While I was going to look at making a Salarian, I've fallen in love with this picture (isn't she just adorable?!) and am thinking maybe a Cerberus or Alliance Communications Specialist or Chief Medical Officer. So if anyone's got a crew and is looking, I can possibly fill the slot.

Lilith's a fighter pilot. You could have her as an "Ace", where she's not assigned to any one Alliance ship, but given the opportunity to go where she's most needed.

Joker is an absolutely awesome character who I could NPC if you guys really want to see him in certain situations. However without Shepard he'd basically be flying around or just...not walking places, lol.

That's another reason Mass Effect fields are so important. They dampen the recoil a good deal so you get 100% output vs 50% recoil for example. Not perfect but it's a lot better than tearing your ship or gun apart every time you press the big red button, lol.
