Was overhearing a conversation between two nurses.  One was asking for help with a catheder on a male patient because his penis was so small, she wasn't sure she could hold it while putting in the tube.  For some reason that just made my night.

That could not have been very pleasant for the patient, like Vek said, but yes... that is humorous.
Your reality doesn't apply to me...
