Mr. Oniya is running into a problem signing up for a YouTube account.  The Captcha letters are more distorted than usual, and even when he's sure he's typed it in correctly, it says they don't match.  On a whim, I told him to hit the 'handicapped' icon, which is supposed to read them off to you.  Here's where we run into a problem:

The web page indicates we need to download the plugin.  No problem, we click on it.  The plugin required is Apple Quicktime.  Firefox goes through its search, and can't find one.  Is there an Apple Quicktime plugin for Firefox that we just can't locate?  Or is this one of those 'have to use IE for this' situations?

You can redownload quicktime from the apple site, and reinstall it.... this should reset all the setting and make everything work perfectly again!
