Help with Re-Applying for membership?

Hi, I applied for Elliquiy last year before i was actually legal (I was stupid and tried to buck the system) and i wish to be put back in consideration for membership. Do i need to do anything special to re apply?

I apologize if it causes anyone any trouble, I turned 18 today (my birthday is 9 / 27 / 1993) and I am using the same screenname, so if anyone could please put me back under consideration I would be very grateful.
