Which actually leads to the question... how much of their personality stays with them and do they ever get flashbacks to bits of memory or something like that? I know it's a little nebulous with artifically induced amnesia but just getting an idea. Certainly, Mai had an extremely strong and eccentric personality before being sentenced and I'm wondering how much shines through.

I was thinking that the chemically induced amnesia will be temporary and it will be up to the individual player how long it lasts. Some may never get their memory back, others may get it back in a couple days.

Does anyone have any thoughts on it?

That would be a good roleplaying opportunity for those who want it, to either play out memory coming back slowly, or struggling to try to force it to come back.

I really like the varies by person that way it gives players the kind of freedom to explore. I imagine with variance in getting their memory back maybe there are 're-treatments' from the prison staff so those that get memories back have to keep it quiet best they can. Personally, I kind of like the ideas of flashbacks that are triggered by events like in The Bourne Identity and Robocop along with dreams/nightmares. Another question that came to me while writing this...Is there a black market on PHI-828 for weapons, drugs, and/or sex?

PHI-828 will have a very minimal crew in total. At the moment I'm counting 5... or at least when you all wake up that will be all you can count
