I'm still adjusting Lethe from 20 to 14, but this week has been rough at work :/

I'll do my best to have at least everything but equipt by the end of the weekend.

Edit: I just had a fun idea- Pathfinder doesn't have an artificer class, may I use 3.5 artificer ignoring EXP stuff for a cohort?
Also, how many traits?

2nd Edit: Here's what I have so far, not set in stone completely, but about 90% finished. I took 2 traits and took extra spells for some of my favored class bonuses, don't know if that's ok with you or not since we don't have a succubus listing on Pathfinder SRD. Spent most of my gold, so the rest will just be window dressing.
