Marvel Agents of Shield & Avengers

In honor of the start of Shield season two I would like to start a small group roleplay that is a Shield/Avengers crossover.  This will take place after the first season of Shield, and will not be canon compliant with season two.  Beware, there are spoilers for season one below.

Fitz is recovering from a traumatic brain injury caused by escaping the shipping container.  His disability is serious and he's in daily therapy to regain function after awaking from the coma.  Given his fugitive status, he is taken in at Stark Tower and put on the payroll so that he is technically one of the Shield Agents that has gone private sector.  Either Stark or Banner (another resident of Stark Tower), having had medical and mental health issues, finds himself empathetic of the situation and begins assisting in Fitz's therapy helping him to overcome the frustration he is experiencing based on his limitations.  A strong relationship will form.  Of course this is all admist Hydra threats, alien dangers, mutants, and potentially world ending evil.  It wouldn't be Marvel without it!  Eventually, Fitz will start to help out as support staff for the Avengers despite his limitations.

Coulson realizes that by staying with the team he's more of a threat to them than a help and leaves them in the secure location with Billy, communicating remotely.  Director Coulson can't recreate Shield from a bunker but only a select few can know that he's at Stark Tower either.  Private Sector Privilege isn't going to protect a Shield Agent of his clearance level or reputation, regardless of how many strings Tony can pull.  Though Coulson would never admit it to himself, his relationship with Barton (yet another resident of Stark Tower) is part of the reason he can't stay in hiding forever.  Agent Triplett refuses to stay behind with the others and insists on acting as Coulson's protection at whatever personal risk that brings.  That's convenient because Coulson distrusts him enough to be thankful he's keeping Triplett where he can watch him.

Fitz is taken.  Stark, Banner, Coulson, Barton, and Triplett are up for grabs.
