Account Revival

So, I have someone on my Yahoo and MSN who hasn't been on here for a while and can't get her password working.  She wants to come back but can't get her account working, and I told her that I'd help out by posting on here.  I imagine she'd just need her password reset to something and to be told what it's reset to so that she can come back.

Is there anything I or she needs to do, or can the mods handle it from here to help her come back?

It would be best if she contacted someone from the Deities (God or Goddess), Andy, via email (preferably the one she used to register, but any will do) and cleared the matter personally. ;)
