WOW!  That's all I can say after just completing the sixth and last, (so far,) season of the greatest sci fi show of all time.  Doctor Who, the Raggedy Man, the Coming Storm, the Destroyer of Worlds, and so much more, has had his greatest and some might even say darkest adventure to date that I'm aware of anyway.  While I've only watched the new seasons that started to come out around 2005 or so, I've watched them all at least twice so far and I still can't get enough.  All that aside, besides my Redwall RP I'm hoping to get going and with my health starting to improve at last, I'm thinking it's high time someone did something quite extraordinary around here.  I say, it's high time that the Doctor came to E, and this time he's not disappearing as he has done a few times in the past because I felt I wasn't ready to handle such an extensive history as the one provided by Doctor Who.  The whole of time and space is out there waiting for us, and I say it's time to go on a little trip through the TARDIS!  So, grab your gear, grab your friends, and let's all go on the greatest adventure you could possibly imagine.  Daleks, Cybermen, Slitheen, Torchwood, UNIT, everything out there and far more of our own creations if you so please can be thrown into the mix at will by yours truly, all lead by the Doctor of course, the greatest character to ever exist, storied and fabled after throughout the entire universe.  Tonight, the Doctor is making one hell of a house call!

So, to kick things off I need interest!  Let's see some hustle here boys and girls!  I'm positively brimming with ideas to put into this little epic yarn, but I'm always happy to hear your own along the way.  As it's been said before, the whole of time and space is open to us, so let's make this one hell of a story!  Sorry, hyped up on Mountain Dew at the moment lol.  Anyway, here's the beginning of what I hope will be a glorious adventure.  Let's kick this off with a bang!  And pardon me for saying but I always thought the tenth Doctor, played by David Tennant, was the best of the lot.  Anyway, as I've said before many times, I do not mind if you bring in canon characters, but I do ask that you try to do a good impression of them, at least at first until they've had time to change accordingly of course.  Beyond that, just know your history a bit and that'll be enough for me.  So, without further ado, ALLON-SY!

While we're here I just wanted to say that while I plan to take the role of Doctor unless someone else thinks they can do an equally or even better job at the role than me.  I only say this because I'd be glad to let someone else have the leading role, but I will have pretty high standards of whoever tries is the catch.  Still, if someone else does somehow rise to the occasion, then it would free me up to run the game itself as well as whatever you happen to come across, but if not I'll still do the best I can but....well you get the idea I'm sure.

Name;  The Doctor.  (10th incarnation.)
Gender;  Male
Date of Birth;  He tends to use different meanings of the term year for each person he meets, so his age is uncertain.  That and the Doctor does tend to lie at times.
Planet of Origin;  The home of the Time Lords, Gallifrey
Race/Species;  Gallifreyan, or Time Lord if you prefer.
Nationality;  Has a British accent in most of his appearances, and the tenth is no different.

Abilities;  All Time Lords can cheat death by regenerating themselves.  Doing so changes them, not just their outer appearance but also how they act, how they think, how they view the world, everything, but some parts remain the same.  They remember their history, who they were, things like that.  The Doctor himself has some psychic abilities which while they require him to touch someone's face with both hands, he can do quite a bit with what he can do.  He's extremely intelligent, charismatic, and able to lead if the need calls for it.  He can also purge his system of some poisons by detoxing himself, but it does require a second person since having your own body shut down on you does make one a bit distracted.
Skills;  He has college degrees across several sciences as well as an advanced medical degree in both human and xenobiologies.  He's not a doctor of everything for nothing.
Equipment;  He never carries a gun.  A sonic screwdriver however, that's another story.  Other than that and the clothes on his back, he tends to fly by the seat of his pants, picking up or making gadgets as he needs them.
Personality;  Unlike his immediate predecessor, who was plagued by melancholy due to his actions during the Last Great Time War, this incarnation was much more outgoing and genial, a demeanour that hid the "survivor's guilt" that had plagued him since the war. Over his life, however, the weight became much more pronounced. He was haunted by companions lost, enemies believed long-dead and events that threatened the fabric of time itself.
Background Information;  Where does one begin in describing the Doctor's past?  Do you start with the Last Great Time War, where he was the sole survivor of both the Daleks and his own people because he destroyed them both?  Do you go back further, at the beginning of the Dalek/Time Lord war when Davros created the very nightmarish beings that would stalk time from both directions for ages uncounted for?  Regardless of where you start, one thing is certain, and that is the Doctor has seen so much and done so much, and no one has ever stopped to thank him.  From dinosaurs to Satellite 5, from Earth our day to the end of all existence, he has seen it all.

Recent events have forced him back into a previous incarnation, something that has never happened before to a Time Lord that he's aware of anyway,  Still, he's not complaining since he hadn't wanted to leave the form he has now.  He's still traveling, still picking up companions, or at least he will be again....as soon as he figures out how to land the TARDIS without blowing up the sun in the process.  Long story that, but needless to say being forced back an incarnation wasn't without its side effects.  He'll be back to normal in no time though, if everything sorts itself out alright....

Abilities; Khaesar is, while highly talented, just human.   
Skills;  Khaesar was once a member of the Human Empire's most elite spec-ops unit. He's familiar with an unreasonable amount of the 81,042 forms of combat known to mankind and many other skills related to infiltration, exfiltration, covert operations, survival, counterinsurgency, escape, computer security, hacking and many other skills of their ilk. He however retired from military six years ago and has dedicated his time to adventuring. He can also cook really well.
Equipment; Khaesar wears on his wrist (or rather, on a leather strap around his wrist) a super computer. It has an AI and aside from working out all sorts of crazy things for him, it can remotely take over just about any computer system or mechanical device native to his time period of previous, so long as it has some kind of a computer for it to control. A trinket from his spec ops days. While not really "equipment," he still wears his dog tags. Just to remind himself of where he's from. 
Personality; Khaesar is a man re-born, after having a nervous breakdown six years ago and going through some PTSD he met The Doctor, who helped a mentally devastated old soldier get off his feet and give life another go. On his good days he's an upbeat individual who wants nothing more to help other people, on his bad days he's reminded that his eternal quest to help people is directly as a result of his unforgivable actions when he served in the military. He's determined to right as many wrongs as possible. Once a man with no other skill but to kill he's sworn off guns and if given the choice he'd be a pacifist but the universe just isn't that kind. Every now and then he's got to call on those old skills to protect the someone who can't protect themselves. He might get up in the morning and remember the bad things he's done, but he goes to bed knowing the balance is usually one person more in his favour. 
Background Information; Once upon a time there was a young man named Khaesar Reynolds, he was a proud citizen of The Second Great and Bountiful Human Empire, a native of Earth itself. This young lad was so proud of Humanity that there was nothing he could think of better to do with his life then defend humanity itself, so he joined the army! Little did young Khaesar realise how good he'd be. It was soon noticed by others. His body and mind were absolutely perfect for it. Khaesar was put through advanced training programs, then even more advanced training programs. His ability was just about off the charts. He performed so well he was signed on for the mother advancing training programs. The level he was getting involved in was "Top Secret" wrapped in "Doesn't Exist." Khaesar Reynolds was a damn ghost. As it would happen however, his missions weren't always what he thought. It wasn't always about protecting humanity. Sometimes alien races had to be taught their place in the Empire. Khaesar was doing what he did best (which was just about always violent and involved "leave no witnesses") for a long time. Eventually that young man from Earth didn't quite recognize himself in the mirror. 

It was after one particularly brutal assignment that Khaesar broke down, he faked his death, fled his team (he had served on a group of five) and went off the grid. Khaesar made his way from drinking well to drinking well, alcohol eased the pain and illegal fights for money were a means to make cash and punish himself. It was win - win. Then he met someone...a guy who called himself, The Doctor. It was perhaps right place, right time but nasty business was going down and this Doctor was dedicated to stopping it. Khaesar had a skill set that was perfect to help. The Doctor picked up out of a gutter & helped him along and together they saved a lot of people. It was just what he needed. He swore off killing and guns altogether. From now on Khaesar Reynolds would only help people. So he travels the Universe, righting wrongs and making good on past misdeeds and every now and then he checks local records for a John Smith.

Equipment; A small stolen space shuttle, advanced combat rifle.
Personality; Jenny shows a lot of the brilliance, lust for life, and determination of her father. She is also flirtatious. Though programming has made her military-minded and goal-oriented, she has too much of her father in her blood. While at first she showed violent intentions towards others, she soon adopted the Doctor's values and principles, though she also challenged him.   
Background Information; Jenny was created as a fully grown adult by progenesis from the Doctor's genetic sample.Her name was chosen for her by Donna Noble after the Doctor referred to her as a generated anomaly. She was destined to be a soldier in a generations long war between the Human and Hath colonists on her planet of birth. Though at first rejected by her father, she earned his respect and trust through her actions on the planet Messaline. Jenny initially followed her programmed instincts as a soldier, but contact with her father and his companions Donna Noble and Martha Jones led her to the realisation that war and killing was futile. Ultimately she spared the life of General Cobb, the leader of the Human faction and rejected her implanted conditioning. Though he accepted her as his own and intended her to travel on with him, she gave her life for his when General Cobb attempted to shoot the Doctor and Jenny took the bullet meant for him. The Doctor left Messaline believing her dead. She revived shortly afterwards, although whether this was due to a timelady's regeneration or a side effect of the planet seeding device is unclear. When last seen in the Whoniverse Jenny had stolen a shuttle and headed into space to save planets, rescue civilisations, defeat monsters and do an awful lot of running.

Since being parted from the Doctor, Jenny has been searching for him. Tracking down rumours and sightings she has always seemed to arrive too late to catch up with her father, though her wandering has led to adventures of her own. Her investigation has revealed that 21st century Earth is a regular stop for the Doctor and a region of space with temporal anomalies could provide a transit point through time and space to that point. Now if she can only hold her battered shuttle together, outrun the blockade ships quarantining the anomalies and chose the correct temporal rift she might finally be able to close in on her errant parent.

Now that I've gotten myself more or less caught up and am not feeling guilty...

Looking at how slow my longer posting games seem to be, and how short post the quicker ones are. I may be able to squeeze in one more. I'll think on a character and see what I can come up with. Are we trying to stick to the heart of Doctor Who with all his human from modern earth companions coming from the UK, or is branching out a little alright... I'm kinda thinking someone Torchwood. None of the canon characters. I'm not overly fond of playing canon characters myself. If I want to play with those that's generally what fanfic is for. ;D

I hope that didn't come out wrong as you're going to be playing an incarnation of a known Doctor. That's your character and an entirely different story. The Doctor is a force to be reckoned with in and of himself, and doing something known with him is a whole lot less risky in my mind than coming up with your own version. Now I'm rambling. I'm gonna go away and think for a bit to stop the rambling.

Lol whatever you feel most comfortable with is alright by me, so don't worry on that.  And yes, branching out is fine by my standards.  Besides, I already kind of messed with the Doctor's own history by forcing him to regress to a previous form since currently as far as the show's concern, he was the 11th Doctor.  So already I've changed something with the whole universe with that alone, but you're right in saying that no matter what form he is, the Doctor is not someone you want to make an enemy out of.  Anyway, good luck and glad to have you aboard Phoenix.

Appearance; Twenty-three years old, Ælfwyn is a slim and shapely beauty. By modern standards, she's quite tiny at 5'2." She has pale, clear skin; long, wavy auburn hair; and lovely, hazel eyes. Her body is shapely and feminine, but not especially voluptuous.

Abilities;  Ælfwyn is intelligent and capable, but is completely human.

Skills; As well as being an intelligent girl with plenty of common sense and basic skills, Ælfwyn is a talented herbalist and healer.

Equipment; Ælfwyn's signature piece of equipment is a large, rather battered-looking, brown leather shoulder bag that always seems to have exactly what she's looking for in it. While it looks ordinary, it's actually an exceptionally complex piece of temporal-dimensional technology from the distant future. 

Personality; Æflwyn has a good nature at heart, but she has a sharp tongue, little patience for foolishness, and can be ruthlessly practical when necessary. 

Background Information; Born in the Kingdom of Mercia in the 7th century in what would later become England, Ælfwyn is one of the daughters of a minor landholding family prominent in her village. While the family was minor nobility, they weren't so lofty that she was without household responsibility. She worked with her mother in the stillroom, ensuring that there were plenty of medicines and beer for the household. The general feeling of the villagers was that she was a bit of a witch, but a benevolent one.

Several years ago, her family fell out of favor with the newly Christian king. It was just about then that the Tardis arrived in the woods where she was collecting herbs and the Doctor stepped out, only to collapse on the ground in front of her, clearly injured. She crafted a makeshift travois and dragged him home, where she nursed him back to health. Just as he was recovering, the situation with the king came to a head and he arranged for Ælfwyn to be accused of witchcraft. The Doctor rescued her and her family, accidentally creating a local legend of a demon who rescued a witch that would last for over a thousand years.

The family ended up settling in a little British village in 1912, though Ælfwyn traveled with the Doctor for a short time before she settled there. When the Great War started, Ælfwyn, calling herself "Ellen" volunteered for the First Aid Nursing Yeomanry and went to France, putting herself in harms way to get injured men treated and off the battlefield.

Aelfwyn looks like a real beauty.  Is she canon Who verse or someone original?  Just curious since I haven't seen any of the old shows, just the new ones, but at any rate I don't mind working out the details, but just not sure how we're going to collect everyone is the only thing spread across the stars and time since I plan to have him alone, for a few posts.

She's not canon. I normally prefer not to play canon characters. I actually haven't seen very many of the old series. It would help if they were all available on Netflix... :-)

Appearance; (I really don't have an image yet) She is by all accounts the very being of a maiden, having chestnut hair that travels in a silken curled mass to her waist, her eyes are also a sweet brown. The physical similarities betwene her and the Doctor are striking.
Abilities;  Empathy, She can feel the emotions of others and often times she tends to reflect these emotions if they are strong enough. She also shares very similar telepathic abilties like The Doctor
Skills; She's similarly skilled as a nurse (Assistant to the doctor, abile to do minor medical care) She Stitches masterfully and can sing well enough to the point of a professsional. She has also taken a liking to the Earth Instruments: Violin, Piano, and Flute
Equipment; Sonic Screwdriver, Flute, Violin, (There's a Piano in her Tardis, a small one)
Personality; The Maiden encompasses the essence of her namesake, often going by the alias of Joraxa at times. She is Shy, sweet, and friendly. Polite and innocent but never naive. For behind this sweet exterior lies a wit and charm that as of yet, onyl a select few people have seen, most of them being other Time lords.
Background Information; There are many rumors behind the Maiden, Some claim it was she that gave rise to the Earth legends of maidens in white, waiting for their lost loves. The Maiden however lives in another reality altogether from the Doctor of this realm.

During the Last Great War, The doctor was a tyrant who abused his power as a Timelord. He changed things, set himself up as king in his own right and  abused his "Companions" and even hsi own sister like nothing more than Slaves. The Maiden was used for her beauty and beautiful voice, forced to lure those to their deaths or inprisonment all at the Doctor's whim. This has left a mark upon the sweet Maiden, who soon refused to even speak at all after a while of doing this. But the Doctor's cruelty knew no bounds and after longer still she coudl take no more. She fled to escape The Doctor of her dimension, but crossing realities proved to much for her tardis to handle, causing it to explode, throwing her across time and space.. Skills: Before its destruction, Gillian was a repair technician for the mining operations on Regus 4, so she has quite an extensive knowledge of space-age machinery, spacecraft included. Her knowledge hardly compares to the Doctor's, of course, but that's hardly to be expected of any of his companions.
Equipment: A small toolkit with enough gear to match several of the functions of a Sonic Screwdriver, albeit much slower, as well as a small-remoted controlled camera droid, useful for both spying from long distances and getting into places a human wouldn't fit. Can also do some minor repairs on its own.
Personality: Gillian is a woman with a lot of conviction and confidence in herself, perhaps enough to be a fair bit stubborn. She's one of the companions most likely to stick to her beliefs if she thinks the Doctor is making a mistake or a poor judgment call, acting out against his demands if she's certain he's not in his right mind. The destruction of her home colony has left this side of her somewhat cooled down, but she is slowly recovering with time and the help of friends. While opinionated, she is a good woman, and will go to any means to bring about a good outcome. When not in the middle of a life-or-death matter, she's even quite fun and friendly.
Background Information: There was nothing too remarkable about Gillian's life before the events that brought the Doctor into her life, at least nothing remarkable compared to what his day-to-day experience was. She was born into a poverty-level family in England during the late 22nd century, but managed to achieve higher education through a lot of hard work, gaining certification as a ship technician. This line of work eventually led to her working maintenance on a supply ship that ran through colonies and nearby systems, until her work caught the eye of the mayor of the colony on Regus 4, who asked her to stay on the colony to do all varieties of repair and technological improvement there. Preferring the exotic environment of a colony to the cramped quarters of a cargo ship or the boring familiarity of Earth, Gillian agreed.

Gillian spent five years of her life working on Regus 4, not even anticipating any danger when the war between the human empire and the Selachian Empire began. When the selachians finally did arrive to attack her colony, however, they weren't the only ones; the Cybermen were there to meet them. The Cybermen had come to one of the first known colonies to be destroyed by the selechians, expecting to meet with the race's military leaders and work out an alliance to wipe out humanity once and for all. History would have been rewritten with the humans losing instead of the selechians had the Doctor not arrived in his blue box to quell the problem.

Much laser fire and much cleverness ensued at that point, but it was Gillian who rigged the fleeing Cybermen's ship so that it crashed into a nearby moon instead of escaping to contact the selechians again, doing both the Doctor and humanity a great favor. However, when it finally came time for Regus 4 to be destroyed, as history demanded, the Doctor once again had to break his own rules. He couldn't leave Gillian behind to die when she had put herself in harm's way to help him, so he picked her up and deposited her somewhere safe and inconspicuous in time, at least until she had recovered enough emotionally to give time travel a go...

Ah, any time period between 2012 and the year 5000 or more if you prefer would be fine by me lol.  But yeah, 2012 sounds good, and I'd say Cardiff where the rift is located so he can recharge the TARDIS would be quite perfect in my opinion.  It's up to you though Rev, but in the meantime I think I'm gonna watch The Satan Pit episode then I'm off to bed.  That's another half hour and some change so I'll be around for a while yet.

Skills;Aya is quite handy when it comes to ranch work, has played midwife to more live stock than she cares to think about, and can use a hand gun and rifle better than most of the people she knows. At least when it comes to target practice. She's also a competent rider and good at cooking over a camp fire.

Equipment;Aya doesn't carry a great deal with her at any given time. Her basic equipment consists of a sturdy pair of blue jeans, a flannel shirt, and a comfy well worn set of work boots.

Personality;Steady and friendly, Aya is generally a calm person. Working with animals her whole life has left her a little naive to the way that people can be and rather candid, as the animals and those that she worked with didn't often get offended when one spoke their mind. She's likely to believe the best in people if given the chance, and isn't likely to question a plausible lie.

Background Information; Aya was raised on a ranch in rural Montana. To teach her the value of working, she had chores from a young age. It started with simple things, grooming the horses and polishing tack, and progressed from there. Knowing no other life as the school she went to was peopled with children that were from more or less the same background as she was, she was happy and didn't question her world. Everything changed the Christmas after she turned 18, having graduated early, she was in her first year of college, and because of a nasty storm had had to stay on campus for Winter Break. That's when she got a gift from someone claiming to be her father. That gift was a plane ticket to Cardiff.

When she confronted her mother and the man she'd always assumed to be her father about it, the truth came out. Aya had been lied to. Her father was a dangerous man, she was told bad things happened around him. When her mother had realized that she was pregnant, she'd left him in no uncertain terms, had come home, and fallen in love with the man that raised Aya. She'd never told Aya's real father that she even existed, but he'd found out. Her mother had agreed to tell Aya when she grew up. Let her make the choice if she wished to know her father or not, but Aya's mother hadn't been able to go through with it. In anger she took the ticket, dropped her studies, and went to meet Jack Harkness.

She was drawn in almost immediately by his easy going manner, and charming dimpled smile, but the man didn't seem old enough to be her father. When she tried to question him about it, he said nothing. Curious, she followed him one night and saw something she wasn't supposed to have. She was caught, and given a choice. She could forget the whole thing, or she could join her father in Cardiff after she'd gone back home and completed her schooling. She chose the later, and her schooling is finally over.

Abilities;  Reinette is mostly human but she has an innate ability to tell time.  She is a genius and can seem to fix about anything if she puts her mind to it.  She seems to be able to heal faster than a normal human where a cut would take days to heal, she can heal in a day.  She is resilient making it harder to hurt her but not so much that she can’t be hurt.  She can sense dimensional shifts and ports and has excellent memory.

Skills;  Having lived on the ship all her life, she is a skilled pilot and she only has to take things apart to figure out how to fix it and what is wrong.

Equipment;  A computer pad the size of a cell phone that  gives off holographic images.  She also carries a hammer space pouch that carries her tools which for some reason doesn’t always give her the tool she wants.

Personality; Reinette is a very lonely girl with an exuberance for life and the things around her.  She always wants to know how something works.  She smiles easily when people are around but when she thinks no one is looking, there is a quiet sadness about her.  Though she has an incredible memory, people can oft mistake her eccentricity for forgetfulness when it is more that the moment has passed.  When she is angry, it is incredible and fiery but it quickly fizzles out because she has such a forgiving heart.  Sometimes she says the oddest things that have no pertinence to the situation. Despite her hands on nature, she seems to carry herself in an almost regal manner and is very formal unless working on something that excites her.

Background Information;  Reinette is a clone of the original Reinette.  When the Doctor left the SS Madame Pompadour to drift into space, somehow the ship managed to reawaken.  Using DNA from Reinette, it set about to recreate her.  As the child grew to maturity, she learned to find a way to fix the Pompadour without giving her brain.  The dimensional windows created by the ship worked every now and then, providing food, but her interaction with any species was limited. 

She was happy in her own way but somehow she felt as if her true purpose was never fulfilled, that the time was not right and that soon it would be upon her.  She holds the memories of the original inside her and dreams of a man who can show her more wonders than she ever dreamed but he is elusive. 

One day she grew tired of her loneliness and using the dreams as a navigational point, she had she calculated a dimensional rift.  It was a risky venture and though she was everything to her ship, she could no longer bear the loneliness of having no other living companions except the clockwork androids of the ship.  She was as much a prisoner as its savior. 

Reinette set to sabotage the ship and when the window opened, she jumped through and into a fireplace in Versailles.  The window shuddered and closed forever. She did not look back and set on her adventure to find the man whose name whispered “Doctor” in her head.  First she had to get past the guards who suddenly appeared.  Apparently she was on historical property…whatever that was.

Hrmmm, technically, she is not a ship technician.  She just knows how to fix things and as far as her knowledge is concerned, she has to take it apart to know how it works in a way if it is machinery.  She was born on a ship that needed her, so she made herself useful to keep her brain intact.  The ship's technician would more have a heart attack having found her tinkering with bits of the stellar drive or find her looking over his shoulder and pestering him with questions.  Also, there would be three, including the doctor.   :o

Equipment; Sean always carries his trusty plasma revolvers, and always wears a brown leather duster. He also usually carries a wide assortment of explosives and other firearms.
Personality; Sean is a very laid back person for the most part. Allowing other people to go about their buisness without any trouble. He is however quick to stand up for something he thinks is right and has no problem going to blows over his beliefs. He does follow a code of honor however and refuses to kill an unarmed man.
Background Information; Sean was born on a colony of the Third Great and Bountiful Human Empire near the end of the 78th century. Not much is known of his early life beyond him belonging to a small cell of a gurilla band determened to over throw the goverment. During this time he learned one end of a gun from the other at a very young age and this knowledge has saved his life more than once. He was arrested on at least half a dozen occasions but excaped from prison every time. On one noteable excape a 16 year old Sean locked the chief interrigator in his own interigation room. Soon after turning 20 he was placed on the goverment's most wanted list and played cat and mouse with various law enforcement officals and bounty hunters for the next three years. It was during this chase that he "aquired a pair of matching plasma revolvers from the Chief Interrrigator who's company he had enjoyed so much.

Sean disappeared from any records around hs 23rd birthday, having managed to slip through the timezones and reappeared throughout the 20th and 21st centuries fighting on various sides. Sometimes he fights for the money but sometimes for a cause he thinks is right, however until very recently he never seemed to run into a real challenge. During the last campaign he joined to help free a small backwater planet from its tyrannical mechanical overlords he was seriously injured in an explosion. He lost his right arm and both his eyes to the explosion and barely managed to escape alive. He managed to get an alien cybernetic arm and matching eyes at a space station near the Sol system at approximately 2012. After recovering from his surgeries he learned of a doctor operating in the area and went looking.

I doubt that we have space stations in our year unless you're talking about an alien outpost in our neck of the woods.  Otherwise you're good but I will ask any future applicants that you stay away from the more soldier route.  Doctor Who despite all of his faults is not a fighter persay since he never carries a gun and he's yet to kill anyone himself exactly with his own hands that I've ever seen.  Not the new Doctor anyway.  Everyone he's partnered up with do all the fighting sure in some form or another, but eh, I guess I'm just feeling a bit weird with all the soldiers I've been getting lol.  Just keep it in mind is all I ask.

                         Body Shape: Athletic with firm muscles, a flat stomach, high, firm breasts, round bottom, lean legs that she makes look longer with heeled boots and shoes.
                          Distinguishing marks: Born without physical wings she has a large birthmark down her back in the shape of them. It starts just below her shoulder blades, where the wings would insert if actual, sweeps up over her shoulders, and trails down over the curve of her buttocks, with every feather outlined more clearly than the most realistic of tattoos. In the right light it can almost look as if it's hovering just over the skin instead of being a part of it.

Abilities: Unlike a full Angel she doesn't HAVE to feed on the energy of other living creatures but in fear or danger she CAN. In situations of extreme danger she may “freeze” and take on the appearance of a stone statue, this is NOT something she can do at will, but only happens when she is truly afraid for her life. She heals faster than a normal human, though not instantaneously, days worth of healing taking hours and severe damage taking days instead of weeks. She can be killed but barring that it doesn't seem that old age alone will kill her.

Skills: With a love for music she's an excellent singer, can play the piano very technically well (though with no real flare that could make her great) and learns the basic of many alien instruments when one catches her attention. She cooks well but many of the meals she makes seem quite odd to most as they often combine foods and flavors from the various worlds she's visited. She has a true talent for learning skills with weapons and is never without a blade of some sort on her person.

Equipment: Inarra has a wide collection of knives and swords from various worlds and cultures but most of them are kept in her own little cache's scattered around the galaxies. On her person she almost always has a knife concealed in one of her boots (if not both), or, if wearing a skirt, she will have holes in the folds or pockets of the fabric so she can reach a blade strapped to her thigh.

Personality: For all her skill with blades and her ability to steal the energy from living beings she actually prefers not to harm anyone. Inarra had an innate love of learning which keeps her moving from place to place, always in search of the next experience or discovery. She also has a strong sense of right and wrong and of justice and steps in to help when she feels she can. Often she is a kind, quiet girl but she can be chatty if approached properly or if she knows someone well. She also has a vicious temper once angered and can hold a grudge longer than most people live, but it take a lot to actually do more than annoy her.

Background Information: Innara's mother, much like Amy Pond, saw an image of a Weeping Angel on a video monitor. Unlike Amy, however, the Doctor wasn't around to save her. The only thing that kept her mother's transformation from completing entirely was the fact that she was pregnant and the Angel couldn't transform the baby entirely because she hadn't looked at the image. The changes the Angel did make in her mother before her birth however, changed her as well giving her both Human and Angel characteristics.
Once she was born however, the Angel finished her mother's transformation and Inarra never saw her again. Why she didn't steal all the potential energy Inarra, with her combined traits, must have had is Inarra's only clue that perhaps even Angel's, at least those that start as something else, can feel more than the need to feed.

As a child she was bounced around the American foster system until the age of 18. Few families wasn't to keep the quiet, introspective, child with her odd birthmark and affinity for knives; especially when two children, both who had tried to harm her, simply went missing. There was never any evidence that Inarra had harmed them in any way, but after that finding placements for her became particularly difficult.
Having learned of this ability the hard way, Inarra finds it to be a constant temptation. She doesn't need to take people's energy but that doesn't stop it from being the sort of rush that people throughout time have been willing to pay dearly for. Power and a singing joy filling her blood as she took everything those children could have been and made it a part of herself. It became a constant battle not to do it again, not to feel that rush, simply because she could. Recognizing how very wrong using such an ability on other was, particularly when she didn't need to, she has limited it's use to those times when someone was truly threatening her life. In such instances she considers all normal rules null and void.

With a thirst for learning and new experiences, and a pretty face that helped in interviews, Inarra left Earth as soon as she was 18. She began by shipping out on inter-gallactic cruise liners working as a simple maid or waitress and pocketing her pay away in various accounts throughout the galaxy. Apparently it became clear that she wasn't going to continue aging normally however, and, to avoid doctors wanting to experiment on her, she began bouncing from company to company and eventually began taking time out on worlds that were new to her, before finding another ship to travel on.

Over the centuries she's become quite skilled at stowing away, or seeming entirely innocuous on the ships she hires out on and, through some lucky investments, has enough money in various banks, under various names, that she rarely has to do either any long...though she will at times to keep her skills fresh. She's always found it amazing how those accustomed to wealth will speak in front of those they deem “servants” as if they had no ears at all and will sometimes take a job just to see what interesting information such fools will let slip...a habit that has garnered her no small amount of comfort as well since she's not above using such information for her own gain so long as no one will actually be harmed by her doing so.

Along her way she has collected stories, legends, and mysteries about the Doctor. She finds him fascinating in that he seems to span so many cultures on so many worlds. Some hailing him as a hero, other's naming him Destroyer, almost all spoken with a sort of awe often reserved for a Diety. For all the stories she's never actually come across him, though she hopes one day to, and wonders what he would make of her and her mixed background.

Sweet in nature she is kind to most those that are kind to her, though hurt her or someone she believes as innocent and she'd never forgive you. Due to her being held she has a submissive streak letting someone else lead and speak up. Though the Doctor has been rather encouraging to be brave, strong and believe in herself.
Background Information;
Eva wasn't born on her home planet, no Eva came into being in captivity. Held by an alien man that only went by the name the Showman. He collected pretty things, strange things, rare things. And Eva was all of the above. Yes the small being would soon grow into being his best profit making venture he had ever found.

Years past and Eva came into her powers and herself, though the cage she was kept in always blocked her abilities and kept her from ever escaping. That is till the Doctor came upon her, his eyes grew wide and that smile that came to his lips. She still remember that smile, it brought her from her hiding place within her cage and up to speak with him. And to her astonishment he was a time lord. "Oh...I've heard of your kind. I was told they are all gone? Are you quiet sure your a time lord?" she asked holding up the tablet that held the stories of time lords she had read not long before then. Assuring her he knew what he was, and even more so that he knew what she was. He started asking questions, appalled that she had grown up in a cage. Grown up on display and never known her own freedom.

Well the doctor being the doctor simply wouldn't stand for that, he could never stand by and watch others be caged and suffer in such away. So he set out to free her, and the others the Showman had captive. It was an exhausting and long fight, and it was the first time Eva had ever stood up for herself...for anyone. Striking the Showman as he want to hurt the Doctor.

Quickly escaping with the Doctor she traveled with him, learning about who she was. Learning of her home and what had happened to it, learning of freedom and what it could hold. Things lick ice cream, which just so happens to be favorite new thing. You see the doctor crashed on earth trying to get to Eva's home planet. And having to spend some time there as he fixed the Tardis. He found her a body, a woman lost to a comma. Brain dead and no hope of coming back. He couldn't safe both but he could help Eva, so he instructed her on how to claim the body. And from there started showing her about the way the body works and different things you could do. Like eat, she loves to eat and try new things. So many yummy thing on planet earth she still has no idea where to start.

He worked on the ship, and helped show her the new world she had the freedom to explore. Promising to take her with him and show her anything she wanted to see. Of course Eva was more then happy to agree, all to excited to see the universe and all it's time.

But something went wrong, the Tardis started it's self up for some reason. The doctor barley getting back inside in time before it started to take off. He called her on the supped up phone he had given her, "Stay there....come on....I'll come get you I promise...I'll be back just stay there." he said before the signal cut out.

Eva stayed in that very spot for 2 days, waiting for him to return. But he never came, soon other humans took interest and said she had to leave. Had to find somewhere else to be. And this is where we find her, walking holding onto a phone, a credit card with limitless credit and only the clothes on her back. Walking with the sudden sinking feeling that she was very much alone in the very big universe.

It's no problem hun and the game's kind of stalled at the moment since RL decided to kick my ass a bit.  I plan to get things moving again today however, just need to look over everything and see if other people who haven't posted might do so first, if not then I'll get things going myself.  Either way, you really haven't missed much my friend, so no worries.
