1x1 Megaman Battle Network Forterock/Bassrock Looking for a Mega/Rockman

I have been searching for so, so long... I've found 3 people, but one nearly ever replies. Another barely replies, and English is not their first language. And the third... Is just confusing. They needed to be told everything I had typed down when searching. All I want to do is find someone who can reply back and have some fun, so that I can finally put this RP Story onto Archiveofourown to share with people... Unfortunately, the one pair I'm looking for is very niche and obscure...

I'm looking for someone who knows about Megaman B attle network.
I'm looking for someone who can play Hub/Saito/Megaman EXE/Rockman EXE.
I will be playing Bass EXE/Forte EXE.
That is the pair, simple as that.

This story is an AU canon divergent. A long slow burn, filled with lots of hurt/comfort.
The plot is basically, Bass and Hub meet before Alpha happens. This means that Bass is near the creation time as Hub, by a few months.

The story is for Hub to get used to the digital world (because I'm sure when Navis are made, they already have a grasp on common knowledge), and over time become friends with Bass (Due to being in the SciLab's server).

Eventually, the Alpha attack will happen, creating a massive misunderstanding, and making the two split apart for a good while.

Eventually, Hub will be given to Lan, and we can go through the games with a bit of our own things thrown in, and possibly things from the anime or manga.
With Bass and Hub finally seeing each other again. (Though, Bass will be more like he is in game/manga at that point.)

I might be lethargic and I take very long breaks at certain periods in time (mainly when I get into something else and eventually come back to this). For that, I am very sorry.
I enjoy writing a lot, trying to describe details as best as I can, and character study, like what they're thinking or the emotions they're feeling.

I really want to build this story as a relationship, one between Rock and Bass. Effectively a very nice slow burn. There can be other pairings in the back or side pairs.

The people who I have tried to RP with know that I may drop them from stalling, and my erratic impatient mind makes me distressed.

I would love to toss ideas around with someone. Though this pair will be the main focus, I can play and juggle many characters, and I hope to find someone who can do that as well because I don't want to get stuck with all the characters.

I'm looking for someone who can type a lot, (I tend to multi-paragraph), and someone who can reply quickly (Because I have no life due to physical medical problems, and get antsy). Someone who can describe things, and do character study. Someone who has a good sense of humor (I enjoy trying to add humor when I can), and someone who is kind. (Don't be a jerk).

You MUST be 18 years or older for possible rated M scenarios. Due to my age, I'm not comfortable with RPing with minors, and I am fine with things getting steamy, but not super explicit. ALso things of that nature will NOT be the main focus... Navis in this will mature much faster than humans, meaning they are of consenting age.
