Forced to become a sissy wife or secretary (m or f)

In both these ideas, i would play a male character, being forced to undergo procedures, live as the opposite gender, for a man or woman.

1. We were business rivals, mine was better, but yours become more influential and more popular, forcing mine out of business. When I'm almost on the street and out of money, you contact me, offering me a job, with the job being that of your sissy secretary. I would have no option but to take it.

2. I could be on the run, set up for a crime that I didnt commit. Perhaps you set me up, or heard about it and had an idea. Contacted by you, you offer to take me in and hide me, only for me to be told to be your new wife to your neighbors. You would have me undergo procedures to make me look as feminine as possible, and after a while, there would be no way out.
