Game Idea and Garnering Interest:
Everyone knows that Candlekeep is a famous Library Fortress that is a bastion of enlightenment and knowledge on the Sword Coast. It houses a magnificent collection of books and scrolls of lore, and the greatest collection of writings in all of Faerun. What if that is also a special collection of pornography, but not just normal crude drawings or stories but magical pornographic books and scrolls, cursed items and artifacts? What better organisation than Candlekeep to maintain this collection, roam Faerun to keep these items from the general “chaste” populace, and of course welcome any additions to its already vast magical pornographic collection?

Due to my experience in E, the game will not be a long campaign as such but a series of short adventures. I will start with a core group of starting players, but I can accept later additions to replace any players lost to attrition. However, I do plan to start with around 4 – 6 players. Players will encounter devious traps and erotic puzzles, magical spells and curses, magic beasts and all things summoned, mind control and possible mindbreak, and of course NC shenanigans. I will be drawing some of my inspiration from Japanese hentai and fantasy what ifs. So if you are a fan, this may interest you. Characters do not have to know one another but may if they wish to.

I envisage this to be a Dungeons and Dragons 5e game of third level. I want to start at this level as it is low enough to make a few things challenging but high enough to enable players to specialize and roam the wilds of Faerun. This will be a forum game in the Extreme section as I can foresee some interesting things happening to players. Because of this, I would appreciate if all players either post or DM me their limits. I intend the game to be 50/50 storyline and smut. Game rules will be as per the usual D&D books. Posting frequency will be at the very least twice a week. Once there is enough interest, I will require players to submit a character sheet. But in the meantime, please post a character concept of at least 3 paragraphs (An image) with added ons/offs with limits or restrictions either posted or DMed to me. I will leave this thread open until the 14th of April before I decide to start the game based on interest.

I am happy to answer any questions and am open to any suggestions. Communication is important to me and will be one of my requirements going forwards. Of course. The normal rules and channel etiquette applies.

Sure! 

So basically she’s a Draconic Bloodline Sorceress (though she doesn’t know it). She was ostracized from her community because of an incident involving accidentally breaking part of a temple as a kid. As such, she became a bit of a recluse and spent most of her time studying in libraries. She’s incredibly intelligent, but is very awkward around people.

This, of course, has led her to be incredibly sexually repressed and having her only experience come from books. So when an opportunity to collect artifacts and tomes for this wing of Candlekeep, how could she say no? Purely for the research, of course. She’s an academic, after all, definitely not seeking to experience such delights she’s only read about.

Valencia would spend 3 years as the dragon's captive, his "bride" so to speak. She would entertain and delight him in all manner of ways, having to learn fast how to keep him happy, knowing that at any moment he might grow bored of her and burn her to a crisp. She had seen the bones of his previous "brides" as proof. The girl had long given up hope of seeing the outside world again when they appeared. They were her hero, her savior, her knight in shinning armor (if only figuratively). She knew not if the village had sent her to rescue her, or if they were motivated solely by the dragon's treasure hoard. Honestly it didn't matter to her. As the hero faced off against the dragon, she feverishly prayed to every God whose name she knew to aid them, and to her surprise one of them answered...

In the end her scaly "husband" laid dead, and she was finally free. When she gazed upon her savior, the one who literally slew a dragon to free her from her enslavement, the feeling that welled inside her wasn't gratitude, it was pure, helpless love. She dedicated herself to them with slavish devotion. Which was fitting, for even after being freed, Valencia still continues to wear her chains, a constant reminder of her time in the dragon's lair, a reminder to never be that helpless again. It does have the unfortunate side effect of causing people to sometimes assume that she's still a slave, owned by her lover. She doesn't particularly mind this, and in fact will sometimes play into it if she thinks it's funny.

Born to a conclave of Surface Drow in Cormanthor and blessed with beauty, it was a near certainty that Wodeyl would be marked to become a Sword Dancer. Though she was graceful in the physical motions of the blade dance, she would prove to be a failure when it came to matters of piety and divine guidance. Still, in a land as dangerous as Faerun, there was no shortage of need for warriors. Though the visits of travellers and stories beyond the woods, joined with the pitying looks of the rest of the conclave drove Wodeyl to seek adventure in the wider world.

Throughout her free-spirited journeys, unrestrained by her past failure, she travelled wide and experienced much. Her heritage would often be a curse and a blessing. Less welcoming insular communities were to be avoided, but she found that some of the realm's monsters would fear her. Obey her. Or just capture her for a while. In these side-adventures in monster dens, Wodeyl developed quite the strange and perhaps unhealthy kink. Enjoying being bed by monsters. Often quite roughly. But in these debauched detours from her journey, Wodeyl developed a knack for escaping. Quite handy if a particular monster clan wasn't keen on letting her just walk out.

When her wandering landed her more westward, towards the Sword Coast, she picked up rumors of a strange group of adventurous individuals seeking out the depraved, the cursed and the downright pornographic. This sounded like a fun distraction to Wodeyl, and so she sought out Candlekeep, to see if they would have her.

I’d like play as her savior, if you don’t mind. Did you have any concepts in mind or can I picture anything? I immediately have the idea of an orcish barbarian as I lean more closely into martial classes. But I’m open to building other character concepts.

I don't have any hard presets in mind or anything like that, though I do have a strong preference towards having a female/futa character for her partner, with futa being the top choice. I've noticed looking through your posts that you've only played male characters before, so I don't know if that's in your wheelhouse/comfort zone or not.

I'm not really set on a partner yet (I haven't gotten any feedback from Arcanist whether he's cool with the idea in general or not yet after all), but ladies with extra always appeal.

Since my character is an unknowing Draconic Bloodline Sorceress, maybe your character could feel odd around her due to her bloodline? She’s had nothing but bad experiences with dragons, so maybe she finds something disconcerting about my character but can’t figure out why.

I didn’t picture any scales being revealed until she gains that ability where she gets scales under her skin to add AC. When she gets hit then, it would be revealed. Though maybe her magic has a draconic “flavor” she recognizes and that’s what makes her attack?

Well the dragon scales thing is a level 1 ability and normally it's over the skin, which is why I would assume it's always visible. If it's a hidden thing for her then I won't contrive Valencia being able to magically figure it out.

Huh. I’m an idiot, I thought that happened at 6. Though I always flavored it as the scales were under the skin and they were only revealed in the full color after a sizable slash. Maybe she just thinks she has plaque psoriasis but it’s actually her skin raised over her scales?

@pdragon - Like the concept except for the part of the dragon being vanquished especially lower level parties. They more than likely pulled a very very lucky escape (everyone is 3rd level after all). Maybe the dragon could still be hunting you :) Have a think and adjust accordingly. Hit me with a DM if you want.

Ultimately it's your character, you can have them not have any visible scales at all if you don't want them. It's up to you.

Just escaping is fine too. Fulfills the same purpose in the end. That or maybe it was just a much weaker dragon/dragon-offshoot than everyone realized. Having the dragon still out there could be fun, and would explain her paranoia around anything dragon related.
