No, you're not too late, if you want to play.  :)  This is for a basic Halloween party sort of setting, with the villians being a few real ghosts and goblins.  Nothing very fancy; I'm keeping it relatively small and simple in hopes of it not running too much past the actual holiday.  Heh.  So it'll be the usual special roles -- seer, guardian, and perhaps some sort of priest role.  And the OOC thread is up, as well.  :)
