In a setting of medieval times, people in this world are filled with reason and what their eyes tell them to be truth. The majority of people turn a blind eye to the supernatural, things they can’t explain. However, there are only a few – just a handful and perhaps even less than that – feel  there is something more than what the world offers. There is something more than just mere science could ever explain, and why there are unexplainable events that professionals can’t rationalize or comprehend. Society is a tight-knit entity all its own and will kill anyone who starts building apart from them.

Thus, those who can truly see what’s going on camouflage themselves within such a society. For these few know this world is not only made for the physical, but also for those of the unseen; angels, demons, ghosts, guides, messengers, and knowledge that is far beyond science; a kind of knowledge that becomes written on the hearts of those who are open to such teachings. Knowledge so ancient and powerful that some scrolls are scattered throughout the world and some even kept hidden by darkness either influenced in humans or entities themselves.

This ancient wisdom unlocks the spirit contained within its vessel to awaken with magic.
