Crash Landings (Pathfinder, scifi-fantasy mix up. Anthromorphs and etc kinks)

Time for another attempt at this awesome game idea of mine. Basically put, the crew, all of you, are human bounty hunters or what ever, and crash land on a planet that is filled with civilizations of different anthromorphs. Catfolk, wolf folk, bunny girl monk clans, etc etc. So you'll have to try to repair your ship while dealing with the locals, whom can use magicks, something that none of you have had any experience with.

This is where I have to mod Pathfinder a tad to get it to work for all of you. Since you are the sci-fi part of the mashup, stuff like wizard and spells and magical items are unknown to you from the start. Classes will have to be limited to stuff that makes sense: fighter, rogue, and gunslinger would be the main three. Those three wouldn't need much of any changes to make them work in a sci-fi environment, as I would just give them blaster proficiency. Knowledge engineering would also be a trained skill for these three, since you would all be somewhat capable of engineering and repairing the ship.

Certain magical items can be made into high tech without any problems. Magical arms and armor can be done easily, as they can just be higher tech or cybernetic to explain their powers. This would have to be discussed on a case by case basis to determine what works with your own ideas.

Starting rules:

-Level 6 and at starting gold.
-Try to limit it to 3-4 people. Need a captain, engineer, pilot, and medical.
-Only human as a race.
-Maybe only people from the west coast or something. I just hate waiting a whole day for one post rotation, just because we are all over the road. That would be ideal but hardly a requirement.
-If you have your own ideas of how to change the PF rules for your character concept, just tell me. We can hash it out easily.

I say medic in the sense that someone invests a lot into the heal skill and stocks up on medkits (cure potions).

Think Star Trek and the medical personnel. You'll just also be shooting things on occasion and plenty of screaming for everyone involved.

Not really. No analog to ki power to anything sci-fi, and I am not bothering to go into that cluster fuck that is Jedi. I want all of you to be bounty hunters and vagabonds and assholes. Mmm, I'm thinking a Gunslinger engineer who's not overtly cocky, yet definitely lecherous and mischievous. When he sees a pretty girl he'll definitely start thinking about how to trick her into bed and have all kinds of perverted fun with her.

Edit: Not that such "diplomacy" will last long though. Lol.

Basically while she tries to keep her crew in line despite her meekness, that will all soon stop as she is distracted by certain cat girl. The cat girl will remind her of her deceased childhood cat, the only one who provided her companionship as a child. Mariko will become obsessed with making it her love slave, her past trauma driving her to make it happen.

Okay I have an idea. I'd like to play... a wizard. (Wait for it, don't rule it out just yet.) There is an archetype called Spellslinger, which gives a wizard gun proficiency and allows him to route spells through his gun. I would take only thematically appropriate spells, and to flavor them they would be different ammunitions or gun settings. Ray of Exhaustion? Why that's a "Stun Beam". Scorching Ray? "Fire Ammo." It would make for a good ship's engineer, someone smart enough to craft all these different ammunitions or modify their weapon in such a way, and crazy enough to do it to boot.

If that's too far out of the box, what about the Tinker 3rd party class? After all, Lost in Space had a boy and his robot. Who wouldn't want HK-47 around like in KotOR? "Why yes, I'll get right on that meatbag, I mean master."

Tinker looks quite sci-fi class. But Nicci decides. Anyways I could think barbarian class would also work (think a hot headed mercenary with cyborg parts). The more supernatural or weirder rage powers could be banned. Also from eberron Artificer could fit role as engineer (modifying exchisting tech items with new tech).

Also there is Machinesmith (a quite like artificer but it looks like class who 'craft items which function like spells'). Also there is monk archtype called martial artist which gives up all the 'ki stuff' and simply becomes a 'pro fist figther' type of guy. Also figther has archtype which I recall focused on unarmed combat. Also there is few ranger archtypes (trapper example) which give up spellcasting ability (and ranger is most ideal class to be bountyhunter anyways, ofc favored enemies need be suitable to sci-fi and can apply to fantasy stuff with a stretch).

Anyways, besides above questions answered I may take up position as a captain and may pick a figther with a blaster (or a non-spellcasting ranger archtype, probably skirmisher).
