Brief History: Larry Hughes was always a hard worker - the kind of man who threw himself into the merciless, demanding corporate machine in order to maintain a thankless job and ensure that the money kept flowing. He had two kids to protect and raise, after all, especially now that their mother had passed away. Thankfully, the eldest was mature enough to care for her younger sister where possible; and then there was always Vivian - the sweet, kindly young woman who offered to babysit whenever possible to help share the load.

Whilst Larry's developing romance with his babysitter provided him a bittersweet companionship amidst an otherwise dreary existence, his work commitments only became more demanding. Unbeknownst to him, he was being groomed by a Kindred who held sway over the company, and who had been considering Larry for the Embrace for several years. To Larry's great regret, the Kindred liked what he saw, and decided to violently Embrace him one late night in 1975.

Confused, disorientated, and hungry, Larry staggered home after attacking a homeless man he found in the streets. It was there that he took the lives of his daughters and babysitter; when he became lucid, it was to find himself lying amidst their exsanguinated bodies. He was discovered later by his clansmates, who carried him without resistance to the Warrens below the city.

With his ties to the mortal world severed, Larry threw himself into his work for the clan in order to numb the loss he'd suffered at his own hands. Over time, it quickly became apparent that he possessed a remarkable capacity for secret keeping and trafficking that made him the envy of even his own clansmates. Under the given name of Gristle, he grew into a popular and capable Sewer Rat, cementing his reputation with the local Camarilla as the Kindred you want on your side: not only because of what he could offer, but because of what he could wield against you if you decided not to play nice.

Brief History: Aria was born in New Jersey, but as soon as she was out of school, she moved to LA to try to become a model. Unfortunately her smaller stature made it hard to get jobs. Her first real job was for a local wrestling company, looking for women to accompany some of the other wrestlers out to ringside. It was meant to just be something where she went out there and looked pretty, but as she started to learn some of the basics, she fell in love. She got more involved with the stories, learning more as she went along, until eventually she had her own match, and the adrenaline rush  was so addicting, she no longer wanted to do anything else.

She was actually starting to make a name for herself, travelling to different shows up and down the west coast. However, after a show in Seattle one night, Aria was involved in a car accident, and her leg was injured so badly that it threatened to end her career prematurely. While she laid in the hospital, a strange man entered her room late one evening, calling himself a fan of her work. He offered a miracle recovery, albeit with a small catch. Moments later she was embraced, and her wounds were healed, but her dreams of fame and success were now ruined. While she was glad that there was someone who could appreciate her specific set of skills, she was now trying to find a new purpose in her unlife.

On October 12th 1997, a woman gave birth to twins. Each of them grew up in a loving home until a tragic event caused their mother to pass away, leaving them with a father who became and alcoholic ass. He would beat Bo for no reason it seemed and he took it to protect Daisy from the damage. The two of them finally found themselves running away from home at 16 yrs old. They left their small town in Texas and headed toward California. It took a lot of hitchhiking and riding with truckers until they finally found themselves in LA. The next year was rough until they finally got jobs and found themselves making something of themselves. Daisy went to school and Bo found himself joining the army just to make enough money for them to survive. Daisy lived in a small apartment in the rough part of LA but made her way and finally graduated from college at the age of 22. She became a nurse and went on to work at the hospital spending many of her hours there making her way through the ranks and attended school online to improve her degree. She had just gotten her Nurse Practictioners license when she turned 24. It was an amazing year as Bo got out of the army and decided he didn't want to continue there. He got a job in security and it was there that he met his sire. He was soon chosen for embrace and convinced the man that his sister needed much of the same. He took it to heart and the same night embraced Daisy into the world of darkness. The two of three of them headed to Seattle where the twins learned all they could for the next 6 months until their sire met his demise one night and left them to fend for themselves. The two have since continued on their own trying to make it night by night. Donovan took them into his pack and they have done well since.

Description: Edward (Eddie) Kohtz is a bright looking young fellow of approximately 18 years. He has a scant five oclock shadow and often wears t-shirts and ball caps. THe later frequently with one waterfowl logo or another on them. He also tended to favor the color camouflage if that could be called a color. He was well built, fresh faced, and had work worn hands beyond his years due to his chosen art that involved more in the ways of chisels and saws than paint brushes. But his clothes did indeed often show paint splatters because once his carvings were done they needed painted. Unlike many of his clan he seemed mostly oblivious to appearances. He was after all a true artsy and not a poser.

Brief History:Edward (Eddie) Kohtz was born in the year 2000 and had a rather idyllic childhood ultimately graduating high school but taking it no further than that. You see Eddie had a tremendous gift for wood carving specifically the folk art of wooden duck decoy carving. From a very early age he won competition after competition in the appropriate age groups. A passion for the outdoors went with the skill to be sure, but it was his raw talent as an artist that got him noticed in the world. There was no real need for him to find another craft, his craft found him virtually from birth.

There was a problem though. That talent had also already marked him to something that went bump in the night. Victoria Cassis was the local Toreador Primogen and she knew talent when she saw it. She also knew a nice looking mortal as well in short she knew a perfect candidate for her Clan and would have sent any Kindred who went near Eddie screaming to Final Death. She nurtured and watched from afar from when he was not even into his teens. Not unlike a gardner or a farmer. Victoria made sure opportunities found her young near obsession. Made sure no harm came to him until he was old enough she jealously guarded him.

And when he hit 18 Eddie was invited out by a very sophisticated woman. In fact he was stunned that his parents not only agreed, but encouraged it. And on this “date” Edward joined the ranks of the immortals. To say he was a hit in society with his high powered Sire pushing him would have been an understatement. Eddie was the prototypical spoiled Childer that Victoria guarded jealously as she had when he was mortal. The thing is Toreador have a short attention spans. So it was just two years after his Embrace he was sent off to Seattle.

The Prince was given notice and Eddie was presented properly. Victoria also sent word to the local Torries in Seattle, but left her Childer to make his own introductions. He had been schooled after all. She did not exactly share with the young Kindred that this was a test as well. He needed to show he could make his own way outside his Sire’s shadow. Who knew? She might call him home some night.
