I believe that Yasuo is gone, Killed in Action against SHODAN.

Yes. My character Rubi (from WET) fought SHODAN using his sword. Giving him a proper send-off, at least. She still has it.

Teemo will not mind Yasuo dying off. Now I should probably start filling out the cs soon too.

I have two apps to work on, though only one could be reserved. The other may be an NPC.

I am approving Forrest Fox, just add a little bit more the the Current Situation. Basically, how he ended up at this tournament and on the side of the good guys (Alliance), and not the bad guys. (Legions).
Even if its just a simple paragraph of his escape from Quan Chi. Or maybe he heard Quan Chi would be at the tournament and wants revenge. OR to find Takeda.

I'll work on that then.

Once you make that edit, post in the Character Sheet thread and then PM me and I'll help you get started in a Main Story Arc. All the Side Stories (which is similar to a sandbox) are also open for you to play around with.

If you need any direction - please let any of us know. Also feel free to pop into our OOC threads and get welcomed by the crazy bunch we are.

Jinx
Level 1

Current Occupation: Jinx, by her sociopathic nature and incredible love of destruction, can't really hold down much of a conventional job. As a result, she ends up painting "new age" murals and artistic fixtures with a lot of sloppy blue and pink paint and sometimes explosions. Needless to say, the pay hasn't really gone so far her way, as of yet.

Home World Information: Hailing from the land of Runeterra like Yasuo, Jinx comes from a strange land, where rocket launchers and miniguns are on the same playing field as swords, spears and magic, giving her some rather diverse levels of experience in a variety of forms of combat.

Runeterra is divided into several countries, with widely varying styles of rulership and living, ranging from a land of mad scientists and crazed gangsters (like Jinx's birthplace, Zaun,) to orders of militant and rigorously organized soldiers and knights (where the boring people are from.) Jinx's world plays host to a variety of extremely interesting characters of all shapes and sizes, as well as countless battles just as interesting as the folk who fight them.

Appearance/Style Description: Jinx is a fan of absolute mayhem and chaos, and likes to reflect that in the way she dresses, with bright, starkly contrasting colours (often her favourite light blues and pinks,) with different patterns and plenty of asymmetry to boot. Alternating colours and one stocking on a leg are joined by the only uniform part of her life: her choice in weaponry. To go with her distinct style of fashion (with lots of tattoos and bare skin,) are a host of bandoliers, holding belts of minigun ammo in bandoliers all over her attire, and a waist adorned with many different contraptions, ranging from bear-trap landmines to an electric-styled laser gun.

Personality: If her appearance wasn't enough indication for her personality, Jinx likes to let the world know it in the loudest possible ways, most often taking the forms of explosions and loud gunfire. If something interesting isn't happening, then Jinx is sure to go out and make something a little more interesting in the best ways she knows how. Boredom slays her, and she likes to cause friction with others just to get her kicks. Overall, Jinx just likes to have her own psychotic brand of entertainment.

History: The past of Jinx is one shrouded in mystery, with most of her childhood or earlier days completely unknown to the rest of the world, and any sort of guess at an origin based in conjecture and unsubstantiated evidence. Where Jinx's real history begins is in a string of police reports in Piltover: what was a once a prosperous, progressive and advanced society, free from most forms of crime, and the very epitome of a well ordered civilization. That was, until Jinx came along.

Dressed in a garb that made her look like a criminal from Zaun, and wielding exquisitely advanced custom hextech weaponry, there was very little way to guess who she was, much less how she came to be the way she was. Engaging in crime sprees across the city, Jinx sowed panic throughout, bombing locations, gunning people down in the streets and most especially taunting Vi and Caitlynn, the two best enforcers in the city. She would strike hard and fast, leaving fire and rubble in her wake, letting chaos break out freely, leaving behind her own interesting messages and caricatures behind to taunt those who would catch her.

Jinx's trademark is crime with a zest for life and a penchant for frontal assaults. Though she has elaborate skills when it comes to planning, her plans always more or less come up as some variation on "blow it up" or "smash and grab" with her version of an Oceans 11 style bank-heist kicking off with a missile attack and ending with a string of explosions and murdered robot-guards to get what fraction of the loot survived. No matter what she's doing, Jinx will always try to jam the triangle block in the square hole, whether it's for the fun of it, or just because she was getting bored looking at that damned smug square hole.

Current Situation: Jinx lives in her own version of a happy little home in the New York location. Sitting in a rather crappy part of what's left, she occupies an abandoned and mostly decrepit old warehouse with rusty metal walls and evidences of her new job as an "artist." With little else than a bed, supplies for her "art" and a place to lay her guns, Jinx lives in what most would consider poverty. Then again, most people don't sculpt with a minigun.

Weaponz:

Fishbones: This gun is Jinx's current favourite: a custom-designed rocket launcher that fires collapsible shells to create a terrific explosion, with a character-filled appearance. More than just a simple rocket-launcher, Fishbones is Jinx's confidant, regularly addressing the rocket-launcher in cordial conversation, or posing questions, before returning to its most zealous use. Like all of Jinx's regular equipment, it stores collapsed and miniature, before expanding as its deployed.

Pow-Pow: Jinx's primary firearm, an advanced minigun with an extremely efficient belt feeder, taking time to wind up, but ending up with an intense and rapid fire-rate. The ammo for this weapon is seemingly unending, and its bullets nothing to sneeze at. Jinx employs this as her most versatile firearm in close to medium range encounters, as its high rate of fire is excellent for dealing with a nearby opponent, but at a range, its accuracy is questionable. Also collapses to be more easily transported.

Zap! Gun: A small, strange looking pistol at Jinx's side, its purpose is less to kill and more to slow down or incapacitate, firing an electric blast from the barrel that travels a long distance and dazes her opponents, usually the setup for a larger attack, or when she's hunting someone down, or alternately, used as she's trying to escape herself.

Chompers: Essentially a hand-grenade rigged up to a bear-trap, Jinx tosses the chompers on the ground, where they sit chattering and bouncing about, waiting to bite onto and explode all over anyone stepping into their little zone. Used when Jinx is on the run, or trying to control space to slow down or maim an opponent as she gets away, or prevents them from coming closer. Like all of her little gadgets, sits in her belt pouches and expands before use.

Special Powers:

Super Mega Death-Rocket! (Once per day kind of ability:) Jinx takes out a special, hyper-large shell from her waistband (of which she usually carries only one,) and loads it into Fishbones, firing it off like a missile. Deadly and extremely long ranged, it's Jinx's special treat for when she really wants to hammer a message home.

Additional Powers:

Strengths:

Crime Spree: Jinx gets very excited when she kills someone or something important, and her maniacal enjoyment drives her on to be even crazier and less predictable as a battle rages on.

Chaff-cleaner: The toolset at the Piltover psycho's disposal is particularly well-suited to clearing out vast numbers of small, weak enemies, between the large explosions caused by her rocket launcher or the wide sweep of her rapidly firing minigun, Jinx can lay out a large amount of supporting fire in a small span of time, making her ideal for clearing out swathes of little mooks.

Zest for life: Whatever Jinx is doing, whether it be engaging in manic conversation or dicing onions, she'll go after it with a kind of reckless abandon that one only manages to see in the truly crazy or the incredibly driven.

Decisive: Although Jinx is almost certainly insane, she is never one for dilly-dallying. Whether on the battlefield or in her strange, shoddy little warehouse, when Jinx is making decisions, she does it fast, and sticks to a plan, so long as she agrees with the sentiment behind her, for better or for worse.

Weaknesses:

Melee incompetent: When it comes to a gunfight, Jinx is an agile and deadly opponent, laying plenty of smack-down with her erratic and potent gunfire. On the other hand, when things get up-close and personal, Jinx has the combat prowess of something between a box of tissue paper and a petulant Kitten.

"Supporting" Gunfire: The same ability that makes Jinx an absolute mook-slayer is the same thing that makes her a bad combination with a number of allies. Getting beside a target that Jinx is firing at puts her in the difficult situation of limiting her weaponry. Were she to employ her more explosive weapons, she would most certainly hit her own allies.

Mega-bitch: Jinx has terrible social skills, oftentimes taunting or insulting her team-mates for the sake of her own amusement and then laughing away. Don't expect her to help you move, and certainly don't expect her to be the kind to comfort you in a time of need. It really is all so boring.

"Rules.... the fuck are those?": More than most, Jinx has an absolute contempt for figures of authority. Whether it be instructing her to do something, or just trying to get her to sit still, ordering Jinx around is like herding cats. Same goes when making plans. If she isn't getting to fire her guns off, she isn't very interesting in hearing what someone has to say.

He'll have a robot Sona around, at least. A little detail, he may or may not have seen Sona get exploded by a Reaper Missile (which is why she needed to be rebuilt as a robot by Dr. Light/Dr. Wily).

Teemo knows the old Sona

Teemo
level 1

Current Occupation: Freeloader. Teemo has no job or any skills that could be used in a proper job and doesn't even try very hard. After all he is used to very harsh living conditions and doesn't mind squatting. He doesn't steal though and sometimes makes quick buck by selling secretly snapped naked pictures if he wants food or something else.

Home World Information: Others already summarized Runeterra pretty well I feel. It is also home to a race of tiny cute creatures called Yordles who are generally very friendly and get depressed quickly if they have to be alone.

Appearance/Style Description: Teemo has two shapes. One is his 'true form' in which he is a monster solely obsessed by war and the other is a shape he can assume with a specially prescribed magic item to help him shift out of the murderous persona into something that can interact with other people and Yordles. In his dangerous furball form teemo is heavily furred knee high yordle with thick brown beard and moustache, though he mostly wears a specially prepared combat outfit which hides most of his features. As a humanoid Teemo stands little short of 6 feet and has a very slender build with faintly visible muscles. To contrast the rough bearded yordle form his humanoid face has smooth slightly boyish features, sharp clean chin and two equally pointy ears. His expression seems to be permanently content and calm smile that doesn't betray his true emotions.

Sexuality: Teemo has fiddled with blowsticks enough to have grown quite fond of more than just his own wand. Teemo's lengthy isolation in the jungle and later during his solo mission in defense of Runeterra have given him time to develop appreciation of men women and all in between. His abilities, namely camouflage mastery, also have lent themselves to lead to him developing into quite the degenerate pervert. He loves stalking everyone and due to his cute appearance (both as yordle and human) he rarely ever gets reprimanded for it.

Personality: Even before the attack of Reapers on Runeterra Teemo had lost a lot and was known generally as the bloodthirsty borderline insane Yordle who one should steer clear of. Only a handful friends ever dared to stick around long enough to properly understand him, but to them he was extremely faithful and kind as they were able to get his mind shift off from thoughts of carnage into the helpful and friendly Yordle that Teemo used to be. In that friendly-mode Teemo likes to stay close to others both physically and mentally and though his flirt might sometimes test them he tends to avoid annoying others. His laugh and smile are unburdened by the lives he has taken in combat as if Teemo doesn't remember or care in the slightest. He has an immense sense of duty towards his people, but does not care at all about what happens to those he doesn't know. The recent events did little to change that part of him other than bury it deeper underneath the monster that is Captain Teemo. In the battlefield where that switch is flipped Teemo becomes a cold and calculating. He will sacrifice others to achieve mission objectives if it seems worth it in the long run and will use the most ruthless and underhanded methods to eliminate the opposition without any regards for morals.

History: Teemo has worked many years as a captain in the distinguished special forces of Bandle city - Scouts of the Mothership. Unlike other Yordles he was noted from the very beginning to excel in solo missions and quite soon garnered reputation to become somewhat of a legend amongst his own people. The city actually chose him as their representative champion for the League of Legends. Teemo adapted to his new role very quickly and became a dominant character in the summoner's rift, making many friends among other champions and a number of personal enemies as many found it difficult to forgive his underhanded methods of combat after a match was over.

After Runeterra was attacked by the Reapers Teemo abandoned his post at the League and moved to wage good old war as he knew it in defense of the Bandle city. All contact was lost with Teemo when his one man war began and he was assumed dead until recently! Teemo emerged from the jungle covered in mud and grime, grasping onto a wooden blowpipe and carrying assorted pieces of his enemies in a bag crafted out of the jungle. He did not speak of the horrors that troubled his little yordle mind, but Teemo had lost the ability to switch out of his combat insanity. He did not outright attack other yordles whom he seemed to consider friend, but was unable to hold a sane conversation. After a tragic incident where he attacked a human visitor of Bandle city, Heimerdinger made Teemo an experimental device that morphs him into a humanoid form and forces his mind to snap back to reality.

With his mind restored Teemo decided that it would be best if he took the fight against impending danger to the front lines and led example to the rest of the Bandle city survivors by scouting ahead!

Current Situation: Teemo was only recently recovered after having been assumed dead and has just now made it clear to the Alliance that he wants in on the action! He has not adapted to the city life very well as he has never known life other than war except in childhood, thus becoming a respectable member of a city society is proving to be bit of a hassle.

Weapon: Blowpipe. Teemo's main weapon is a blowgun with which he fires magically enhanced poisonous darts. While their initial hit may not be tremendous the magical poison is deadly and works effectively against everything including ghosts, machines and such creatures that should normally be immune to poisons. Teemo has recently applied a lasersight to his blowgun to increase accuracy. He can also shoot specially prepared darts that hit harder and blind his enemies for a short duration. The blinding effect seems magical and thus works even on already blind creatures.

Shrooms. Teemo's second signature weapon are his explosive mushrooms. Concentrated with hatred and magical energy these invisible traps explode when stepped on with tremendous force and shroud all nearby enemies in a corrosive cloud of magical poison which also hinders their movement.

Stats - We have 5 different stats in the game. We do not roll for hitting, or use it to track health. The purpose of these stats is only to help the GMs during the free-form fights. We have a better gauge of how strong you are, versus how strong another character is. And vice versa. New characters will start with 4 points to spend. Strength, Agility, Stamina, and Power will all start at 1. Reputation starts at 0. If you have an issue - please contact any of the GMs or post in one of our OOC threads - and one of our players will help you out!

Strength 1, Teemo's darts are just darts after all. They are shot by a blowgun expert, but they have limited damage potential without magic.
Agility 3, Teemo is annoyingly quick on his feet.
Stamina 2, Teemo fights days, weeks seemingly without any rest and will tire his opponents down in long drawn out guerilla warfare where the last thing they hear is his twisted laughter.
Power 2, Teemo loads his mushrooms and darts with magical poison that ticks down his foes.
Reputation 0

Special Powers: Master of Camouflage: Teemo is such master of stealth that some believe him to be able to turn invisible when in reality he simply excels in mundane sneakiness. He can disappear in a matter of seconds regardless of the environment and appear out of nowhere, striking the enemy with a dart to the neck before returning to the shadows once more.

Strengths:
Master of Guerilla war: Teemo knows all ins and outs of warfare. You cannot hope to outsmart him with a lowblow tactic as he almost certainly has a strategy even more desperate in store for you.

Slippery little devil: Some have tried, many have failed and most of League knew that catching Teemo is futile. He can flee from almost any situation by dodging away the attacks. If you let him run behind a corner you've almost certainly lost him or are being lured into a trap!

Patience: Whether it be battlefield or waiting for a bus there are few more patient than Teemo. He can sit in a bush for almost infinitely and will likely pretend that he only just arrived when you come in late. It impossible to get him angry.

Keen senses: Of course being a scout Teemo has pretty sharp ears and eyes! As long as it doesn't involve interacting with people he can do some intelligence gathering.

Weaknesses:
Squishy: Teemo is resilient mostly in spirit. His physical form is relatively weak against damage if something gets a direct hit on him.

Short range: Teemo cannot fight in melee, but neither can he fight from very long distance. He excels at mid range combat and kiting his enemies through series of booby traps. However, caught outside his efficient combat range Teemo is relatively useless unless you accidentally go into his traps.

Monster: Teemo has a device that allows him to regain his sanity by switching into a humanoid form. However he will not knowingly use this device while in his yordle shape so he must use a timer, which potentially puts him into a dangerous spot if turning into a human mid combat or someone else must activate it for him (at their own risk) once combat has ended.

It's just that face: Although many perceive Teemo as cute, there are those that are just immediately ticked off by his presence. Sometimes all he has to do is chuckle or just be there to make people his sworn enemies. Teemo does not know if there is any logic behind this phenomena or if its completely random.

This is all too exciting! I had such a busy day at work, but all I wanted to do was check my PMs and read the new character sheets. :D

A little question about the Legion. Who exactly are they compromised of? Would someone like Quanchi be among their ranks?

The Legion is any villain from any video game. While you can play villains as a protagonist - if you're going to do that, you'll also have to provide a reason as to why they turned good. So yep, Quanchi would be a legion member.

If they were in any way villainous, evil, or even just self-serving, the Legion would take them. Hell, I could make a pretty good case for why Rubi should be on their side.

The Legion will take anyone. Currently, we know that Diablo and Giovanni are the high ranking members. We have fought plenty of their grunts, from the Sith to SHODAN to Arthas and more.

Rubi might very have been if swayed hard enough, maybe if they had made an especially enticing offer. But right now it wouldn't work, because they made the ultimate mistake...one she is willing to murder/mutilate legion punks over.

They killed her pet cat.

Oooh, I like Terry, Warden!

Warden, I don't want to rain on your parade, but I think that FlyingTengu mentioned that he wanted to play Terry. :(
