical girls. Just having them foiling your plans isn't much to go on. Nothing wrong with kidnapping girls from the street and using them to recharge as well.

Speaking of which, you are limited to summon monster II and lower. Throwing a lot of summon monster IV at magical girls would just bog down combat.

Oh, I understand, and I'll be sticking to tried and true villian cliches here.. and will most likely be summoning the same one or two henchmen anytime such a need arrises.. Like how Shredder is apparantly a badass ninja sensei, and has the entire footclan to train up and prepare, and Krang is literally a BRAIN from another dimension and should be intelligent beyond words.. .but every episode they crank out the idiots beebop and rocksteady... the most failed cartoon thugs of all time.

I come up with my best ideas while sleeping and delusional ideas just flow in. You are a super villain, but that doesn't mean you are rich enough to afford your own dungeon and machinations needed for even more evil. So your primary evil goal in life should be money, getting your lair started up and "hosting" several girls in there for added dramatic effect. Building onto your evil empire to influence the local government, since you have these amazing magical powers that nobody else has and would look pretty damn impressive.

Then the magical girls come in and start foiling your plans to influence a politician at a rally, or stop you on your weekly park raids for fresh pussy, or trying to stop you during a classic bank robbery. All you want in life is your own super evil criminal organization, with henchmen and a harem and oversea business deals.

Also it goes without saying, that when you rape a magical girl you'll get something fun out of it besides a recharge on your powers. I'll need to sleep on that to figure out exactly what.
