Anything else: Alistair earned himself a few scars from the thick of battle. One scar is under his right eye, one on the corner of his right eye, one under the left edge of his lip, a small one on the left side of his nose, and the one that sticks out the most is the one going from one point of the left side of the forehead down towards the scar on the left cheek. The final scar over laps the left eye. His dark hair is reminiscent to those that belong to Aserit, but his eyes are a glowing and shining shade of blue. Letting his hair grow, he keeps part of it in a pony-tail with some strains coming over his temples. With his hair growing, he kept his facial hair at a moderate size. On his torso, Alistair bares a large scar that goes from the right pectoral to the left side of his abdominal in a diagonal fashion. Several scars litter around his body, but the diagonal one on his body seems to outshine them all.

Personality:Personality wise, the man is a benevolent force of nature who loves people as if they were his own family. Each person Alistair has slain in combat has received his prayer for safe passage to whatever after life they believe in. Coming from poverty, Alistair holds empathy for the less fortunate and hands out donations when he could. Living with the royal family, Alistair passed his teachings towards the prince when he asked for it. He is forever faithful towards the previous king for giving him the life of comfort. To that end, he does what he can for the name Paclya, no matter how dark the duty is. In his old age, Alistair yearns to have a family of his own with a son to reign pride upon and a daughter to spoil like a princess. Despite desiring that life, he is rather promiscuous when it comes to the other sex. To him, it is hard to settle down with a family while he still answers to the call of combat and the flesh of women. To this day, he holds a great amount of contempt towards the person who killed his pseudo family and has yet to meet this man in combat or even hear of this man in general.

Habits: Spending nights out in towns for a drink of alcoholic type, participating in sanction street brawls, teaching people of ages the fine art of combat, being the head of a charge against the enemy, and taking his duty to guarding the current king seriously after the death of the previous king and queen.

Skills:Alistair is known to for many of his skills that are combat oriented. He is a self-proclaim master swordsman who knows his way around blades of all shapes and sizes. Many even recognize his sword play as master level while some remain skeptical. Growing up, he became a proficient brawler to the point where he created his own form of hand to hand. His skills in archery and knife throwing are nothing to laugh at, yet he humbly claims many others are better. As a charismatic person, Alistair has convinced some people, not really all, into fighting for the house of Paclya. He is known to be a crafty tactician in times of battle. His charismatic self also extends to taming a few wild animals and even able to sit next to and speak with docile animals despite not being able to understand them. Taking up the fine art of gardening, Alistair has earned himself quite the green thumb and owns his own personal garden consisting of poisonous flora to pretty aesthetic roses. One of his skills that women only know is his seemly unlimited stamina and technique within the confines of “private quarters.” Probably to Aserit blood in him...

History: Once upon a time...

Years ago, the king of Aserit had a “private moment” with one of the peasant ladies of his sanction hold in his youth. Never knowing about the aftermath time later, Geralt of Aserit was born. Due to complications at birth, the mother died and the baby was left in the care of friends of the women. Having problems with keeping a child, the friends handed the baby over to traveling merchants who promised to give the child a home. Traveling to the territory Paclya, the child was lost within the crowds only to be found by a mercenary who was hired for a job. Raising the child as his own, he and his band of adventures taught the child many of his skills as well as donning him the name Alistair.

Leaving Paclya with this band of mercenaries, the now named Alistair found himself to be alone once more as his new family was murdered by a single man. This man wore armor of black with no distinguishing features to define the man other than his pitch black armor. To afraid to move, the man left Alistair alive with a parting gift; the scar over his left eye. Swearing vengeance towards this warrior, Alistair made sure to hone his skills to perfection. This man was able to slaughter highly trained adventurers; he needed to be better to defeat him. Traveling back to Paclya, the only civilization he knew, Alistair lived in poverty with only receiving small donations of money as well as payment for odd jobs he does for the people. Reaching adolescent age, Alistair answered to the call of arms from Paclya’s military force. Within time, his exploits earned him the attention of Paclya’s previous king. Assigning him as his family’s royal guard, the king gave him his own living quarters within the castle in return for guarding his family as well as teaching his child the art of the sword. With this change in his life,  Alistair was given respect and honor from the people as well as the admiration of children. Today, Alistair has given pointers to children here and there when he goes into town as well as finding himself in brawls that keep his fighting skill going.

To this day, Alistair still seeks the man in the black armor and a woman to call his wife. The problem is though that he does not know which one to take care of first.

So I've been thinking about Emma for the past few days, especially since she's really the only one left from Theiri, at least character wise.

Anyhow, my thinking was this: she was still a spy but she's grown up more then she was when our last game came together, so she's now on her own (and she moved out of her parents place) and pretty much spies for anyone, no matter which nation they're from. Not sure though how to fit in the idea of her going for a crown. Never really saw her as someone that wanted to rule a nation.

Personality: Marigold is the youngest daughter of eight children. The necessity of marriage by being blessed with what her people call the sight. Whenever outside or in the presence of a man outside of her family it is required for her to completely cover her face with a hijab. A normal day outdoors usually has Marigold in this type of outfit.

History:
Marigold was pushed into existence during a harsh sandstorm which threatened to bury their city under its fury. However, upon her first cry, the sands were said to quietened and eventually cease its blowing. This paved what would become a typical response when faced with the young woman's wrath if it was ever incited or how people responded to her for most of her life, bowing to her whims. During the first few years of life, a time she rather not remember, Marigold was mostly ignored by her parents as they already had their heirs. However, the child's quick wit refused to allow herself to become forgotten. She was too small to become a warrior and too in love with the idea of remaining within her father's wealthy house forever to aspire for a grand marriage. So, once able to read, she came across a foreign story in which a woman was possessed with the ability to speak directly to the Gods.

The story fascinated her to the point where it was all she thought about and all she dreamed about since she knew such an ability would secure the adoration of not just her family but people within their city as well. Marigold then decided to change her destiny from the forgotten daughter into the most loved one. When the opportunity arrived, she used her practiced moves and pretended to receive a message from the divine. Her father beat her afterwards, not believing her charade. However, later within the week, her words came true.

Despite losing money, Marigold was lavished in the love that she always craved from her father because he saw great potential in her ability. Early in the morning, she was sent to the temple to better connect her with the divine. It was not the most exciting part of the day but the payoff within the afternoon and evenings made the gibberish told to her by the religious scholars worth every second. Feeling the pressure from her father to make another prediction, Marigold started her usual farce but this time she actually felt like her soul slipped from her body like smoke from an incense and reached the great beyond. However, what she saw there terrified her, and she refused to speak about it to her father, stating there was nothing whispered from the mouth of the Gods. Then, what she refused to share came to pass but it was not as she saw within her vision. Marigold found out that if she had told there was the slightest possibility that her brother could be saved. She went into a great depression, thinking that this gift she sought to harness was merely a punishment for her selfishness.

Yet, in true Marigold fashion, the gifts placed at her feet caused the pain to numb and then eventually vanish from her mind. However, she never withheld a vision from her father again even though sometimes they were not correct. Due to her unique ability, Marigold's father allowed her much more leniency than with her other sisters. When she spoke rudely, he did not raise his hand to strike her nor even verbally punish her. This treatment has led to a divide with not only her sisters but her mother who says she is a rotten girl.

Eventually, an offer for marriage came to her father's house worth more money than their families ever seen at one time. Despite the screaming and yelling repeatedly that she did not want to marry any man, Marigold was shipped off like cattle to Caokin despite screaming protests and engaged to a Prince of whom she only heard whispers about. Most of them called the man ghastly both in appearance and personality. She expected the absolute worst such as for him to have a fully grey head, horrid breath, and foul mannerisms not fit to be within her company. To her surprise, her husband possessed none of these traits but one rumor held true. He was not a man to be trifled with.

She can only attain the peak of sexual fulfillment in the act of asserting herself as a victor in some way.* This is the only thing that can cloud her judgement to the point of irrationality.

History: Mila is the adopted daughter of a Theiri noble. Her birth parents were also from a noble family that was attainted and disgraced following a plot against the crown- Before she could even walk, Mila was made a hostage before their exile and was later adopted by the Maraslyn family who held. This has left a stain on her true lineage to those who know it.

As a child, Mila was said to be extremely clever, as well as scheming and wild. Her aunt, enraged at her niece's constant antics, complained to Mila's mother, who reprimanded the girl. The next time Mila saw her aunt, she pretended to be in a fit and attacked the woman with a blunt sword. The aunt, terrified, reported what happened to Mila's mother, who rushed to her daughter only to find her calmly tending to the horses. Her mother asked Mila what was wrong and she responded, "Nothing of the sort ever happened. My aunt accuses me of everything because I am from a disgraced famiily." The woman believed her adopted daughter, and from then on ignored her sister's claims, leaving Mila to do as she pleased, and to grow up uncontrolled.

Later, as a young woman, Mila sought a sage who was renowned for reading people and offering insight into their fate. She asked him, "What manner of woman am I?" but he refused. She asked him again until he relented, when finally he said, "In peace you are an able subject, in chaos you are a crafty heroine." This pleased her greatly.

She joined the Lithian household guard and was assigned the middling rank of its sub-commander owing to her adopted heritage.

*This is not merely being a dom or 'conquering' someone. This is about winning. Suppose she was having sex with a fat noble... while her soldiers were raiding his home to 'find' evidence that would warrant his execution. No matter what perverse things he did to her, it would bring her to orgasm over and over again as she thought about how she won. Winning sexually arouses her, and the best release is in fulfilling that victory or reaping its rewards.

This is very hard. I was thinking black hair, dark eyes. A dark beauty... the first one encapsulates that but something seems missing. She must be utterly confident, even sinister.

Yargh, I ought to just draw her myself, huh?

Kuje - I have no problem with your character concept. But I would suggest networking and finding someone to work for to start things out.

Inerrant - looks good! Interested to see how she'll work in.

Just a note magic, mystisism, potions, seers and anything like that you can think of are all tied to Coakin. All of it started there and from there has managed to stay within its people or borders.

I am also curious to see how Mila will fit in. If there's anything already in existence within the plot that I can integrate her into and you don't mind, I'd love to hear it.

Was also wondering if you were going to play the commander of the Household Guard, LimitlessNikkie. Or if someone else was... If you don't want to and nobody else is, I can NPC them... but Mila would constantly be trying to get that job. Or something higher than that. She has no intention of ending her career as a mere guard...

You know, Inerrant, Mila and Emma kind of are almost alike. What I mean is it seems like both of them are wild childs of their families and both are from Theiri. Mila might have even heard of some of Emma's antics.

Thats doable. :) Hmm. I was also pondering the idea of Emma being caught up in some other nation, maybe they learned that she was spying since a lot of the Theiri players aren't around any more. Or she could just be in one of those other nations as a way to have her somewhere outside of Theiri.

The Look
Height: Five feet five
Weight: 150ish. She knows of ways to make it look like she weighs more or less depending on her disguises.
Hair: White Blonde
Eyes: Blue
Skin: Pale
Anything else: Being a spy she has no markings that are easy to find because it would make it easier for someone to recognize her if she was disguised. However, she has a small imp tattoo on her right inner thigh that is bold colors, mostly blue with some green for the color of the imp's skin. It's eyes are yellow. Beyond that she has no piercings, other tattoos, or markings except for jewelry if it fits one of her disguises but she can add temporary piercings and tattoos, if they are needed.

Disguises: Some of the disguises that she's perfected are a male that is an actor. For this one, she wears a brown wig, some clothing that is a bit worn and tattered but stitched or mended, showing the actor isn't that wealthy or that popular. A old woman that is blind, heavily scarred, and wrinkled with threadbare clothing. She can be found in markets across the nations selling fruits, vegetables, and sometimes fake fortunes from a market stall but Emma makes sure to never return to the same part of the markets every time she dons this disguise. Using other roles, Emma also has a full line of wigs and clothing to dress as a bandit that is a new to being an outlaw. A male or female tutor in acrobatics, mathematics, or dancing. A young effeminate male that is fresh off the farm. Lately she has also been gathering the items needed to become a mercenary/caravan guard since it's easier to learn information from caravans that send wares from nation to nation.

The story
Likes: Being the youngest daughter and being the black sheep, knowing that she's “free” to do what she wants even though her actions tend to embarrass her family. Sexually, she'll try anything. Now that she's been alone, she's come to realize that she loves spending a few hours every day in the practice room that she turned one of the spare rooms into. Riding has also become a favorite. Spending times in taverns, mostly for the contests, which allows her to show off her knife throwing. After spending so many years under the thumb of her parents, and siblings, she's taken the time to work with anyone that is willing to learn what she could teach them.
Dislikes: Being a member of a noble family and all the events that went with being a part of the nobles of Theiri. Bossy and controlling people. Becomes frustrated when she can't learn, within a time limit, what she feels she should learn when she's spying.
Personality: Reserved due to the upbringing of being a nobles daughter but this is something that has loosened somewhat. For a time, about a month, she went wild with freedom, carousing taverns even more than she had when she sneaked away, getting into more mischief, and doing other things that shocked everyone. Now, she's fallen back to her reserved ways without being so tightly wound since her actions are her own now and there's not someone constantly bickering at her. She smiles more often now, and greets people with warmth.
Habits: Loves to sneak out and drink with commoners. Trouble maker and prankster but usually her pranks don't harm someone, or at least she tries to make sure that someone isn't seriously injured. Feeling the freedom of being away from her parents and siblings, she tends to dress in breeches, shirts, and boots instead of the gowns and dresses nobles are expected to wear. When she has time away from her duties that she has made for herself, she can be found at a library reading books to anyone that is interested in listening to her, be they children or adults.
Skills: Acrobat, knife thrower, mathematics, good haggler, sharp hearing, lip reading, skilled at disguises, skilled dancer of common to noble dances, and other abilities that a spy/merchant needs (Left that vague in case they come up during the RP and if they seem fitting for my character).

History: Once upon a time there was a girl who was the youngest of four older sisters, one middle brother, and an older brother named Timothy that was killed. It's been almost a year since she last visited his grave.
She knew that she would never inherit unless something drastic happened to her siblings. Plus by the time she was born, her parents were tired even though all of her siblings were mostly old enough to help raise her. As she grew older, she realized that all of her siblings had five to ten years on her and so she started to act out and choose her own way of living. The first time she got in trouble for her pranks, which was when she was a teen, her desire to cause mischief blossomed. She found that first prank of stringing up paint so they spilled down on the constables so amusing even though the constables didn't enjoy being covered with pink paint when they responded to scream of a merchant that had his belt on his trousers cut, which caused his pants to fall around his ankles.
Every year for the next five or six years found her in more and more trouble as she pulled better and better pranks. Now no one wants to marry her and her family has pretty much given up trying to control her. It didn't help that a year or so ago she stood up during a private family dinner gathering and announced to her family that she had her own plans for her life, which was her idea to become a spy. During that same event she pulled a dagger, sliced off her long hair, and strode from the room as the shocked and horror looks of her family were directed her way since she had gone too far this time.
It took a lot of badgering, whining, paying for lessons, and hours of her time but a year has passed since she set her mind upon the idea of what she wanted from now on. After a huge fight with every member of her family, when they finally deemed to speak with her again, Emma walked out of her parent's home and settled into a small three room home that wasn't far from the main market. Saving every coin she could from the jobs she hired herself to do, she fixed up the place and turned it into something she was proud of.
Lately she has been toying with a bit magical ways to increase her disguises. A contact that she has established with someone from Coakin has been working with her to create small items, rings, amulets, and the like, that added a better way to create the appearances of her disguises.

Ah. Maybe I need to change that announcement since it was for the past game and she had ties to the Theiri Queen, who was also a player. Guess I'll ponder that a bit more and work out something different. Hmmm, supernatural ways to make disguises. I never thought about that, so I'll ponder that also. Grins.

Childhood friends sounds good to me. She might be at the castle and notice her old friend and work out a way to contact Mila.

Personality: Calm, Cool, and Collected, Konrad never seems to break a sweat under any situation.
Habits: Always sleeps with his back to the wall, a knife under his pillow, with one eye open.

Skills: Archery - A Master Bowman, it is said no one is better then him at hitting a mark in all the Kingdom.
Swordsman - While not nearly as skilled with the sword as he is with the bow, he is Prince Baldimere II's sparring partner and bodyguard and can more than hold his own in a fight.
Poison - Part of the knowledge he has involves creating potions and poison, though this fact - among many others - is only known to the Royal Family whom he serves with undying loyalty.
Climbing - What good is a Spy that can not climb?

History: Konrad knows little of his birth parents. He spent his first years in an Orphanage, where he was given his name. It was there that he learned how to climb and steal, quickly learning life on the street and how to survive in a gang of pickpockets and cutthroats. By the age of 10, he had distinguished himself on all fronts from his peers. And it was around this time that in the middle of the next, several masked man stole into their quarters and kidnapped him in a sack.

To those that saw what happened, they thought Konrad was dead. For the next 8-years, there was no sign of Konrad until a young man showed up in the Kings Court. Lean and toned, he became the Bodyguard and confidant of the slightly younger Prince, the two forming a bond over the years. As they grew closer, Konrad began to reveal more and more of his true self and purpose to the Prince, some facts of which the Royal Family did not know.

Much of his past and present is kept a secret.
